SENTENCING NOW SET FOR MAY 15, CONTRARY TO EARLIER MAINSTREAM NEWS REPORT

by Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III

(Apr. 20, 2012) — WYXI is a local radio station.  Today is Darren Huff’s sentencing hearing.  In the news reports, it said that prosecutors wanted Darren sentenced because of his intent to come into the courthouse to kidnap government employees and that Darren was convicted on a law that was so vague and obscure that no one even knew what he was convicted of.

So I called up WYXI at 423-746-1390. The other telephone number is 423-745-1390.  I told Mr. Ketchersid, the radio announcer and news reporter, about Darren Huff.  Because I’m running out of minutes again, please pass the word to do a telephone tree and light up this radio station with calls.  The other guy who works there is a guy named Mark Leffler.  It shuts down at 7:00 every night, and it’s local.  Mr. Ketchersid is interested; he asked if I had documentation, and I said, “Yes, this has been reported over and over again and is being ignored locally.”

The prosecutors are asking the judge to sentence Darren severely because his intention was to kidnap people under arms.  I told the announcer that this was completely wrong, and he wants to talk to me next week.  They work on the weekend as well.  There’s an opportunity to start something.

I told Mr. Ketchersid, “You need to pay very close attention to your kids and your grandkids this weekend, because what I’m going to tell you next week goes to their survival in the future, to their posterity, to the liberties they can expect to have stripped from them.  It’s about the Constitution.”

Editor’s Note:  On April 19, The Post & Email stated in an article about Darren Huff’s situation that a hearing would be held today but not regarding sentencing for his conviction last fall.  We had received that information from a source close to the case.  Local news reports, including the one above, are stating that sentencing is being carried out today.

U.S. Attorney William C. Killian, on behalf of The United States of America, has asked the judge for an “upward departure” in Huff’s sentencing due to the “threat” of a “civil disorder” posed by “the Defendant’s takeover plot.”  Killian alleges that Huff is guilty of violence, yet no one was harmed on April 20, 2010 or on any day thereafter as a result of anything Huff did.

Killian objects to the attempt to carry out a “Citizen’s Arrest Warrant,” although a citizen’s arrest is stated as legal by Tennessee code 40-7-109.  Huff did not carry out the citizen’s arrest on April 1, 2010 but rather, was there with a video camera.  Footage of the incident in which Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III attempted to arrest Gary Pettway, the grand jury foreman of 27 years, is here.  The arrest had nothing to do with Barack Hussein Obama, but rather, with Pettway’s length of service as head of the grand jury.  It was later confirmed that Pettway was never properly appointed and may never have been sworn in.

U.S. Code for imposing sentences states that “The court shall impose a sentence sufficient, but not greater than necessary.”

To the knowledge of The Post & Email, the “intended crime” of “kidnapping” had not been raised in previous court filings or testimony during Huff’s trial.

An individual very close to the case told us late this afternoon that “the court took the argument [of the prosecution] under advisementand that sentencing is now scheduled for May 15.

In short, couldn’t we say, “This is what happens when you put adolescence, adjutants, immorals, criminals, bean counters, Godless morons, inexperience and self appointed geniuses in charge?” The result, “An adulterated government and society.” You can always tell who they are, they are always trying to reinvent the wheel. Many math inventors have proven it’s still formulated as round, as painful as it may be to them, it has always been round and still is.
Does anyone think Princess Pelosi and Biden will ever be prosecuted for falsifying DNC papers certifying Bari Shabazz as “Constitutionally Eligible” to be Potus? Why isn’t anyone demanding Bari’s “papers” from Perkins & Coie the DNC Law Firm that has been paid over $3 million in taxpayers money to bury his papers under a phony POTUS clause?? Beating a dead horse may prove to find it is dead but going to the owner of the horse may prove WHY the horse is dead. We have top quality career Officers and Military men being prosecuted on phony charges to keep Bari’s usurpation quiet but what about Princess Pelosi spending $250,000 a month flying back and forth to home in San Fran EVERY weekend for years on taxpayers money??!! Hello, anybody home? The wine must taste awfully good back in San Fran and don’t forget the $110,000 yearly bill for wine and cheese on those flights in addition to the $1.5 million tab just for to and from not to mention maintenance, security and administration costs on top. It could be over $2.5 to $3 million yearly of taxpayers money just for wine and cheese for the Princess to keep her happy! I thought we had a “Government Oversight And Spending Committee? Why would fine people like that have a Distinguished Naval Academy Grad and Officer that has served and retired from service sleeping on a 50 degree concrete floor with sewage dripping on him, deprived of his diabetic medication, being charged with things even an Honorable Democrat wouldn’t do? Gotta’ think about that.

Twenty seven people “witnessed” the lack of riot on April 20, 2010 that Huff was convicted of generating. None were called to testify at the trial by Huff’s public defender. Corruption in east TN is total and complete and has now spread to north GA.

This entire situation from beginning is angering many Veterans, especially Navy people. An entire coverup at all levels is nothing new, especially in law enforcement. Look at what they are trying to do to Sheriff Joe Arpaio, a 50 yr. Law Enforcement Officer, Veteran and man of integrity. Obama’s obfuscating creeps are more than behind this, they engineered it. Wouldn’t it be interesting to find out how many of these loyalists to Bari Shabazz are Democrats? They are not loyalists to America or the Constitution or they wouldn’t be doing what they are doing. Have you looked up how many congressman, senators, other govenment employees and Hollywood actors and actresses are members of the “American Communist Party”?
What has happened to Walt and Darren is obvious and plain truth and living withness of the total corruption and devious nature of the evil people behind Bari Shabazz and that they will do anything to take the heat off of Bari’s complete usurpation and misprision of felony with Pelosi, Hillary, Michelle, Biden, Dodd, Reid and others involved in this financial robbery, Constitutional gutting and total attempt to overthrow the United States in it’s present form and to DESTROY anyone that legally attempts to oppose them. It is from a model of many other countries that have fallen over time and what will happen remains to be seen. Many people have been trying to get the truth out for over three years and they have illegally blocked or obfuscated the law or truth. Soon we will see if the America that I grew up in will stand the test of time and wake up as the sleeping giant to destroy these creeps for what they have done. If not, we will know that the America we have known is no longer there. Then, we will see the last stand of Americans for what is left. You will not want to see the movie. I can only pray for Walt and Darren and that the “officials” that are involved with this “Obama Sham” will be brought to account, since they have sold out on every oath they have taken. They have violated every word of written Constitution, they are men of no character, can only be “self-serving” and every question has to be asked of how they entered “public service” and “why”? Was it to serve themselves or are they so perverted that they love themselves so much that they squirm at the mention of truth or God? It is a good thing that men such as these are “protected” by the “law” they so much seem to treasure. “Trust Law” can be a very untrustworthy thing. There are many good men that are paid a good salary under its wings and there are also many men, worthy of the lowest level of prisons or worse that are never prosecuted for “their” crimes against others and the citizens they pretend to “protect”. Our society and government reeks of the latter in times when Democrats are in charge and at the helm. We as men know what we would do to these people if they were “unprotected” but we do not know what God will do to these people for the crimes they commit. I would be more afraid of what he will do rather than the wrath of man.

Despite severely limited resources, Walt Fitzpatrick has again proven “Where there’s a will, there’s a way”. Walt and Darren have sacrificed more than most of us can imagine in order to uphold their oath to our precious Constitution, which we ALL know is being dismantled before our very eyes. Their message is clear: If each one of us become willing to effect a positive change by becoming informed and TAKING ACTION each day, we have hope of regaining our Republic and preserving a future for our children and grandchildren. Walt and Darren understand it is the DUTY of each generation to maintain this legacy and keep the torch lit, or we will trampled by the inherent greed and corruption of an unchecked government. Start making phone calls to this radio station and do your part. IT’S THAT SIMPLE.

What is being reported about Darren Huff and his actions would never gotten to this point if he only had two friends that could have witnessed what happen. Witnesses are someone that are not involved in the action.

Why wasn’t there a complaint filed against Gary Pettway, the grand jury foreman of 27 years?

No one should do anything without at least two witnesses or more. Like in the video showing U.S. Navy Officer Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III being arrested there should had been at least four witness because there was at least seven people involved in the arrest.
