(Jan. 30, 2025) — Science fiction transports us into worlds beyond life as we know it.
It is a joyride for some, sheer heart-stopping terror for others.
As for life after this, speculation runs rampant.
It is glorious, a beckoning intense light. Wonderful delight.
No, it is frightening, foreboding darkness. Endless nothingness.
Posh. Whatever it is, you’ll come back another time, another way, to live another day.
Is there even life after life as we know it?
Jesus knew there would be doubters. He said they would not be persuaded, “even though one rises from the dead.”
Jesus had countless contemporaries, among them Judas, His betrayer.
Judas and Jesus both died.
Jesus returned.
Judas has not.
I’d say the One who rose is the one who knows.
Ask Him.
