(May 23, 2024) — In a wide-ranging speech at Crotona Park in the Bronx, NY Thursday evening, 45th President and 2024 presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald J. Trump pledged to “not allow COVID-19 vaccine mandates” as well as mask mandates in American public schools if he is re-elected on November 5.
During his last year in the White House, Trump took pride in his administration’s development of “Operation Warp Speed” to produce and deliver “vaccines” intended to protect Americans from what was said to be a virus capable of killing healthy individuals in an indiscriminate, wide swath domestically and around the world.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institutes for Health (NIH) and its subsidiaries promoted the vaccine products manufactured by Pfizer, Moderna and initially, Johnson & Johnson, to a frightened and unsuspecting public amid the knowledge acquired early on that they likely caused blood clots, myocarditis, pericarditis, stroke, paralysis and other serious adverse events, including death, as reported to the VAERS database operated by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
Many would-be Trump supporters have called out Trump for failing to acknowledge the thousands of adverse-event reports filed with VAERS and shared over social media and alternative-media outlets for many months.
Last year, the CDC added the COVID-19 “vaccine” to the “recommended” list of childhood inoculations upon which many school districts base their own requirements for children to begin or attend school.
Trump’s one-hour, 38-minute speech on Thursday touched on a myriad of subjects including crime, homelessness, inflation, the porous borders enabled by the Biden regime, censorship, and lack of parental school choice.
His remark on “COVID-19 mandates” and masking came during the closing minutes of the address at 1:32:10 when he stated “…and I will not allow schools to impose COVID-19 vaccines mandates or mask mandates.”
According to Rep. Byron Donalds of Florida on “Hannity” Thursday night, approximately 25,000 people attended the rally, while earlier news reports stated the Trump campaign’s permit was for 3,500.
On Friday morning, Trump posted photos and videos from the event on TruthSocial showing the size of the crowd from various angles.
