(Feb. 18, 2025) — Why are the Street Banshees really worried about Musk/DOGE auditing the IRS?
The IRS has 97,000 total employees which includes 1,529 lawyers; 2,100 are armed.
Its annual operating budget is $12.3 billion.
Approximately 3,000,000 Americans are audited by the IRS every year, usually with no more advance notice than a form letter.
Those 97,000 IRS personnel have unfettered, unsupervised access to every single aspect of your lives including your SSAN, bank accounts, retirement plans, insurance policies, all of your property, medical records, service records and more. They can seize all of it without a warrant, prior notification or legal representation.
But Democrats are concerned only that one presidential appointee tasked with auditing the IRS, and as the richest man in the world, working for free and with nothing to gain, may see social security numbers??
Musk’s audit of the IRS is literally to insure they are not abusing their authority, wasting taxpayers’ money, incorrectly charging or allocating or making politically charged decisions. This is to the average American’s advantage.
The Street Banshees’ complaint is that Musk was not elected to do so. Am I to interpret that to mean they would be comfortable with the bartender AOC, Jeffries, Schumer, Tlaib, the enemy-bedding Swalwell, the stolen-valor Blumenthal, Incestuous Omar or any other tainted but elected person?
Rhetorical.
No agency of government or its long list of employees should be allowed to operate for the length of its 162-year history without heavy, outside scrutiny especially given the unique level of unfettered power it is given to hammer the average Sovereign US Citizen!
Makes you wonder who the DNC considers itself beholden to.

The Fourth Amendment

The Fifth Amendment
The Fifth Amendment provides several protections for people accused of crimes. It states that serious criminal charges must be started by a grand jury. A person cannot be tried twice for the same offense (double jeopardy) or have property taken away without just compensation. People have the right against self-incrimination and cannot be imprisoned without due process of law (fair procedures and trials).
The Sixth Amendment
The Sixth Amendment provides additional protections to people accused of crimes, such as the right to a speedy and public trial, trial by an impartial jury in criminal cases, and to be informed of criminal charges. Witnesses must face the accused, and the accused is allowed his or her own witnesses and to be represented by a lawyer.
The Seventh Amendment
The Seventh Amendment extends the right to a jury trial in Federal civil cases.
The Eighth Amendment
The Eighth Amendment bars excessive bail and fines and cruel and unusual punishment.
The Ninth Amendment
The Ninth Amendment states that listing specific rights in the Constitution does not mean that people do not have other rights that have not been spelled out.

He said he fought in a war that was never our business, that created the, what we now know as the Deep State and a govt that saw itself above the people.
