IF ENLISTED MEMBERS MUST SHOW THEIRS, SO SHOULD OBAMA

Dear Editor:
The following is a letter sent to Army spokesman Chuck Dasey in regard to the case of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who has refused to take any further orders until Obama shows his original birth certificate:
Dear Mr. Dasey,
With all due respect, sir, may I suggest that rather than investigating Lt. Col. Lakin, an honorable, patriotic officer, who was required to show his birth certificate before deployment, you investigate Barack Obama (aka Barry Soetoro), who, to date, has refused to produce his.
When I enlisted in 1963, I had to produce my long form birth certificate. You did, too. Why, then, does this standard not apply to the man acting as Commander in Chief?
Barack Obama’s first official act after taking office was to sign an executive order sealing virtually ALL of his records and documents that might shed light on who and what he truly is. I ask you sir, would a man with nothing to hide do such a thing?
Recently, a video has surfaced in which Michelle Obama herself stated that Kenya is Barack Obama’s homeland. Even more recently, The Kenyan Parliament (on page 31 of the Minutes) stated that Barack Obama is Kenyan-born.
The U.S. Constitution clearly states in Article II, Section 1, paragraph 5, that no person, except a natural born Citizen of the United States of America shall hold the office of President. That exempts Barack Obama.
Mr. Dasey, you swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. I doubt that oath has an expiration date. Isn’t it about time the military started honoring that oath? I beg of you… do not investigate Lt. Col. Lakin. Instead, investigate the man who truly needs investigating… Barack Hussein Obama.

Do you think Barry wants immigration reform laws to protect himself? Therefore granting himself amnesty because he is an illegal alien? Just wondering….
These high offices are long held positions and they all have sat and plotted with congress about the danger and how to impose their will despite the law. They are well aware of what their fate would be should the truth become recognized that they conspired to seat this fraud and ignore the law. That very act is the ultimate assault to our law and the KNOW IT. Do not expect them to alter their position willingly. What needs to be done is not ask them to cooperate but confront with the threat of prosecution of treason and demand they either stand by their oath or face the ultimate penalty. Then at the first opportunity, enforce the law.
The stage needs to be set and these officials must go on record stating their reason for evading the law. No rank and file beneath them can respect a traitor and they know it. Go on the military blogs and put the question of why the high officers would rather seek to destroy honorable men and women of our own military rather than seek the answer to a simple question as required by the supreme law. Break the ranks away. This would be a move strategic to the goal of preserving the law. Look to Sun Tzu , attack the weakest point and in this case it is the loyalty to a man or our nation and what it stands for. When the threat of massive revolt is apparent these screws might just decide to save their hides.

we all know every member in congress/senate /govt. has heard this. If We the people vote for any member that is currently in ANY office then we are asking for it. I personally don’t intend to vote for any of them! Why doesn’t 1 of our elected officials question this??? the only answer i can come up with is: THEY MUST KNOW IT!
We all pretty much understand that our pResident has neither the will nor intestinal fortitude to push the button on Iran befoe they get nuke’s, but can you imagine if his puppetmasters ever convince him to do so? Can you imagine going to war led by a man who is not eligible to serve as Commander-In-Chief? This is why we MUST learn where this man came from and his national allegiance!
“I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
Note that defending the Constitution comes first, and it comes before obeying the orders of the President. Consider also these sections from the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which is referenced in the military oath:
883. ART. 83. FRAUDULENT ENLISTMENT, APPOINTMENT, OR SEPARATION
Any person who–
(1) procures his own enlistment or appointment in the armed forces by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to his qualifications for the enlistment or appointment and receives pay or allowances thereunder; or
(2) procures his own separation from the armed forces by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to his eligibility for that separation; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
884. ART. 84. UNLAWFUL ENLISTMENT, APPOINTMENT, OR SEPARATION
Any person subject to this chapter who effects an enlistment or appointment in or a separation from the armed forces of any person who is known to him to be ineligible for that enlistment, appointment, or separation because it is prohibited by law, regulation, or order shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
That’s the enlisted man’s oath. The officers oath doesn’t even include the part about the President and obeying orders.
Looks like the top military brass are a bunch of cowards or are all complicit. Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin is a hero in my eyes, only wish there were more of his type in the military. I keep hoping to see a courageous congress(person), senator, general, or anyone with clout that will take a stand with the people for the truth. Just my 2 cents.

After reading that proof it’s up to your consciousness and conscience what to do:
– do NOTHING (“What can we change anyway?”);
or
– LET’S ROLL to uphold the Constitution and repeal its distortions – share your knowledge (despite the mainstream media) with other Citizens by any means (talking, printing this short flyer, emailing, placing it on different sites, etc.) before the nearest Elections 2010 (and of course – well before the next 2012 Presidential Elections). “…WE MUST DO IT. NO ONE WILL DO IT FOR US.” Let’s try. “The IMPOSSIBLE is often UNTRIED!”
(In short: Having a foreigner father (Britiish) Obama had a dual allegiance at birth. Thus he isn’t Natural Born Citizen /Article 2-1-5/ and not eligible to be POTUS regardless of his birthplace).

I don’t understand why everyone with any authority is standing down against him. Have they all been threatened?
I think it runs deeper than any1 indiv.being threatned. I think it’s all about OIl and the “people” we get it from!
Everyone should take the time to send at least one email to Chuck Dasey. Depending upon how readers view this website, the could result in hundreds if not thousands of emails which could result in positive results.

I think in the end Lt. Col. Lakin will be OK. I don’t think the military has the guts to expose Obama through the legal proceedings.

I’m betting it won’t go to courts martial. They will just discharge him with loss of rank and benefits.
I’m starting to think our Military officiers are as big of cowards as our political officials. I think they’re more worried about their rank and power than the Constitution. No wonder we have become such a weak country. We’re not talking about taking gunfire; we are just looking for the officers to do their duty and take a stand.

Dear Mr. Dasey,
Regardless of where you or the army stand on the issue of Barack Obama’s eligiblity and Ltcol. Terry Lakin’s Actions, I want to convey to you some very eleglant words of wisdom which I hope you and Army will take to heart. I will not attempt to argue the issue with you or try to justify Lakin’s actions although I am sure you are receiving numerous emails about the issue. I will simply leave you with these fine words:
“Let me remind you, it’s not good for the country. It’s not good for the country, if he is qualified to be POTUS, that these rumors swirl. And if he is not, it’s not good for the country that he is Commander In Chief.” – Judge David O. Carter, Federal District Court of California.
I hope you will consider these words on deciding on what to do regarding Ltcol. Terry Lakin’s actions.
At last, the Military will take a stance against Barry through the military “court proceedings”.
Thank God for Lt. Col. Lakin, the US Military, and the Court Martial proceedings, for their brave actions will bring down Soetoro and expose the entire US Government as well as the CFR. The Constitution will stand. An amazingly brave soldier!
I just hope many in the military will start to stand up and start asking their own questions about Obama, enough of the media giving Obama a free pass, if the people see that the military start asking questions about Obama’s eligibility then i hope this will wake people up, and for Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin he needs all the help he can get and this is a great chance for his own(the military) to come to his rescue.
I can’t believe many in the military support Barry, and, I’m sure they know he is ineligible. My question is what is keeping them from correcting this injustice by simply refusing to take orders, en masse, until Barry is forced to prove his eligibility?
I applaud Lt. Col Lakin for his bravery. He should ask one more question:
How can a person born in the US and subject to a foreign power be a natural born citizen of the US?
Even if born in Hawaii, Obama was born subject to Great Britain by descent from his father (Obama Senior) who was a British/Kenyan citizen and not a US citizen. Just as a naturalized citizen is ineligible to be President due to having been born subject to a foreign power, so too is Obama, who was born a dual citizen.
I just sent Dasey an email telling him to investigate the crime and not the one questioning the crime! Suggest you do the same.
