There will be many opposed to a second term. Let us turn their anger into a major return to constitutional government. Point them at the fact they were deprived of the right to vote for the presidential elector of their choice (1 for every 30,000 persons) in favor of the wealthy party elite choosing the electors.
Point out to these angry liberals that they have the first amendment right to demand (and to the expectation the demand will be honored) of every member of congress who voted for the foreign aid (which is not an enumerated right or responsibility of congress) to be forced to resign. All members of congress receiving retirement and health benefits need to cough up and return that cash as they never had the right to vote for it in the first place. Point out to them that the massive national debt is fraud as it is composed of uncondtitutional spending. These liberals need to turn into constititionalists before our country is entirely sold down the river to pay that fraudulent debt. I got the inspiration for this rant from studying the concepts taught based on the Ratification Debates (which not sirprisingly are not taught at educational establishments whose graduates are eligible to test for the British Accredited Registry). I agree with you. Congressmen have no right to authorize pay increases or other benefits for themselves. I’m always getting emails from Conservative legislators, asking for donations and support for what they’re doing. Excuse me, legislators are already paid substantial salaries… so why are they ALWAYS asking for more money from hardworking ‘Taxpaying’ citizens?!! They get multi-millions to back political campaigns and once elected, they ask for the same. All that money squandered that could be feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, helping Disabled Veterans and American citizens to get back on their feet. It’s utterly insane to keep doing this year after year. Congressmen need to break free from their ‘Entitlement Mentality’. It’s a burden upon American citizens struggling to stay afloat amid rampant inflation.
