(Nov. 8, 2024) — It was exactly 1:38 a.m. on November 6, 2024 that Bret Baier on Fox News said that it was clear “that the next president of the United States of America would be Donald J. Trump.”
Not taking a micrometer of credit away from President Trump 47 and his epically tireless, passionate, often hilariously funny, and brave – in spite of three assassination attempts and then a fourth death threat –– countrywide, night-after-night, week-after-week, month-after-month, year-after-year campaign.
Whoever coined the word “superhuman” had a person like Trump in mind!
But I have to give the lion’s share of the credit for President Trump’s decisive, stunning, overwhelming, crushing, thunderous victory to the historically astute, paying-attention, loving-our-country American public.
When you think about it, it is really so understandable.
For the past four years, hard-working Americans resented spending their 8-10-12-14-hour days––more if they have two jobs––working their butts off, only to have their taxes and food prices and gas prices and regulations raised, and crime off the charts, and for what?
To send upward of $175 billion to the Zelenskyy grifter in Ukraine so he can buy yet another pricey villa and another yacht?
To send not millions but billions of their hard-earned tax dollars to the murderous, Jew-hating, Israel-loathing jihadist Mullahs in Iran so they can put their, ahem, leaders up in decadently luxurious hotels in Qatar?
And since October 7, 2023, to send more than a billion dollars to the Arabs who call themselves Palestinians…you know, the cheerleaders of the serial murderers known as Hamas and Hezbollah?
IT’S NOT ONLY THE MONEY
Surprise! Surprise! American voters have both eyes and ears.
Over the past four years, they––we––witnessed in real time a president with seriously devolving cognitive abilities, as well as erratic behavior, frequent absences, and a trigger temper that finally led the Party bosses to force him to step aside.
That was when all the eyes and ears of the American public witnessed the true spectacle of VP-cum-presidential-candidate Kamala Harris.
The last time I actually physically cringed at a public personality was when Hillary Clinton spoke Ebonics in front of a Black audience. But ole Hillary had nothing on the woman I’ve been calling Kalamity for the past four years.
Kamala’s mantra: “What Can Be, Unburdened by What Has Been,”is vintage Communist dogma, as this commentator so eloquently explains.
The media, a de facto arm of the Democrat National Committee, succeeded in hiding Kalamity’s deep roots and relationships with vicious anti-American and anti-Semitic radicals, as did her personal pastor, of all people.
But as conservative commentator Ben Shapiro has said: “You can argue against Trump; you can argue for him. But nobody can credibly argue in favor of Kamala Harris.”
THE VOTE RIG EFFORT STARTED EARLY
One could quite accurately say that “the rig” started when business mogul Donald J. Trump came down the escalator in the Trump Tower in NY City on June 16, 2015, as did the fanatical obsession to remove him from the political arena…even before he crushed Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential race.
Going back to 2020, Mark Alexander, publisher of The Patriot Post, spelled out the Democrats’ vote-rigging criminal activity to defeat President Trump in devastating detail.
And this year, The GatewayPundit.com has done yeoman’s work in exposing the sordid and longtime pattern of Democrat voter fraud. In this revelatory piece, a Democrat operative, caught in an undercover video, explains how the Democrats “allegedly” stole the 2020 Election in Georgia, from kicking out GOP poll watchers to a nursing home Ballot Harvesting, et al.
In the same vein, Major General Paul E. Vallely (US Army Ret.), in a jaw-dropping article, describes exactly how Democrats steal elections. “The Dems and the Chinese manipulated the voting machines in the 2020 elections in the key ‘swing states’ using Hammer and Scorecard in a cyber-attack against the voting machines. They will use it again in updated Cyber Technology to change the votes from Trump to Harris. However, we know how to throw marbles into their cyber-attack this time.
“The story of treason, sedition, and the coup d’état that ensued to cover up the Obama administration’s illegal use of THE HAMMER to spy on Donald Trump,” Vallely continues, “is a story you will not hear or see on any mainstream media outlet.”
Just as diabolical is this 17-minute video, in which Mike Benz, deputy assistant secretary for international communication under President Trump, describes an elite-backed war game––a secret Democrat plan––entitled “Military Coup to Stop Trump.”
TOO BIG TO RIG
Mr. Trump had his advantages. In a stunning reversal of decades-long backing, Ms. Kalamity failed to win the endorsements of the Teamsters Union, The Los Angeles Times and The Washington Post––all bastions of endemic leftism.
In addition, the largest Arab-American community (both Muslim and Christian) in the U.S., in Michigan, endorsed Donald Trump for President.
And surprisingly but certainly not intentionally, Mr. Trump got a huge boost from none other than Barack Obama, the guy who is said to be engineering his defeat.
Also, Mr. Trump received $100M donation from the new Dallas Mavericks owner that Kalamity-backer Mark Cuban sold his team to. I think this is called poetic justice.
And America First Legal Foundation, headed by Stephen Miller, President Trump’s senior policy adviser and speechwriter, has been unstinting in monitoring the voter fraud efforts around the country and successfully suing the criminals.
According to the prediction of Wayne Allyn Root, a conservative television and radio host, author, political activist and oddsmaker out of Las Vegas, NV, the Trump landslide was simply “Too Big to Rig.”
But he also predicted that a Trump win would mobilize the deranged Democrats to extreme measures, the most probable being “nationwide riots, anarchy, looting, burning, and attacks on American institutions. This country could burn like never before in history,” Root said.
THE SILENT MAJORITY
While the TV reporting on November 5th tried to be fair and balanced, it was clear after the polls closed that President Trump had ignited an electorate that had genuinely suffered through four years of sky-rocketing food and gas prices, taxes, and strangulating regulations.
And to add insult to injury, more billions, even trillions of dollars of taxpayer dollars were spent not only on five wars––count ‘em––Darfur, Yemen, Myanmar, Ukraine and Israel––but also the crushing expense of upward of 11-million illegal aliens, all enjoying––thanks to the Biden-Harris government––pricey lodgings, hot meals, medical care, education for their children, iPhones and even monthly stipends that are higher than what American families and veterans receive!
Did the Biden-Harris regime not figure that Americans would be saying to themselves…. “Mmmm, five wars…if she wins, will she double that or just throw in a couple of more, to six or seven wars? Will she institute a mandatory draft like she and Joe made the Covid shot mandatory for military people, forcing 8,000 to quit …but ultimately winning a huge settlement from the Department of Defense?
In November of 1969, presidential candidate Richard Nixon coined the term “silent majority.” This referred to any large group of people who do not express their opinions publicly but object to or resent or hate what they are witnessing and experiencing and cannot wait to vote the bastards out––a rousing anthem sung by the Australian Spooky Men’s Chorale.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED
270 electoral votes is required to elect the President.
By 2 pm on November 6th, Mr. Trump had 248 Electoral votes and Kalamity had 217. Of course, Democrats were saying it could take three days, six days, three weeks to count the votes. But then Mr. Trump went over the top!
All the TV analysts––from the left, right and center––were predicting a Trump victory and comparing it to the Grover Cleveland presidency of 1185, and then skipping a term until returning to the presidency in 1893.
But Democrats have warned that they’ve already planned widespread protests if Trump declares victory. And many have vowed that even if Trump recaptures the presidency, his most fanatical adversaries, among them Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD), will use every legal means to stop him from retaking the White House.
And now that Bernie Moreno (R-OH) flipped the Senate to Republican control, Raskin is plumb out of luck.
All of former President Trump’s supporters and all of President Trump’s future supporters applaud him and thank him, as the good garbageman he is, for literally taking out the trash!

I read all of John W’s comments, and he said absolutely nothing. He only points to vague innuendos that say nothing. He can offer no proof of his own statements. The truth about Obama being able to skate on committing treason was that there was no Article III Standing by any of the challengers, Obama’s game was “catch me if you can.”
John brings up the 14th Amendment, and Trump’s imagined in eligibility. What insurrection is he alluding to? Trump was the head of the US government on Jan 6, 2021 then John W will show all of us how Trump tried to overthrow himself? Was Trump found guilty?
But John W being a mental giant on the 14th amendment knows Kamala “Toes” is not a citizen of the United States, because according to the SCOTUS ruling making Wong Kim Ark a citizen did not apply to her. Her parents were not domiciled in the United States actively conducting business when she was born, because they were here on a non-immigrant visa and promised to return home after finishing school. (So sorry no anchor baby for you Mr and Mrs Harris.)
Lastly John will not be honest and tell you he and his ilk committed treason against the Constitution by changing the definitions of the words and phrases used. Under both English Common Law and English grammar the adjective “natural-born” is a compound adjective meaning “native born,” to where a “natural-born” citizen is a native born citizen. However John that is not what John Jay wrote. he used a structure in the English language called a cumulative adjective where the adjective closest to the noun modifies that, i.e. “born Citizen” and the second adjective modifies this modified noun even further so a “natural born Citizen” becomes a “natural(born Citizen)” or someone who came-out of the citizenry, the same as Chief Justice Waite said in Minor v Happersett.
John you referenced “old Birthers,” well you got one here. Tell me am I racist when I call you a “flying monkey” like I used to call minions like you in 2008? Flying monkeys for the record was taken from the Wizard of Oz as those pesky annoyances that the evil witch would send out to make you duck so they won’t get in your hair. Unlike Obama, Trump actually is ineligible to be President of the United States, and clearly so, under any reasonable reading of the 14th Amendment.
We just couldn’t get the US Supreme Court to enforce it.

Obama was “ineligible” because, per the Presidential Eligibility requirements in Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of our U.S. Constitution, he was NOT a “natural born Citizen” of the United States, since his father was not a U.S. Citizen, nor even an immigrant to this country. A “natural born Citizen” is a person born with sole allegiance and unity of Citizenship to one and only one country, i.e., being born in the country to parents who were both Citizens (born or naturalized Citizens) of the country when their child was born in the country.
Barack Obama II was born a dual-Citizen of both England and the USA and allegiance requirements to both at birth. Barack Obama inherited citizenship to England at birth from his father. I cannot speak as to the motivation of the Hillary Clinton created “Birthers” such as Senator Bob Kerry and TV host Chris Matthews and other Clinton surrogates, and later the Democratic Party’s PUMA group, who created that movement back in late 2007 and early 2008 and then disowned it, and then Obama supporters and his surrogates used that term and labeled it onto anyone who opposed Obama’s eligibility for any reason.
Now pray tell us, exactly why you declare that former President and now President-Elect Donald J. Trump is “ineligible” under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. And be specific.

No, I’m not being evasive. Honestly, seeing that you’re still pushing this nonsense, I’m simply so uninterested that I didn’t actually notice that you asked why Trump is ineligible.
The Colorado Supreme Court found that Trump had engaged in an insurrection against the United States after having taken an oath of office as a federal officer.
It is clear that the presidency is a federal office, therefore, the President is a federal officer.
It is also clear that Trump engaged in an insurrection.
Therefore, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled he was ineligible and should be removed from the ballot.
On appeal the US Supreme Court ruled (rightly) that Colorado did not have the power to remove a presidential candidate from its ballot.
The US Supreme Court did not contest the lower court’s findings that:
a) Trump had taken an oath of office as a federal officer, or
b) Trump had subsequently engaged in an insurrection.
Since both of these facts are true, Trump is Constitutionally ineligible.
The US Supreme Court didn’t contest at all the claim that Trump was Constitutionally ineligible to the Presidency.
They simply declined to be the people to enforce it.
But, you don’t care about any of that. Because, as I noted earlier, you don’t actually care about Constitutional eligibility at all.
While your comments focus on the 14th Amendment and its relationship to presidential or federal-officer “eligibility,” it has no connection to whether Obama, Harris, Cruz, Rubio, or even the late Lowell Weicker is a “natural born Citizen” and eligible to the presidency under Art. II, Section 1, clause 5.

President Trump was engaged in a political campaign for re-election and was making a political speech in Washington DC before returning to his home at the White House. He was NOT at the Capitol building. He did NOT incite or engage in any of events there that were described in the major mainstream media on cue as an “insurrection”, the key word they all instantly parroted that day. President Trump was NOT, under the language of the 14th Amendment, “.. engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same [United States], or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. …” He was at the time the sitting U.S. President of the United States.
The incitement of the peaceful political protestors at the Capitol building was done by undercover federal-agent provocateurs, Antifa members, and others, all dressed up in Trump supporter regalia that were seeded and planted in the crowd and told to and encouraged them to push aside the barriers, and as one provocateur is clearly heard saying to “they need to go into the Capitol” building. Provocateurs were filmed changing clothing to make them look like Trump supporters. That was the plan of those agent provocateurs orchestrated to be there by Nancy Pelosi and her co-conspirators who wanted the crowd to spin out of control that day. That was their purpose for seeding into the crowd that day the many agent provocateurs. It was all a setup to create the appearance of an insurrection for Nancy Pelosi’s political motives for her own political purposes that day. She wanted Trump and his supporters to be charged with insurrection. She wanted a peaceful political protest to turn into a riot.
Same story with the staged bomb threats done by others who were part of this Pelosi plot to disrupt Congress to get her desired outcome, which she did, and the whole and full power of the then Biden controlled DOJ, other federal government agencies, and other political operatives in the media and elsewhere, was subsequently then turned against the so called January 6’ers and Trump after Biden took office.
You do remember that Pelosi turned down all offers before the event to provide thousands of National Guard troops for crowd control which were offered by President Trump. But she turned all those offers by President Trump down because crowd control was not part of her objectives that day, in her plan. Why, because she knew what was planned by her and her co-conspirators, that there would be undercover federal agent provocateurs in the crowd on a mission that she knew about, and was part of to cause what happened that day, a provoked riot and NOT an insurrection. And do note the exaggerated reporting of events that occurred that day. For example those in on the Pelosi plan repeatedly said Capitol police were killed that day. The only people who died that day were amongst the agent provocateur provoked crowd.
