(Jul. 25, 2024) — Corey Comperatore was the retired fireman killed in the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13, 2024. President Trump turned his head at just the right moment and a bullet pierced the top of his right ear. Comperatore was less fortunate, giving his life to protect his wife and daughters. Two other men were seriously wounded but survived; one was released from the hospital yesterday and the other remains in the hospital today.
The sniper was killed by a Secret Service marksman. There are a lot of unanswered questions about how the 20-year-old got so close, 130 yards away, in the first place, and why steps weren’t taken to eliminate him before he started shooting. He was spotted nearly half an hour before the incident crawling on the roof of the AGR building with a rifle in his hands by spectators who notified police of his presence. It was reported that a police officer climbed up to get a look but retreated when the gunman pointed the rifle at him. President Trump was still brought out to speak despite them knowing an armed person was well within rifle range and had an unobstructed line to the podium. The head of the Secret Service has refused to give any real answers, electing to blame local police for the security lapse and stated she would not resign due to the failure of her people to properly protect President Trump. She eventually resigned under pressure from members of both political parties but not until she had lied repeatedly and blamed everyone but herself and her department for the failures. She should be charged with perjury and sent to prison for a very long time.
Once Trump was shot he immediately dropped to the podium floor to avoid being hit again and agents ran to protect him. If he had not turned to look at a large video screen at that precise moment the bullet would have gone through the ear and into his skull instead of putting a hole in his ear and traveling on. I saw reports that the gunman got off eight shots before being killed by counter fire from a Secret Service sniper with a “one-in-a-million shot.” By then the damage was done: Comperatore was dead and two other men badly wounded. When asked why an agent wasn’t stationed on the roof the director said the roof was too steep, a lie from a devildemocommiecrat DEI hire who had no business being in that position.
It didn’t take any time at all for the marxist mouthpieces of pmsdnc to start their lying spin to attack President Trump, claiming the shooting was staged by President Trump to elicit sympathy and garner votes because he is so likely to lose to joe dementia, an idea that only a mental midget consumed with hate would spout.
In a memorial tribute, Comperatore was eulogized as a man who loved Jesus, family, and country, a servant of the community who cared more for others than he did for himself. He is a shining example of a Christian man and an American patriot.
