SECRETARY WAS SUGARY-SWEET AND DEFENSIVE

by Sharon Rondeau

Is it time for a new United States Army which protects the interests of "we the people?"

(Dec. 20, 2010) — The Post & Email received the following email today:

Subject: RE:  Operation FREE DR. TERRY LAKIN

I called Gen. Horst’s phone number as listed below, and they directed me to the PAO (Public Affairs Officer), Col. Robert Manning. The correct phone number to call is 202-685-4899.

Col. Manning said he has received about 300 calls today already (is that even possible at 12:30 EST??). He reiterated to me that Dr. Lakin pled guilty to 3 charges and was found guilty of not obeying a lawful order from his DIRECT SUPERIOR OFFICER, and of the importance of order and obedience in the military. I reiterated the initial case, which was the lack of a long form birth certificate, and how I hated to see such an unjust sentence (6 mos in Ft. Leavenworth, loss of retirement, and discharge from the military) for such an honorable officer. I asked, at the very least, for suspension of the loss of retirement, if not suspension of the complete sentence.

Col. Manning listened patiently (and even once asked me to watch my tone – my ‘passion’ was showing), and said he would relay my message to Gen. Horst. He also said he welcomes phone calls and e-mails (Robert.manning1@us.army.mil). He takes each one seriously. I plan to write an e-mail soon.

Thank you for caring.

Subject: Operation FREE DR. (TERRY) LAKIN

Please, everyone, if you can find it in your heart to make one more phone call this Christmas season, make this one.

LTC Terry Lakin should not be in Leavenworth for 6 seconds, let alone 6 months, all because he refused to be re-deployed to Afghanistan pending Obama’s release of a true, long form birth certificate.

If we burn up the phone lines, maybe, just maybe, we can get a reduced sentence or even clemency for Lakin. This is the CHRISTMAS season, and Terry Lakin is spending it away from his family in LEAVENWORTH because he stood up for the Constitution.

Also, please forward this to everyone you know and post it on Facebook and other sites. Let’s show Terry there are plenty of us who support him.

Operation FREE DR. LAKIN

Major General Karl Horst —- 202-685-2808
For those of you who inquired about clemency, please contact MAJOR GENERAL HORST, who was the convening authority for court-martial, at 202-685-2808   MG Horst has the power to suspend or shorten LTC Lakin’s sentence. His email address is:  karl.horst@us.army.mil

Terry arrived safely at Fort Leavenworth to begin serving his six month sentence following his conviction at his court-martial.  You might remind MG Horst that LTC Lakin was denied the right to evidence to defend himself- i.e. denied discovery and denied the testimony of expert witnesses.  Feel free to repeat to him that officers swear an oath to the Constitution- are trained on the unified chain of command and know that they are supposed to question orders that may be illegal.  The Army failed LTC Lakin repeatedly when it avoided answering his simple question- is the Commander-in-Chief legally, Constitutionally eligible to command the U.S. Armed Forces?

LTC Lakin enjoyed support from high ranking, retired military officers, Major General Paul Vallely, and Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney and eligibility plaintiffs, CDR Charles Kerchner and Captain Pam Barnett (who both attended his court-martial).  LT GEN McInerney had wanted to testify as an expert witness for LTC Lakin but was disallowed by the Judge, COL Lind.  Former Presidential candidate, Ambassador Alan Keyes also supported LTC Lakin and was not permitted to testify.

The Post & Email first called Maj. Gen. Karl Horst’s phone number and was redirected to the number for Lt. Col. Manning, 202-685-4899.  When I provided the reason for my call, the woman who answered the phone seemed to be a bit befuddled; she said that Lt. Col. Manning was gone for the day and I couldn’t speak with him.  When I asked if she could relay a message, she said, “Well, I could give him the message tomorrow.”  She spoke very slowly and deliberately, as if she was playing some type of a game.

I was asked for my name, state and phone number, which I provided.  After doing so, I briefly stated that I was not calling for clemency for Dr. Lakin, but rather, for his immediate release, because the whole country knows that Obama is a fraud.  The secretary then stopped me and said, “Oh, I don’t know about that…the whole country knows he’s a fraud?  I don’t think so.  I’ll just have Lt. Col. Manning give you a call.”

I answered, surprised, “Fine, if he is able to.”  The secretary then quickly hung up.  I got the impression that she was trying to intimidate me by “threatening” me with a phone call from the good colonel.

The secretary appeared very defensive of her boss, who is apparently taking some heat for what was done to Lakin.  It remains to be seen if Lt. Col. Manning returns my call; I have my doubts.  However, if I do hear from him, it will be reported factually.

It was not the secretary’s job to insert her own opinion, but rather, to simply listen to the message and relay it as she has been charged with relaying all of the others.  She did not appear competent to do so.

I am troubled by the comment above wherein the writer said that she was told by Manning to “watch her tone.”  Why should our freedom of speech be curtailed?  This leaves little doubt that the military officers are following Obama’s orders as his regime plans to assume control of free speech on the internet effective tomorrow through unconstitutional, stealth faux legislation which the traitors in Congress are planning on passing.  Even Fox News stated in January of this year that the plan to do so was not a “wild conspiracy theory.”

The military is well aware of what they have just done to Lakin.  They are no longer the protectors of the U.S. Constitution; they are protecting only Obama and themselves.

Walter Fitzpatrick had warned that this was what would happen at Lakin’s court-martial because of what had happened to him.  He reported that the military even threatened a civilian with a court-martial.  Is that what they plan to do to me?

When I read your post I got a terrible feeling in the pit of my stomach. After the letters and e-mails I wrote for both LTC Lakin and LCMD Fitzpatrick I feel betrayed. I will also be calling both Gen Horst and LTC Manning. Also I will be dumping my membership to Judicial Watch and Liberty Central as they are ineffectual and seem to have an agenda that is not the defense of the Constitution, individual rights, or a fair and honest judicial system.

Thanks for the info. I shot those heartless bastuhds a venomous email. It is sad to see how deep the “fix is inner” of this corrupt regime. I guess the so-called “Medal of Honor” General is scared they will strip him of his metal if he weren’t to have gone along…
I am worried about his family as neither his wife nor children were present at the trial nor to see Col. Lakin off to the pen. Could they have been being held by CIA/NSA as hostages so that Lakin wouldn’t have pushed the TLF-BC angle? It’s chilling to think of that and would like you to try to contact them if possible.

I just read this article at:

http://www.thepostemail.com/2010/12/20/release-and-fraud-call-made-for-lt-col-lakin/

About LTC Lakin, and decided to ask you some questions.

Please explain to me if the Oath to the Constitution was changed to the Oath to an Unconstitutional president? Of course not, then if it was not changed why LTC Lakin had a court martial? When his Oath to the Constitution was not even mentioned at his trial?

No Federal Judge, no Supreme Court, No Congress and not even the Military want once and for all
solve the Constitutional Crisis we have and worst the national media is afraid to mention it. This type of action was not the American way before, so they hope in years from now it will be as one of the Unsolved Mysteries at the Republic we had.

We do have an Unconstitutional president because no one have seen his long birth certificate, we don’t even known when after his High School graduation as Barry Soetoro see

http://www.classmates.com/directory/public/memberprofile/list.htm?regId=8703655301

he changed his name legally to the one his is using at this time.

We don’t know any thing about the Unconstitutional Usurper at the White House, but we do know
that LTC Lakin is a political prisoner sentenced at a Court Martial by people in the military which once took an oath to the Constitution that used to be the Supreme Law of the country.

I do not know LTC Lakin, but over 30 years ago I knew Generals: David Win (POW) once at NORAD, Gordon Summers and John Singlaub motivated me to get involve in the defense of LTC Lakin in my blog at:

Ms. Miriam Mata-Thank you for taking the time to express your opinion regarding LTC Lakin’s situation. I will ensure that your thoughts are conveyed to MG Karl R. Horst, as he reviews the panel’s sentencing recommendation.

“PLEASE, CALL MAJOR GENERAL HORST IN SUPPORT OF LTC LAKIN” December 18, 2010

Dr. Orly Taitz said:

“I just called General Horst. they have a night shift, that takes phone calls. Major General Horst —- 202-685-2808.

Also, you can call the public affairs unit of the Army LTC Manning 202-685-4899. Please, demand immediate investigation of Obama’s illegitimacy to U.S. Presidency and the position of Commander-in-Chief. A war hero should not be sitting in prison to cover up for an arrogant fraud, sitting in the White House without a valid SSN and without a valid long form BC and with a citizenship of 3 other Nations. General Horst and Admiral Mulin and Secretary Gates need to sign a demand for information and forward it to Congress and to Obama and let them know that Obama is undermining the military by refusing to provide proper papers.”

Orly”

“Jeff:

I had called Major General Horst early Friday morning to implore him to grant clemency to LTC Lakin. His secretary (I believe her name is “Rose Brown”) answered. She took my phone number, listened to what I had to say, and then mentioned that I was the “third” call she had received that day in response to the Lakin sentencing. I thought that was kind of a weak response for General Horst to have received only three calls given the gravity of the subject matter. I told her that I was surprised that her phone hadn’t been ringing off the hook. She said that she was bracing for just that as the day was still young.
I thought you might have wanted some feedback on what was coming out of Horst’s office.

CALL MAJOR GENERAL HORST, 202-685-2808 who has the power to change Terry Lakin’s sentence. Terry has already been sent to Ft. Leavenworth to begin serving his 6 month sentence. Let me encourage you to do this. When you make the call you should mention that Lakin had his due process rights to present the defense that orders from Obama were “UNLAWFUL orders” removed from him by the presiding judge before the trial even began and that Lakin had the support of high ranking retired military who said that the Military Code permits officers to question unlawful orders. These included CMDR CHARLES KERCHNER, Major General Paul Vallely, and General Thomas McInerney. These witnesses wanted to testify for Lakin but WERE NOT PERMITTED TO DO SO. Former Presidential candidate Alan Keyes also supported Lakin and was not permitted to testify.”

One Pissed off Vietnam Veteran

I will be calling, as my wife previously called. I will try to control my “pissed off” attitude, but the way things are going in this country make it very difficult.
Why aren’t the so called brave men that agree with LTC Lakin not standing up to the usurper. Believe me I risked court-martial when I was in Vietnam in an effort to save our brave Marines that were being sent to slaughter by the politicians that were running the stupid war.
