(Jul. 22, 2025) — On Tuesday afternoon, Defiance Press, which published former Sheriff Joseph Arpaio’s 2020 memoir containing a chapter dedicated to the Obama birth certificate probe, promoted the work by posting short excerpts on X while claiming, as Arpaio did last week, “Fox News silenced investigators.”
As The Post & Email has reported over the years, the investigation, conducted by Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse” led by Mike Zullo, unequivocally found the “long-form” birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 to be a “computer-generated forgery.”
The mainstream media largely accepted the White House image as genuine and ridiculed Arpaio despite conducting no independent investigations of its own.
In a series of “tweets” over the last five weeks, Arpaio included the fact that his 2018 appearance on (Judge) Jeanine Pirro’s program, “Justice with Judge Jeanine,” was his last on the Fox News Channel, apparently because of his raising of the birth certificate investigation.
Defiance’s posts were directed to President Trump, former entertainer Ted Nugent, Arpaio, a news site by the name of “Defiance Daily,” and Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (Ret), Trump’s first national-security adviser in 2021.
The account’s 3:29 p.m. post states, “Joe knows. You should too” with a link to the book on Amazon.
Arpaio reposted the Defiance tweet titled, “The Largest Hoax And Cover-Up Scandal In American History #ObamasBirthCertificate.”
In January 2011, Trump was the first public figure to question Obama’s eligibility for the presidency amid rumors he was born outside of the U.S., demanding Obama release his “long-form” birth record. To much media fanfare and following an off-the-record meeting with reporters led by then-White House Counsel Robert Bauer, Obama addressed the publication of the image at whitehouse.gov, though he did not hold it in his hand and affirm it as his own.
In September 2016 during a campaign appearance, Trump declared Obama “was born in the United States. Period,” which baffled some observers.
In his book, Arpaio suggested Obama is a “naturalized” rather than a “natural born Citizen,” a term the Framers placed in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution but left undefined.

And, it was obvious then that Trump did that to get the media to shut-up so Trump could could proceed to win the election…………………………. ……
The “Largest Hoax in American History,” as tweeted in the Defiance Press by Sheriff Arpaio may indeed be Barack Obama’s forged Hawaiian Birth Certificate.
The largest “Cover-up Scandal in American History” is the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, which is a conspiracy not the act of a deranged lone gunman that occurred 61+ years ago and remains publicly unsolved and unaccounted for.
Neither one of these two traitorous events in our country’s history could have happened without hands-on involvement by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). They (the CIA) recruited Obama, were instrumental in fictionalizing and counterfeiting his background, groomed him to be a Manchurian Candidate for the presidency, and “succeeded” in their unlawful and unconstitutional effort to have him placed on the ballot and elected. As for the second of the two aforementioned events, they (the CIA) participated in what undoubtedly was a conspiracy which involved the planning, execution, and cover-up of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
Just so everyone will understand, I am not recommending that the CIA or our country’s 17 or 18 other so-called intelligence agencies be disbanded. But, in my opinion, We The People deserve to see some REAL oversight and accountability. Allow me to make a couple of suggestions (hopefully not naive ones). The Central Intelligence Agency’s unique status as a civilian not a government organization desperately needs rethinking and restructuring. In addition, employees of all of the intelligence agencies who are managers, directors, or assistant directors (possibly also others) should be required to undergo strict reviews of their performances to not only assess the quality of their work but to determine what they know and if they will tell the TRUTH.
