High Crimes, Presidents, and the CIA

(Jan. 6, 2026) — Why don’t we just start this unpleasant but, in my opinion, much-needed discussion by choosing a calendar year. How does “1947” sound? To me, it is the exact time in post-WWII America when things in our country took a decided turn for the worse and went almost completely out of control. The main reason for this, in my view, is that the Central Intelligence Agency was founded in that year (the CIA was one part of the multifaceted National Security Act signed into law by 33rd President Harry Truman).

Whether or not it was a calculated decision, the CIA was deemed to be a CIVILIAN as opposed to a federal government agency. It is my opinion that this enabled them to exist with little or no oversight and little or no accountability. I also find it more than a little interesting that numerous German NAZIS who had skills in areas which our country greatly desired (such as intelligence, rocketry, medicine, et cetera) were brought into the United States and repatriated here. For example, one in particular was General Reinhard Gehlen who was known as “Hitler’s Super Spy” (in addition to being a ruthless assassin). In the year 1953, the CIA drafted a manual which they titled “A STUDY OF ASSASSINATION.” It was not released for publication until 1997. In the meantime, on November 22, 1963, 35th President John F. Kennedy was assassinated during a motorcade through the streets of Dallas, Texas. The Warren Commission (a “presidential commission” established by Lyndon B. Johnson) made the finding that the assassination was carried out by a lone gunman, Lee Harvey Oswald. However, many authorities have since determined that to be untrue. The assassination was a CONSPIRACY which I have no doubt involved the U.S. government, one or more former presidents, the American Mafia, Cuban mercenaries, and not surprisingly the CIA. To take these observations one step farther, I believe the CIA is the most secret, influential, and powerful entity in America and possibly even the entire world.

Forty-first President George H.W. Bush was a CIA operative in the mid-to-late 1950s (although he later denied it in a Congressional hearing). He became the Director of the CIA for one year in 1976 and was U.S. president from 1989 to 1993. Lyndon B. Johnson was the 36th U.S. president. Within hours following the death of President Kennedy, Vice-President Johnson was sworn into the office of the presidency while being flown from Dallas to Washington, D.C. with the president’s body. First Lady Jackie Kennedy, the Secret Service, and other officials were on board. Some investigators and writers who have studied the assassination of President Kennedy believe that President Johnson (“LBJ”) was a co-conspirator who knew about the assassination in advance and may have been a principal in planning it.

The 34th president was Dwight Eisenhower. The 37th through 40th presidents were: Richard Nixon (37th); Gerald Ford (38th); Jimmy Carter (39th); and Ronald Reagan (40th). Of them, Richard Nixon, who had LOST THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN 1961 TO JOHN F. KENNEDY, was the most noteworthy of these five presidents for the purposes of this discussion. After the assassination of President Kennedy, Vice-President Lyndon Johnson replaced Kennedy in office. Johnson continued to be president and later won the 1964 general election. In 1968, Richard Nixon again ran for the presidency and this time was elected, and re-elected in 1972. Nixon, however, became involved in the “Watergate” scandal and resigned the presidency in 1974. Of these five different presidents, I believe that history, from the standpoint of character and job performance, will favorably view four of them (Eisenhower, Ford, Carter, and Reagan).

Subsequent to the Reagan presidency, which ended in 1989, is where things in our country really began going downhill. There have been six different presidents and fourteen different CIA directors during this recent 35-year time frame.

The 42nd president was Bill Clinton, a talented chief executive. In recent documents released by the Justice Department, Clinton appears in several photos with the late convicted child-abuser Jeffrey Epstein, raising questions of how close the relationship was between the two.

In addition, according to Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, Barack Hussein Obama was NOT ELIGIBLE to run for or become elected president of the United States. He was not a Natural Born (American) Citizen. Furthermore, he simultaneously was/is a citizen of three entirely different countries: British Kenya; Indonesia; and possibly a naturalized (although NOT natural born) citizen of the United States. He also possessed and used forged identification documents, including a computer-generated, pieced-together fraudulent Hawaiian “birth certificate” to fabricate his place of birth and run for the presidency, thereby committing election fraud.

The 46th president was Joe Biden. It would be impossible for me to itemize all of the reckless, unconstitutional, and/or unlawful decisions and activities of President Biden. A Special Counsel (former U.S. Attorney Robert Hur, who had been the top prosecutor in the state of Maryland) declined to file criminal charges against Biden involving the mishandling and possessing of top-secret government documents, allegedly due to Biden’s declining mental acuity. In my opinion, the Obama administration (during which Joe Biden had been vice-president) and the Biden administration (in which Kamala Harris was vice-president) were the two most destructive and potentially dangerous back-to-back presidential administrations in our country’s history. It is noted that for all intents and purposes, these administrations were put into place and assisted from within by the CIA (though the CIA supposedly was restricted to gathering intelligence on foreign enemies and terrorists).

The 45th president, who also is our current 47th president, is Donald J. Trump. Yours truly, a registered Independent voter, has voted three times in a row for him. With that in mind and considering the divided state of affairs politically and otherwise in our country today, I decline at this time (in my eighty-second year) to imply or say anything specific about our chief executive.

In conclusion, it is disturbing and antithetical to America’s constitutional republic and democracy that in our country currently and for at least the last 78 years there is so much PUBLIC CORRUPTION (softball nomenclature used by the FBI). As you may have gleaned from this discussion, I am particularly disappointed and unhappy with certain individuals and agencies in our federal government and their tendencies to be involved in activities which are un-American, irreligious, and in some cases criminal. Frankly, I don’t know if there is anything that we, as individuals in a supposedly civil society, can do about this problem. It unfortunately seems as if it might be inevitable human nature and man’s inhumanity to man. I think that anybody who reads this material and gives it some serious thought might conclude that our society and our government need to be TRANSFORMED. However, I am NOT talking about transformation of the type once promised by Barack Hussein Obama nor the type (New World Order?) envisioned by and in the process of being carried out from within by our own Central Intelligence Agency. Thusly, I have exercised my First Amendment rights and now “relinquish the floor” to anybody who cares to comment.
