(Jul. 31, 2025) — Over the last several days, a user of the Truth Social platform reported irregularities when trying to use his account, necessitating multiple steps to log in and obstacles to posting and communicating with others.

He opened the account in December and has used it regularly without incident other than once several months ago, when he experienced a brief suspension. After contacting Support, Truth Social promptly resolved the issue, he demonstrated by supplying an email chain.
The Post & Email once encountered a Truth Social suspension, likewise rectified promptly after we appealed and with the explanation that the account was mistaken for a “bot” by the platform’s automation.
On Wednesday, the user contacted truthteam@truthsocial.com about the recent difficulties and received a response with a disclaimer stating it cannot be reproduced.
“I’ve used the same devices and password since the day I opened the account, yet the system now claims my password is invalid,” the account-holder told The Post & Email Wednesday afternoon. “I’ve run comprehensive scans using publicly available antivirus, spyware, and malware tools—all confirm my devices are secure and uncompromised.”
A follow-up message sent to <support@truthsocial.com>, appeals@truthsocial.com reads:
To whom it may concern,
I keep encountering Captchas at multiple stages: when I open the sign-in page, again after signing in, and then once more when I try to access DMs. From there, Captchas continue to appear every 3–5 minutes or whenever I attempt to post, comment, reply, or share.
Additionally, anytime I try to tag Trump, a “legal request” message appears at the top and prevents me from posting. If I visit his profile, I see a “syntax error” message at the top of the page.
When I’m composing a comment or post, about half the time I receive an error saying I’m posting too quickly and need to wait. Once that message disappears, any keystroke I make causes it to immediately reappear. Although the tagged links remain highlighted, the person being tagged never receives a notification.
Obviously I am a human and not a bot because a bot cannot email you. Please fix your system.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look foward to the return of un-fettered use of my account.
Best regards,
On Thursday morning after he logged in, he was presented with a message claiming the platform’s server was “down,” of which he informed Truth Social support.

“Truth Social responded with a question I didn’t know how to answer, and I told them as much,” he wrote afterward. “They asked about the device IP address but didn’t specify which device they meant. I doubt it’s the router as it’s a state-of-the-art model Lynksys that was professionally installed and tested by my service provider. It passed every diagnostic.
“Just to be thorough, I had the tech team come back out late yesterday afternoon to recheck everything. I even showed them the issue firsthand, and it only occurs with Truth Social. After running a full inspection, the technician confirmed that the problem isn’t on my end, it’s on Truth Social’s side.”
As of this writing, The Post & Email can view posts from the user’s account but limited to the months of January and February.
