(Mar. 7, 2025) — First of all, let me ask you: Does the high federal crime of TREASON (18 US Code, Section 2381) have any statute of limitations? The correct answer is NO. However, might that just be a convenient way for the powers that be (Department of Justice, etc.) to “run out the clock” and let a potentially guilty party go free? Probably not. But, the way the TREASON statute is never being used anymore has to make me, and possibly you, a little suspicious. Frankly, it seems as if TREASON is a crime which is no longer being enforced. Is it even “on the books?” Could it be that due to the fact that many people in our government are crooks (the FBI euphemistically calls it “public corruption”), TREASON has become A CRIME TOO COMMON AND TOO PENAL FOR IT TO EVER BE ENFORCED AGAIN? Hmm!
Below is a proverbial “textbook example” of the crime(s) of TREASON which is/are TOO BIG AND TOO CONTROVERSIAL TO PROSECUTE. Read all about it. It may seem far-fetched for some of you to comprehend and believe, but to me, it absolutely has the ring of truth to it. Some of you might even find that ring to be explosive. I don’t, but I have studied, researched, and written about BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA AKA BARRY SOETORO since 2008. I am a military veteran and a retired 30+-year law enforcement and criminal court officer and am not easily fooled. Let’s see if you are, or if you just don’t care after almost two decades (Obama’s “fundamental transformation” of our society and government has yet to be stopped, but the Trump administration is in the process of fight, fight, fighting!).
Note, too, that a motto of the CIA is a Bible verse, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” I will not apologize for pointing out the hypocrisy of the CIA. Another word to the wise which I recommend to you before you read the below, is that of British statesman Edmund Burke, who said, “Those who don’t know history are destined to repeat it.” That, readers, is a strong case for the “TRUTH.” Now, tell me this and this are not TREASON.

I have wondered about a new legal category called sub-treason. This would set a somewhat lower standard for being a traitor to the nation. Conceptually, it would be comfortably nestled between treason and sedition. I believe a narrow definition of treason requires at least two witnesses, and aiding and abetting an enemy in a time of war. Strictly applied, I think a lot of what you and I would consider treason acts would not meet that standard. We have been satisfied with laws on espionage to cover other sins, but I think we see that may not be good enough for the law.
It would seem that when you can identify an adversary making extensive plans with a future war with out country, any aid at any time to such an adversary would qualify as “sub-treason”. Other thoughts?
Thanks for asking the question. I as an inactive Marine since 1963 have thought and wondered about the statute of limitations for Treason. I believe I asked that question at least once here on P&E.My question remains when all politicians, in one way or another, are or share charges of guilty, who is left to bring the charges and prosecute them? As I knew, because I never lost my common sense, Obama’s “Hope and Change” was manufactured and was/would not be good for America. Biden/Harris only proved me correct. In the past I have asked about the value of an oath when it is always broken. To our politicians it is like they took a page out of the Koran; that it is permissible to lie to us infidels. Yes, in my opinion, we are infidels or servants to those who are supposed to be our servants. But I digress and remain frustrated as you and many other readers of P&E are.
Just another thought or two. If, as I contend, so-called 44th President BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA (from January 2009 to January 2017) committed TREASON and/or SEDITION, then what about the following CIA Directors: Gen Michael V Hayden (May 2006 to February 2009); Leon Panetta (February 2009 to June 2011); Gen David Petraeus (September 2011 to November 2012); and most of all John O Brennan (March 2013 to January 2017)? The same question probably needs to be asked about the following presidents: George W Bush (2001 to 2009) and Joe Biden (2021 to 2025). One particular Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, and one Secretary of State, US Senator, twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton must not be forgotten either. My apologies, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts Jr, but I am not forgetting about the role which you have played in all of this.
So, the additional question naturally arises. How do those of us who try to honor and protect our constitution and believe in one justice for all under the law expect to hold Obama accountable, when our very own Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and others from within have been so deeply involved and complicit in the “fundamental transformation” and destruction of our society? That’s something for which I do not have the answer. Maybe President Trump, Vice-President Vance, Attorney General Bondi, FBI Director Patel, and others can figure it out. If nondescript and lowly citizens such as us – meaning we’re not “in the loop” of Deep State corruption – know that Barry Soetoro, aka Obama, was a plant, an ineligible Muslim foreigner and therefore not Constitutionally qualified to hold the office of President, if we knew at least that much surely the FBI, CIA (and the rest of the known and unknown so-called “intelligence agencies”) likewise knew what we suspected, at least that much, then surely people such as Nancy Pelosi and John Brennan knew who which means that there are one heck of a lot of people in our government committed treason, plain and simple, no two ways about it.
Will anything ever be done? Will anyone go to prison on the charge of treason? Will anyone be executed? That’s right, the Deep State is so entrenched that Obama’s BIG LIE will likely be swept under the rug just as the government’s BIG LIE about Jan 6 (the real insurrected was done by VP Mike Pence and Rep. Nancy Pelosi for allowing known fraudulent votes to be counted, thereby cementing the election fraud that gave us Biden/Harris).
The answer to your questions is No, No , and No. Treason was so common that they (politicians) all took part. As it seems the SCOTUS is now playing a disruptive roll by ruling on opinions and feelings instead of the Constitution. We will watch as the scourge continues slowed by Trump but never the less unabated. Only the grace of God can save us from the evil that has permeated our government.
