(Dec. 7, 2024) — The Post & Email will be unavailable from 10:00 p.m. EST Saturday until approximately 2:00 a.m. EST Sunday, December 8 for maintenance.

Please do not try to make any comments to any of the articles at this time while the site is in the maintenance process as they might get lost during the various maintenance steps. The site will be fully back online by 3:00 a.m. tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Update: Well, it took a little longer. But as of 4:00 a.m. Sunday morning, the site is now back up. The security threat has been fixed and the comments numbers in the homepage title blocks have been restored.

It’s great to see the comment count numbers once again for each of the articles being displayed back in the Front Page title blocks.

Our volunteer IT person worked very hard to make that happen!
