(Nov. 14, 2024) — In a live broadcast at 10:23 a.m. EST, broadcaster and “Infowars” founder Alex Jones told “War Room” host Steve Bannon the website has been “shut down,” accompanied by a screenshot showing the site is no longer functioning.
Bannon and Jones discussed the legality of the sale which Jones said was done “without a court order” following his filing of bankruptcy in 2022.
Bannon said he was “proud to be the last” guest on Infowars.
Multiple sources reported Thursday morning that the satirical site “The Onion” won the bankruptcy auction.
Jones’s new site is AlexJones.network, Bannon showed on the screen.
“This is the way they want to roll,” Bannon said after Jones left the interview. “The jack-booted Gestapo tactics of these people…has got to stop.”
He said it’s the reason Matt Gaetz, President-Elect Donald J. Trump’s pick for attorney general, “must be confirmed.”
