The Curious Case of Barry Soetoro

(Oct. 25, 2024) — Martha’s Vineyard is a beautiful island lying due East of Buzzards Bay. Wealthy and famous people such as the Kennedys and Barry Soetoro call it home. Barry and his wife bought their seaside mansion for $11.75 million in 2019, joining the many happy millionaires on the island.  Barry and his wife loved their small group of upper-class neighbors. Life was Stepford Wives happy and bluebirds chirped even after midnight.

In 2022, their idyllic paradise was threatened when 50 out of the 12 million Illegal Aliens were transported to the island for resettlement. The birds stopped chirping. Barry was outraged at this unwelcome incursion and shortly thereafter, all of the Illegals were thrown off the island to a military base on the Mainland. Peace and order was restored to Barry’s world.

Not too long ago, Barry was summoned to fly to Pennsylvania in order to provide professional assistance to executives in his former occupation which had been running into trouble. As he boarded the plane, something miraculous happened. Just as Dr. Jekyll had his Mr. Hyde and Verbal Kint had his Keyser Soze, Barry was no different. Barry Soetoro entered the plane and upon landing, Barack Hussein Obama emerged.

Obama immediately spoke down to his audience, mostly Black men. Barack was incapable of looking at people as individuals imbued with the freedom of thought. His myopic vision could only see his audience as members of a group who must think and obey in lockstep to an almost invisible Oligarchy whose only goal was power for power’s sake. Obama browbeat Black men into voting for a female candidate who was singularly unqualified to become CEO of the corporation known as America. He accused them of being misogynistic simply because they refused to support a candidate who happened to be a woman. It didn’t matter that this particular woman can’t string two cohesive sentences together.  Obama’s verbal whipping was reminiscent of old Dixie plantation owners ordering their wayward slaves back onto the plantation.

What Barack failed to understand was that his time in the limelight had long passed. Americans had woken up to the fact that he was “all hat and no cattle,” meaning “all talk and no action.” Even to those who were opposed to his policies, his election as President in 2008 served as a seminal moment in history that a Black man had ascended to the highest American office. Obama could be instrumental in healing America’s racial woes and bringing all Americans closer together.  That evaporated almost instantly when Obama drove Americans into separate camps, instilling racial animosity by playing the race card. Barack became incredibly wealthy during his tenure, but did nothing to bring opportunity and lift up Black Americans.  Black men had finally figured out his Three Card Monte.

Barack would prefer to hobnob with celebrities such as Bruce Springsteen, Lizzo and Taylor Swift than to hang with “Ordinary Americans”^TM who have real needs and concerns. Adulation was what Barack constantly craves. After the concert, Barack boarded the jet and when it landed in the Vineyard, Barry Soetoro emerged. Life was good getting back to his peeps.

He was home again.
