(Dec. 24, 2025) — On his Wednesday evening show, “America’s Mayor Live,” former New York City mayor, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York and Trump personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, 81, recounted the history of Christmas Eve traditions in countries around the world.
The program airs at 8:00 p.m. weeknights following “The Rudy Giuliani Show” at 7:00 p.m.
Observances of preparations for Christmas included “12 days of feasting” in the United Kingdom to “no feasting at all” in other places, he said.
On Tuesday, Giuliani interviewed Peter Ticktin, an attorney representing Tina Peters, who is incarcerated in Colorado after having been convicted of crimes associated with what she claimed was election fraud in Mesa County, where she served as the elected recorder.
According to Giuliani, Ticktin is a “childhood friend” of the president, who has been outspoken in advocating for Peters’s transference to federal custody or outright release, which the governor of Colorado, Jared Polis, has denied.
He also remarked on the admission made on December 9 by a member of the Fulton County Elections Board that approximately 315,000 ballots were counted in the county’s 2020 election tally despite lacking proper verification. Had they been excluded, Giuliani said, the state’s 16 electoral votes would have been awarded to Trump.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis prosecuted Giuliani, Trump and 17 others for alleged “election interference” for attempting to show that massive fraud had changed the outcome of the contest between Trump and Joe Biden.
Late last month, Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dismissed the case against all defendants after the succeeding prosecutor to Willis, who was removed from prosecuting the case in September, said he would not pursue it.
Despite criticism by some of the state of the U.S. economy, Giuliani expressed optimism about the future, maintaining that America is still a land of opportunity.
Giuliani had a long-running show on WABC in New York from which he was banned in May of last year.
Shifting briefly to politics, he said the Republican Party is now devoid of “RINOs” (Republicans in Name Only) and that the “progressive Democrats” are the “least popular” political faction in the country today.
At 8:27, he announced a commercial break and stated he would return to a Christmas theme afterward, as it is “the most important thing” given the upcoming holiday.
At 8:40, Giuliani shared that his four-year-old granddaughter was “afraid of Santa Claus” until his cousin donned the traditional outfit, brought her gifts, and helped her to overcome that fear.
He spoke of the war between Russia and Ukraine, blaming Russian President Vladimir Putin for “civilian deaths” in Ukraine.
“We should pray for them,” he concluded his thoughts on the conflict.
