Every Vote for Kamala Devi Harris Will be for an Ineligible Candidate

(Oct. 31, 2024) — Kamala Devi Harris is constitutionally ineligible to be President of the United States of America and Commander-in-Chief of the US military. She never should have been placed on the 2024 federal election ballot unvetted. She has never been constitutionally eligible because her birth parents were citizens of Jamaica and India, respectively, both on student visas on the day of her birth (October 20, 1964). 

If BOTH parents had been naturalized Citizens before Kamala Devi Harris’s day of birth, she would be eligible, but they were NOT. She cannot lawfully be President of the USA. To alter this fact of law, a constitutional amendment would be required to change the “Natural Born” eligibility requirement. Since that has not happened, Kamala Devi Harris is NOT a constitutionally legal candidate.

Prohibiting Kamala Devi Harris from usurping the Presidency is in keeping with the US Constitution’s Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, which restricts anyone NOT fitting the category of Natural Born Citizen, a unique and critical constitutional qualification establishing a singular allegiance to the United States, from becoming President.

Only two governmental offices require having been Natural Born. Harris IS a citizen in the category of Native Born because she was born in California. But having both parents as foreign citizens lawfully denies Harris Natural Born status because Natural Born Citizens are citizens, but NOT all citizens are Natural Born.

If Kamala Devi Harris wins the Presidency she will swear a fraudulent Oath of Office to the Constitution. She seems unaware of her unlawful, illegal status. If her handlers know about her ineligibility, then they do not care that this nation is constitutionally a nation of laws, not of political notions. Sadly, we do not have a sovereign nation if the force of Constitutional Law is not adhered to.

Since 2008 the judicial branch of the US Government has colluded to meld legal citizen categories Native Born and Natural Born into one, defining everyone born in the US as Native Born. Enforcing the constitutional force of law that foreign-born, non-naturalized visitor parents CANNOT birth a Natural Born Citizen dictates that allegiance to the United States of America is sacrosanct.

Any licensed lawyer discussing presidential ineligibility facts is demonized and threatened with sanctions. No federal court has ever adjudicated the Natural Born rule for US presidential eligibility. The judicial branch, free of ever having to argue against the US Constitution, simply dictates that any lawyer who points out the originalist and historical Constitutional Law that a president MUST be a Natural Born Citizen has no “STANDING,” and case dismissals are always decreed.

Worse, no lawyer can EVER overcome a ruling that he or she has filed a “frivolous” case and so is thrown out of federal court with no oral argument. The truth always gets denied, dismissals always obedient to progressive ideology.

One such case which got jackbooted out of United States District Court for the District of Columbia was Robert C. Laity, Plaintiff, v.  Kamala Devi Harris, Defendant: (Case No. 20-cv-2511-ESG). Please study it and also “BRIEF AMICUS CURIAE OF U.S. ALLEGIANCE INSTITUTE IN OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS” (Nov. 9, 2020) …dismissed, of course, from judicial intent that our Natural Born Citizen Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 Originalists’ side NEVER gets heard.

Please encourage others to learn why Kamala Devi Harris cannot be a legitimate and lawful US President unless two-thirds of Congress AND three-quarters of the states agree to remove Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 from the US Constitution. This would still NOT remove from IPhones, A.I., and law books since 2008 which argue that Natural born means born in the U.S.

For further proof and clarification that Kamala Devi Harris is NOT eligible to be President of the USA. She is NOT eligible to be Commander-in-Chief. Please research Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 but not on AI, your IPhone, Snopes, law students’ arguments since 2008, NOR your congressional representative who has interns who get info from Snopes. All those sources are anti-Constitutional and favor a contorted definition and the fundamental transformation of the US Constitution and this country’s purpose and individual freedoms. Find old copies of the Constitution or ask for originalists’ arguments from:

A political party that calls for the termination of any part of our US Constitution should never be allowed to nominate ineligible candidates to stand behind the Seal of the President of the United States of America. Illegality needs to be stopped.

Please do not vote for a constitutionally ineligible candidate for Commander-in-Chief and President who must swear to protect and defend the Constitution of the USA when she hasn’t, can’t and won’t.
