Mr. President,

With all due respect, I have two issues I wish to petition you for your attention, both of which are to the benefit of national security and to We the People as a whole.
First, and with all due respect for you as an American, for surviving the fights you have endured simultaneously from multiple directions. That took determination and passion for one’s beliefs. Your comeback was earned because of your giving America and Americans hope for the end to corruption in Government. The Government is a Corporation. See 28 USC 3002. You were hired based on your merits as a CEO, the CEO of a Union, and I feel it is important to remind you of your duty to the Oath of Office that you will take once again upon assuming the presidency and “previously” to possession of any “rights, privileges or immunities” of the Office of the Presidency, in the “most humblest of terms.”
As you know, the Constitution establishes three co-equal branches of government: the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches. It is worth considering why these branches are set in this specific order in the Constitution. Each branch has distinct responsibilities, and the system of checks and balances ensures no single branch exceeds its authority.
The Legislative Branch, representing the will of the people through their elected representatives, enacts laws. When we, the people, express a concern or grievance, it is your role in the Executive Branch to address it. You have the option to approve or veto a law; however, Congress, representing the people, can override a veto if it chooses. Once signed, the law is enacted.
The Judicial Branch serves as the final arbiter of disputes, interpreting the laws of the land. As outlined in Article VI, Clause 2 of the Constitution, the decisions of the courts are supreme. “It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial branch to say what the law is.”
Regarding the issue of TikTok, the ban is in place. If there are objections to it, they must be raised in court, but the legal standing is clear. The principle that “no man may sit in judgment of his own cause” applies here, and the Supreme Court’s ruling stands as the law. As long as this Supreme Court “sits,” your Duty as President pursuant to your Oath is to “faithfully execute the laws of the United States,” including this one.
TikTok is banned, and it is your responsibility to uphold this decision as the law of the land. We, the people, have entrusted you with the duty to serve with integrity and honesty, and this includes carrying out the law as it is currently written.
Furthermore, RedNote should be banned as well as it falls within the scope and authority of the Tik-Tok decision.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and now I wish to discuss the next.
Secondly I want to let you know that if you can negotiate a deal to bring Canada into the Union, it is one idea I fully support. By doing so, you would be upholding your oath to defend the right to own property, as well as property rights themselves.
Currently, Canada operates under a more socialist system, where many people don’t truly own their land. By bringing Canada into the Union, you could grant them actual property ownership rights, giving citizens the opportunity to own their land outright. This could encourage some Canadians to move south, while some Americans may choose to relocate to Canada in pursuit of happiness and opportunity.
If you can successfully seal such a monumental deal and acquire that much land for the benefit of “We the People” without any loss of life or violence—not a single American soldier’s life lost—it would undoubtedly go down as the biggest deal in American history. I am fully in favor of this idea. Go for it! This is the finest America First idea you have offered, and the Union members would be insane not to support it. It is to every American’s advantage. More “life, liberty and property” for all Americans.
Respectfully submitted,
Robert Kalebra
