(Jan. 20, 2025) — At 7:42 p.m. EST at the White House, President Donald J. Trump signed a declaration pardoning what he said identified “1,500 people” after their arrest, prosecution and incarceration for alleged crimes committed on January 6, 2021 at the U.S. Capitol.
On that day, Trump spoke at an outdoor “Save America” rally during which as many as one million supporters came to support him and his claim the 2020 election was “stolen” to place Joe Biden in the White House.
That afternoon Congress met to certify the states’ electoral votes amid much controversy as to whether the election had been conducted fairly.
In addition to the J6 pardons, Trump declared “six commutations,” stating he would review those cases further for possible future “pardons.”
He urged White House Staff Secretary Will Scharf to expedite the J6 orders to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons to facilitate the release of the individuals involved this evening.
Amid a flurry of executive orders, at 7:47 p.m. Scharf handed Trump an order rescinding “birthright citizenship,” meaning the awarding of U.S. citizenship to anyone born in the country, regardless of the status of his or her parents. “Birthright citizenship,” Trump said to those assembled, holding up the order and promptly signing it.
At 7:48, Fox News’s Peter Doocy asked Trump if his predecessor, Joe Biden, left the traditional letter in the Oval Office desk, to which Trump pushed back his chair, looked in a left-hand drawer and located it. He thanked Doocy, then said, “I might not have seen it for months.”
Other reporters were permitted time to ask numerous questions on a wide variety of topics such as foreign policy, NATO, the war between Ukraine and Russia, and the illegal entry of Fentanyl into the U.S.
At 8:05, Trump commented that the questioning had morphed into a “news conference.” More questions followed regarding the future of social-media platform TikTok, tariffs on foreign countries and previous presidential candidates.
“We’re getting rid of the cancer…caused by the Biden administration,” Trump commented at 8:12 after signing another order.
Prior to the inauguration early Monday afternoon, it was reported Trump was prepared to sign at least 100 executive orders on his first day in office.

An EO to rescind “birthright citizenship” is a good start, but unnecessary.

Actually, an EO by President Trump to rescind “birthright citizenship” is not necessary. All that needs to be done is to overturn the US Supreme Court decision – USA v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) that wrongfully considered a foreigner, Wong Kim Ark, who was born on US soil to two non-US citizens, because that wrong decision violated the Civil Rights Act (1866) legislation (positive law), which was a precursor to the 14th Amendment that considered a person born of foreign parents not a US citizen. This similar legislation concept is still on the “books” and has not yet been overturned.
Because this legislation is ignored, we have a disaster in the USA called ANCHOR BABIES to also include Kamalalala Harris, Rubio, Jindal, Haley, and A. Yang, plus anyone born on US soil to two (2) non-US citizen parents.
To wit: “All persons born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power … are declared to be citizens of the United States”
John A. Bingham commenting on Section 1992 said it means “every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))
The 1866 Congressional debates confirm that the two citizenship clauses — the one in the 14th Amendment, and the one in the 1866 Civil Rights Act — were intended to have the same meaning and effect. During those debates, the primary framers of the 14th Amendment citizenship clause, Sen. Jacob Howard and Sen. Lyman Trumbull, made it clear that “jurisdiction”, as used in the 14th Amendment, means sole and complete U.S. jurisdiction, i.e., not subject to any foreign power.
As you can see by the language used in the 14th Amendment, it was intended to be a Constitutional Naturalization Process as it is stated that the newly freed slave’s citizenship, is the same, is equal, to that of a Naturalized Citizen.

A naturalized citizen is not a natural born Citizen. You are either one or the other, but you cannot be both.
Citizenship gained by an act of Congress is a naturalized type of citizenship. This was referred to as the Citizenship Clause or the Naturalization Clause of the 14th Amendment at that time. No difference in any way except in the misjudged US Supreme Court decision, Wong Kim Ark (1898). We The People are paying for it every day with baby ‘drops’ from illegal aliens and people such as Ramaswamy, Rubio, et al, claiming to be US citizens and above-all illegally claiming to also be a natural born Citizens.
A phenomenal inauguration! Best speech ever by DJT (or, as far as I know by any other newly-sworn-in president). I’m very encouraged about our country’s future, but I still am aware that die-hard leftists, Marxists, the Deep State within, and others are likely to try everything they can to prevent the accomplishment of MAGA. The result in 4 years will either be achievement of DJT’s America first vision, or God forbid a continuation of unsolvable ideological and real-time differences both domestic and international, which result in more calls for a New World Order (for all practical purposes, a concept which in the past was tried and miserably failed).
