(Sep. 15, 2024) — On Sunday morning, “X” account-holder “Black Insurrectionist” again promised that an affidavit signed by a “whistleblower” employed at ABC News “is going out today” despite what he said were “legal process servers” who “attempted to serve me papers at my home and at my camp.”
“I am aware of the news reports regarding that the ABC whistleblower has died in a car accident,” he posted at 8:56 a.m. EDT. “I am also aware that legal papers are being attempted to serve on me at this very minute. The affidavit will be released, come hell or high water. To my knowledge the whistleblower has not been killed, but I have not spoken with the since early yesterday. However, If needed,, I will redact the part of the affidavit myself and release it to the public. I am aware of legal process servers attempted to serve me papers at my home and at my camp. But this is going out today.”
On Saturday, the account-holder promised to release the affidavit between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Sunday, presumably EDT but said he would notify his audience if it were to go out earlier.
At approximately 11:45 a.m. EDT, he posted a six-page set of images, later noting he inadvertently omitted pages 3 and 4 while posting pages 5 and 6 twice.

When the post is clicked, the pages appear in twos with arrows to move forward and backward in the document:

The “whistleblower” claimed, as was foreshadowed by Black Insurrectionist Friday and Saturday, that the Harris campaign received “accommodations” in the form of “the providing of a podium significantly smaller than that used by Donald Trump, and assurances using split-screen television views that would favorably impact Kamala Harris’s appearance relative to Donald Trump.”
He also claimed the Harris campaign was made aware that Trump “would be subjected to fact-checking during the debate, while Kamala Harris would not face comparable scrutiny…In fact, Harris [sic] campaign required assurances that Donald Trump would be fact checked…”
Also claimed was that Harris’s campaign “was provided with sample questions that, while not the exact questions, covered similar topics that would appear during the debate.”
He went on to allege the Harris team insisted certain questions be off-limits, including questions about Joe Biden’s “health” and Harris’s “brother-in-law, Tony West, who faces allegations of embezzling billions of dollars in taxpayer funds and who may be involved in her administration if elected.”
West, who is married to Harris’s younger sister Maya, has worked in the U.S. Justice Department and in the private sector.
