(May 6, 2025) — In a newsletter announcement on Monday, “guerilla” journalist James O’Keefe III, founder of Project Veritas and more recently, the O’Keefe Media Group, said he will be releasing a “bombshell” report on Wednesday, with the promo video suggesting a focus on the pharmaceutical company Pfizer on which O’Keefe previously reported while with his original organization.
The fast-moving trailer is available on O’Keefe’s X timeline.
O’Keefe’s January 2023 reportage on Pfizer included an undercover video featuring an employee of the COVID-19 mRNA-vaccine manufacturer appearing to concede the shots adversely affected women receiving it during their childbearing years.
A reference to a “chaotic power struggle” claimed to have ensued within Project Veritas at O’Keefe’s new website has been removed.
“The truth will come to light,” reads a photo caption previewing Wednesday’s release on O’Keefe’s website. “It’s time the public knew.”
In February 2023, O’Keefe was ousted from Project Veritas by its board of directors. Three months later, the organization filed suit against O’Keefe, his new company and two other individuals, writing, “Being known as the founder of an organization does not entitle that person to run amok and put his own interests ahead of that organization. Defendant James O’Keefe (“O’Keefe”) failed in his duties to Plaintiff, Project Veritas, causing it serious and significant damage. O’Keefe must be held accountable, as must the organization O’Keefe created, Defendant Transparency 1, LLC d/b/a O’Keefe Media Group (“OMG”) for suborning his violations.”
In January, the plaintiffs’ claims against one of the defendants, RC Maxwell, were dismissed following a settlement between the parties. During the same time frame, the plaintiffs’ attorney asked to withdraw from the case, a request Magistrate Judge Andrew E. Krause granted.
O’Keefe filed a counterclaim against Project Veritas, with a status conference held on April 28. The next steps in the case are scheduled for June.
As of this writing, a time for O’Keefe’s new release does not appear to have been announced.

You nailed it on the overuse of the word “bombshell”. Modern thinking and redefining of a weapon of mass destruction gone bizarre to feed mentally-starved people on social media.
Technically, a bomb shell is the outer case of heavy ordnance and is by virtue of its makeup inert (harmless) unless it is dropped on your toes.

It takes a staggering amount of stealth and patience to produce the eye-opening investigative reports that James O’Keefe publicly published during his employ with Project Veritas.
From this commenters prospective though, it appears that O’Keefe failed to do a stellar job at vetting those Trojan horse Board of Director personnel who possibly infiltrated Project Veritas and undermined the Project Veritas theme.
