(Jul. 8, 2024) — I typed in the following question on my computer search line: “Is it mandatory according to our U.S. Constitution that the VICE-PRESIDENT must be a Natural Born Citizen (American)?”
The “World Wide Web,” “Cloud,” or “whoever it is that answers questions from users” responded in a brief written (paraphrased by me) message: YES. Also, he, she, it, they were kind enough to inform me where more details can be found, i.e., surprise, surprise, Article II, Section l, Clause 5.
As all of you probably know by now, I am NOT a constitutional scholar or lawyer, and “I’m not a biologist!” But, somewhere in the back of my aging mind, I seem to recall that neither Kamala Harris nor Marco Rubio, to name only those two now for obvious reasons, is a Natural Born Citizen (American).
DOES ANYONE CARE? I AM NOT AWARE THAT THE DEMOCRAT PARTY HAS ALREADY “THROWN OUT,” “RE-IMAGINED,” AND/OR “RE-WRITTEN” OUR CONSTITUTION. Maybe I should ask a fair, balanced, and unafraid journalist and/or one of the Fourth Estate government watchdogs at CNN, MSNBC, or FAUX NEWS. Then, again, I probably won’t! It occurs to me that Natural Born Citizen (American) is a matter they NEVER talk about or discuss.
Marco Rubio did not come to America on the Mariel boat lift. He was born in Miami in 1971. His parents had emigrated to this country in 1956, and not in response to Castro’s 1959 revolution as Rubio has often suggested. His mom and dad were not naturalized as American citizens until 1975, so Marco would most definitely be considered a candidate for non-citizenship if the 14th Amendment were modified to eliminate birthright citizenship. Of course, Cuba was always in a special category because this country officially welcomed anyone who could escape the island. In every other respect, though, Rubio is in the same category as anyone else who was born here to foreigners or guests.
Exactly, they took away NBC because the Republicans are as guilty as the Democrats for doing nothing to stop the fraud Barack Hussein Obama from being sworn-in. Both parties committed treason and gave America’s government and her military to her enemies..Now, both parties continue to protect Obama, and part of that protection is wanting anyone but Donald Trump as America’s next president………..This has been easy to see since both parties did nothing to try to stop the fraud Obama from being sworn-in by John Roberts. This is not complicated but no one one complicit in The Obama Fraud will admit the truth….and sentence themselves to the penalty for treason……….
It’s pretty clear the founders intended Natural Born Citizens to be a linage and they weren’t the least bit interested in individuals with divided allegiances, that’s why Obama & Harris aren’t Natural Born Citizens.
What no one mentions is Resolution 511 that Congress introduced in 2008, why was the 2020 election certified when one of the candidates didn’t meet their own definition of Natural Born Citizenship?
Neither was Hussein Obama.
