(Aug. 12, 2025) — Delia Ramirez is a member of Congress representing the Third District of Illinois.

Ramirez recently spoke at the “Panamerican Congress” in Mexico City, a gathering of leftist legislators from eight countries in the Western Hemisphere.

“I’m a proud Guatemalan before I’m an American,” she declared at that confab — in Spanish.

I guess we should take her word for it.

Delia Ramirez is a grown-up anchor baby, the daughter of an illegal alien mother who was pregnant with her when they illegally crossed the Rio Grande.

After Delia was first elected, I wrote an article about her entitled, “Anchor Baby Married To DREAMer Elected To Congress. What Do You Suppose Her Big Cause Is Going To Be?”

Sure enough, Delia has earned an F- from NumbersUSA, which means she’s very bad on immigration.

In May, she pulled off the stunt of handing Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem a letter demanding her immediate resignation.

Rep. Ramirez made her priorities crystal clear in Mexico City. Fellow attendees from the U.S. included Squad congresswomen Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI).

At this conference, on foreign soil, Rep. Ramirez declared a preference for her Guatemalan identity over her U.S. citizenship.

“I’m a Guatemalan with much pride before I’m an American,” she stated.

“I’m a Guatemalan with much pride before I’m an American,”

If that statement doesn’t justify her immediate removal from Congress, revocation of her American citizenship, confiscation of her American passport and deportation back to her beloved Guatemala then I don’t know what would.

So much for her OATH to the Constitution.
