Dear Editor:
The following letter has been sent to the entire state governments – house, senate and governors for all 50 states; the entire US Senate and the entire US House for a total of 7,323 recipients.
Assemblyman Abbate:
Please allow me to share the following as an open letter to all members of Congress. This letter was created after many Americans were asking what has happened to our beloved country, America the Beautiful? Home of the brave? Land of the free?
A strange contradiction seems to exist that is impossible for most of us to understand or further accept. That being the hypocrisy of the current administration. For apparent political reasons, Mr. Obama’s administration consistently makes references to the successful American efforts to bring freedom to many parts of the world. As citizens, we tend to agree this is indeed a marvelous gesture, yet, considering that charity begins at home, we have to wonder at the progressive loss of our personal freedoms and liberty imposed in full view of the Congress. Now why is that?
One reason to be sure is due to the rampant government corruption at almost all levels. Each day, the average American continues to lose more of the basic protections as provided for by the organic Constitution.
Just in the judiciary alone, just look at the list of political prisoners whose basic protections have been violated under this current administration. Meanwhile, the 111th Congress and now the 112th Congress would seem to ignore these abuses by our own government and idly accept this continuing travesty of justice; thus providing tacit approval of these criminal acts:

* SBX211 State of California Government, senate, assembly and the governor appear to be guilty of public corruption as defined by the FBI.
* Walter Fitzpatrick, III
* Theresa Cao
* Terry Lakin
Now the question that begs for an answer is…How can any self-respecting, decent, honorable and law abiding legislator stand by and ignore these heinous crimes against American citizens? How can this happen in America? What has happened to the Constitution and the rule of law? What has happened to permit members of government to ignore their responsibility to their oath of office? What has happened to the separation of powers between the three branches of government?
Why is Congress supporting King Obama?
It is you, dear members of Congress who have the direct and irrefutable responsibility to protect the rights and the interests of your constituents. When can we expect you to begin to do the job for which you were elected? For which you are being paid! When!
The clock is ticking and make no mistake dear members of Congress…We the People are watching! And We the People are through accepting occasionally being thrown a bone to keep us quiet!
There are many other examples to highlight…should the members of this great august body become interested in seeing that justice is served at home first. Many Americans now believe that instead of traipsing all over the globe resolving the rest of the problems in the world, including invading other sovereign countries without Congressional approval…it would be best to resolve many of our own important Constitutional issues like the eligibility of the person Congress has permitted to unlawfully occupy the White House. Now doesn’t that make perfect sense?
So to cut to the chase Dear members of Congress, we know you know King Obama is ineligible to serve as the legal president. So do you think you can really keep this conspiracy under wraps? Do you really believe you will be able to talk your way out of this act of treason against the American people?
This now leads into the opportunity to address the lost American values raised in this letter regarding a young Japanese child who demonstrated more strength of character than seen lately in American politics.
As a paradox though, one must question the strength of character of the deceitful progressives who illegally have taken to currently occupy our White House and the halls of Congress. I find it so distressing and disappointing to even consider how our trusted elected officials, in turn, used the same good principles demonstrated by the little Japanese boy, to take advantage of the trusting people by whom they were elected to rob us of our freedom and liberty. Somehow this just does not seem fair.
Who would have expected our public servants to stoop so low as to apply tactics to deliberately mislead people into trusting proposals and legislation which appeared to be presented in good faith and as well intentioned. “Affordable Healthcare” for an example, is one such misleading piece of legislation where we were advised by Congressional leadership we would have to pass the legislation before we could tell what was in the law. But in fact the Congress imposed clever disguises of criminal fraud and foisted this miscarriage of justice upon the people of America; essentially against their will.
It is amazing to me how we have permitted ourselves to be manipulated into this position. If that was not bad enough the real travesty is how our newly elected members of Congress continue to abuse the power we trustingly bestowed upon them in last November’s election. And how many within that august body continue to abuse the good will and trust of those who once more took the calculated risk to take them at their word and trust them.
It would appear that within the next few days We the People will finally understand whether or not our collective decision to trust the Congress one more time to do the right thing was indeed justified or just plain folly based on wishful thinking.
It would also seem to be fair that after the conclusion of the events of the next few days, depending on the fairness and the results, consistent with the will of the people, We the People will be fully justified to take what ever action is deemed necessary to reclaim out liberty.

It is impossible to believe that not even ONE of the 435 politicians in Congress, 100 politicians in the Senate and 10 politicians on the Supreme Court does NOT stand up and demand Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., aka Bobby Soetoro present his credentials to prove his ELIGIBILITY to be in the Oval Office! The list you are speaking of will be very long. It will have to include every member of Congress at the time Barry became the new Resident of the White House. No one stood up and questioned anything about him. It will also have to include Supreme Court Judges, as they have not done anything and even John Roberts met with Obama before being sworn into office. There were 10’s of thousands of letters sent to the Supreme Court and asked them to look into his eligibility but nothing. You can also include members of the media, even Fox News, who has said the eligibility issue is dead. Why, because they said so? All those Judges who has stated that no one has Standing to question who Obama is. Think again………….Raymond S. Kraft said it best……
1) The US Constitution is a CONTRACT between The People, The States, and The United States, that defines and limits the role of the federal government, and the rights of the States and The People, and, among other things, defines and limits the qualifications for president, i.e., that the president must be over the age of 35 years, and must be a natural born citizen.
2) Any party to a CONTRACT has standing to enforce it. This is as basic as it gets. Contract Law 101. First week of law school stuff. And it seems that lawyers and judges all over the country have forgotten all about it. Also, the Constitution was intended to benefit all American citizens, We, The People, and in basic contract law the intended beneficiaries of a CONTRACT, i.e., us, also have standing to enforce it.
3) If We, The People, do not have standing to enforce the CONTRACT, the US Constitution, then it is unenforceable, and if it is unenforceable it is just a historic curiosity that means nothing. Just an old piece of parchment. But that was not the intent, and to give intent to the CONTRACT it must be enforceable by its parties and beneficiares.
4) We, The People, have standing under the First Amendment “to petition the government for redress of grievances.” If we have a grievance, that a non-citizen, possibly an illegal alien, is running for president, I think the First Amendment unequivocally gives every American citizen standing to sue the government to redress that grievance and enforce the Constitution.
How many are guilty? Absolutely, positively, no doubt about it whatsoever these people:

2. Michelle Obama
3. Brian Schatz, 2008 Chairman, Democratic Party of Hawii
4. Nancy Pelosi, 2008 Chairman, Democratic National Convention
5. Every member of every State’s Board of Elections in 2008
6. Every member of the Electoral College in 2008
7. Every member of the United States Senate since January 2008
8. Every member of the United States House of Representatives since January 2008
9. Every member of the Supreme Court Of The United States since January 2000

Well stated Arnie; not only are all the legislators and judges now committing heinous crimes against American citizens, but they are bowing down and worshiping a known usurper, presidential fraud; but the very seed of the devil. Great letter! It is time these lying, deceitful crooks know we are onto them. As the saying goes, “We’re mad as hell and not goint to take it anymore!”
I just got off the phone to Senator Boozman’s office. The staffer, Holly Wilson I believe is correct, said when I told her my name, “we have been told not to talk about the subject you always want to talk about.” I asked if it was just me, or if they are not talking to anyone about “the subject”. She said she, ”could not remember the last time someone had called about, “the subject”, and that most people wanted to talk about what was going on in Congress now”. Sounds like another attempt to make Obama’s eligibility, the only issue the really matters at this point, “just a distraction”.
Anyway, my persistence has gotten me on their, “don’t talk to” list. I never used foul language and tried to be reasonably polite and courteous, considering they were infuriating me with their out of date and discredited BS on how Obama was an American citizen. They never mentioned the word, “eligible” or “natural born Citizen”, just that he was born in Hawaii cause Hawaii and the Anneburg Public Policy Center said so….case closed!!
They have reinvigorated me to fight this issue until the truth is forced into the mainstream, no matter how long it takes.

I too, am going to stand and fight, I am wondering how all the people who plan to run in 2012 will have to “prove” they are American born and what will happen when Obama is the only one who “doesn’t” have to provide a Birth Ceriticate”. I say everyone write, call and email, demanding he submit the origingal document as we know every other candidate will be ordered to provide a Birth Certificate.
