Barack Obama and Most Other Presidents Since WWII Have Not and Never Will Be “Held Accountable”

(Oct. 17, 2025) — I am sorry to have to tell you, but the reason for using the above statement as the title of this opinion piece actually should seem fairly obvious.  What makes it “fairly obvious” is implied by the TIME FRAME of the subject matter, which instantly caught my attention.  The time frame is World War II to the present. 

I note that following the end of World War II, the National Security Act was enacted into law, and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was officially recognized and given its name (until then, it had been known as the Office of Strategic Services, or OSS).  The CIA is thought by most people to be one of the 18 different federal government agencies making up our country’s Intelligence Community, which today includes and is headed by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) which maintains direct chain-of-command contact to the Commander-in-Chief/President.  The CIA, however, is not an actual federal government agency; it is an independent, non-government entity with little or no oversight and accountability.  In fact, it is known by many as “The Company.”  In case you haven’t guessed, this in my opinion is a proverbial “recipe for disaster.”   

These are some of the historical events that are relevant to my essay’s subject matter, that being the proliferation of unlawful, unconstitutional, and/or un-American behavior by our country’s presidents with little or no accountability.  NOT COINCIDENTALLY, IT (ALMOST EVERYTHING WHICH HAS “GONE WRONG”) ALL BEGAN WITH THE FOUNDING OF THE CIA IN 1947 AND HAS CONTINUED FOR THE MOST PART UNABATED TO THE PRESENT. 

As a matter of record, there have been 14 postwar US Presidents.  The 14 Postwar US Presidents in Order

     Harry S. Truman, 1945-1953

     Dwight D. Eisenhower, 1953-1961

     John F. Kennedy, 1961-1963

     Lyndon B. Johnson, 1963-1969

     Richard M. Nixon, 1969-1974

     Gerald R. Ford, 1974-1977

     James “Jimmy” Carter, 1977-1981

     Ronald Reagan, 1981-1989

     George H. W. Bush, 1989-1993

     William J. Clinton, 1993-2001

     George W. Bush, 2001-2009

     Barack H. Obama, 2009-2017

     Donald J. Trump, 2017-2021

     Joe Biden, 2021-2025

     Donald J. Trump, 2025-Present

Of these presidents, it sadly is my First Amendment-protected opinion that at least 8 or more of the 14 have committed acts, which if you or I had done, would likely be considered criminal or at least un-American and for which we would be “held accountable.”  Not so with what some call the “Fraternity of Presidents.”  At this point, I should tell you that I will not be “naming names,” with the exception of Barack Hussein Obama who, in my opinion, is at the head of the list and undeniably the worst of the worst.  Also, I do not intend (nor does time permit!) to address each and every incident of presidential or the intel’s unlawful, unconstitutional, or un-American behavior.  

So, moving along and hopefully without rambling as I am wont to do, here are just some of the incidents I am talking about.  At least one or two of these postwar presidents in combination with the CIA approved or “looked the other way” while German Nazis who were highly skilled in technology, medicine, intelligence, and other fields were brought from Europe and expatriated to the United States, where they often became employed by the agency.   

Next, an unknown number of US Presidents were conspirators who had prior, real-time, and/or after-the-fact involvement in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy (contrary to the Warren Commission’s finding which named Lee Harvey Oswald as being a “lone gunman” assassin, with no known accomplices).  The CIA was deeply involved in the assassination.  Several years prior to the JFK, RFK, and MLK assassinations, the CIA had written an actual “assassination manual” (not publicly released until a successful FOIA request in the 1990s).  Also, the previously unnamed CIA headquarters building in Langley, VA, was named “The George Bush Center for Intelligence” but not until 1999.  George H. W. Bush had been the CIA director for one year in 1976 and was an outspoken proponent of the New World Order when he was President, 1989-1993.  The NWO was a concept favored by the German Nazi Third Reich, and the Bush family (namely Bush Sr.’s biological or adoptive father, Prescott Bush) was known to have had banking connections to the Nazi war effort (a matter of Congressional record).  In other matters, some of the more recent postwar presidents have been accused of child trafficking and pedophilia. 

Another behavior which apparently has not been uncommon for presidents (and is routinely practiced by CIA personnel) is deception and lying, sometimes under certain circumstances by law considered perjury.  CIA Agents evidently like to sign politically partisan group letters containing false and/or accusatory information regarding political opponents during elections and related matters (potentially constituting voter and election interference or fraud). 

Last of these examples is the fact that the “high crimes” of sedition and treason, in my opinion, have been committed by some of these postwar presidents and CIA officials.  An example, in my opinion, was the unlawful presidential invitation to thousands of undocumented (illegal) immigrants to break the law and enter the United States across our previously-secured borders, resulting in predictable chaos and violence, including deaths throughout our country.

So, to answer the question as to why I am saying Barack Obama and most other presidents since World War II have not and never will be “held accountable” for their wrongdoing, permit me to point out the obvious.  Most of them are deceased.  If they had committed any “high crimes” which have no statute of limitations on charging or punishment, then by definition they have “run out the clock” and are “home free.”  Of course, this even applies to those still living.  Another reason why there will be no accountability for such chief executives is the “all or none” factor.  That is, if one president can be subjected to punishment to the full extent of the law, then the argument will be made that no one should be exempt.  Holding a president accountable, I contend, is not likely to happen. 

Another possible, if not probable or even certain, outcome of holding a living president accountable to the full extent of the applicable law is CIVIL WAR.  I won’t expand on that prediction, but I think you understand what I mean.  FINALLY, AND MAYBE THE MOST CRUCIAL (AND DANGEROUS) REASON OF THEM ALL FOR NOT BEING “HELD ACCOUNTABLE” IS THAT THE ROOT CAUSE OF THIS ENTIRE SICK SITUATION IS THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (CIA).  AS YOU MIGHT KNOW, THEY LIKELY ARE THE MOST POWERFUL ENTITY IN AMERICA, IF NOT THE WORLD, AND IT IS THEY WHO HANDPICKED, PLOTTED, AND PLACED CONSTITUTIONALLY INELIGIBLE AND UNQUALIFIED BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA IN THE PRESIDENCY, WITH THE APPARENT OBJECTIVE OF “TRANSFORMING” OUR GOVERNMENT, SOCIETY, AND MORAL FABRIC INTO A WOKE MARXIST PART OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER.  Thus, the CIA likely is an entity, maybe the only entity, which is “above the law,” and lesser entities or individuals, even presidents, may lay claim to the same immunity.
