(Jun. 5, 2025) — On Wednesday the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform sent letters to five former Biden staffers requesting transcribed interviews to gather information they are believed to have regarding Joe Biden’s declining health while he was in office and who was carrying out presidential responsibilities in his stead.
The letters are signed by Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY1) and copied to Ranking Member Stephen Lynch (D-MA8) and the remaining members of the committee, whose website does not yet reflect the May 21 passing of former ranking member Gerald E. Connolly (D-VA11) of esophageal cancer.
Transcribed interviews are proposed to take place next month.
The individuals asked to appear before the committee are Steve Ricchetti, who served as counselor to Biden; Anita Dunn, a former Obama adviser, Biden Senior Advisor to the President for Communications and the wife of prominent Biden personal attorney Robert Bauer; Michael Donilon, a former Biden senior adviser; Ron Klain, Biden’s first chief of staff; and Bruce Reed, Former Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy.
On May 22, Comer sent similar letters to four former Biden staffers whose attorneys, he told Fox News host Sean Hannity on Tuesday and Maria Bartiromo on Sunday, appeared responsive to the committee’s requests.
A fifth letter sent that day was to Biden’s personal and White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor.
On Thursday, Comer sent a letter with a subpoena to attorneys for O’Connor indicating O’Connor’s had “refused” the committee’s request for an interview, citing “physician-patient privilege” and other alleged barriers to an appearance.
“The Committee seeks information about your assessment of and relationship with former
President Biden to explore whether the time has come for Congress to revisit potential legislation
to address the oversight of presidents’ fitness to serve pursuant to its authority under Section 4 of
the Twenty-Fifth Amendment15 or to propose changes to the Twenty-Fifth Amendment itself,” Comer wrote on page 3. “This investigation also continues to inform the Committee about whether additional reforms or enhancements to financial disclosures of White House employees, including the Physician to the President, are necessary.”
Since Biden left office, several accounts, reportedly including at least one “whistleblower,” have emerged describing Biden confidants as engaged in an elaborate effort to conceal his deteriorating health from the public for months or even years.
On May 18, Biden’s post-presidential office announced he has Stage 4 prostate cancer which has metastasized to his bones.
On June 27, 2024, Biden experienced difficulty during the presidential debate with Trump, after which many Biden supporters, average Democrats and members of Congress began to believe Biden was not capable of serving a second term.
Three weeks later, via a post on X, he withdrew from the race and endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris, who lost to Trump on November 5.
According to President Trump, Biden was unaware of an unidentified number of pardons and other documents being signed with an autopen which Trump said was operated by “Treasonous Thugs” who “stole the presidency.”
“They did it to destroy our Country,” he wrote May 20 on TruthSocial. Those responsible, he wrote, should receive “something very severe” as punishment.
A book released the same day, “Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again” by Alex Thompson of Axios and CNN’s Jake Tapper, claims, citing interviews with anonymous Biden aides, Biden’s inability to recognize longtime acquaintances such as George Clooney and his national security adviser, Jake Sullivan.
A “whistleblower” who pardon attorney Ed Martin said made “unprecedented admissions” also revealed names of three Biden “gatekeepers” identified as Dunn, Bauer and Klain.

ANSWER: Since honesty is the best policy, and since exposing the truth is a form of protecting free speech and democracy, “We the People”, being the first three boldest and printed words of the original quill-cursive-penned U.S. Constitution, are ultimately responsible for demanding that truth be told by publishing and petitioning our truthful discoveries and vote-out the truth-resisting politicians and disbar the truth-resisting licensed attorneys to ensure that the truth outweighs the consequences!.

Jesse Watters, Sean Hannity, other so-called “journalists,” and even government officials such as President Trump himself like to call the incapacity of Joe Biden and the behind-the-scenes substitute “presidents” who were the decision-makers using the autopen, the “greatest political scandal in American history.” Maybe they are just trying to smooth over their too-little, too-late awareness of these things? If I may be so presumptuous as to remind everyone that I myself began calling out the “Biden Crime Family” and the “disenfranchisement” of voters a full four or five years ago. Not only that, but more recently I have been asking the questions WHO WERE THE CONSPIRATORS THAT WERE INVOLVED IN THE ASSASSINATION OF PRESIDENT JOHN F KENNEDY IN 1963 (since it was a conspiracy and not just a “lone gunman” named Lee Harvey Oswald), AND ASSUMING THAT OUR GOVERNMENT AND THE CIA AND/OR FBI WERE INVOLVED, WHY ISN’T THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION THE GREATEST POLITICAL SCANDAL IN AMERICAN HISTORY? It must have been the most scandalous, because 62 years later it still hasn’t been solved and is being covered up by our government. Don’t let them make you look naive (forgive me, but I could have said “foolish”), because THEY DO KNOW THE IDENTITIES OF THE ASSASSINS AND CONSPIRATORS WHO WERE INVOLVED BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER-THE-FACT OF THE CRIME. Some of them, I dare say, were even PRESIDENTS.

Why?

Most U.S. citizen adults on Main Street USA have likely forgotten the original intentions and meanings of “We the People” of 1787 and “natural born [sole-U.S.-allegiance] Citizen” of 1787 and “birthright citizenship [for born-U.S.-slave-residents]” of the 14th Amendment of 1868. While such “forgetfulness” can be expected over time, nonetheless, We the People on Main Street USA, you and me, are ultimately and Constitutionally responsible for fighting the wars and paying the taxes and voting the changes to our administratively subordinate and conveniently representative U.S. Government and act as “We the Jury” to have the Final Say in investigations brought before Congress and in cases brought before the Supreme Court relative to the supreme law of the land, the U.S. Constitution.
“We the People” are sufficient enough for Jury Duty and sufficient enough for deciding the fate of Dr. Kevin O’Connor in this case, even though most of We the People are not learned attorneys or esteemed college professors or high government officials; We the People don’t have to be highly credentialed practitioners, although some DCeit experts might try to make us feel inferior and unqualified for this case; We the People, especially its senior U.S. citizens, have a “PhD in Life Experiences”, and that is sufficient enough credentials to have the Final Say in this case.
So, therefore, as We the People rise up from otherwise government subjects to sober adult U.S. citizens and look down on our U.S. Government, We demand that Dr. Kevin O’Connor and Dr. Jill Biden, and any other suspect in this egregious matter against We the People, be subjected to hearings and
