(Apr. 18, 2024) — First of all, I should make it clear that I am not a lawyer. In the opinion of some (including me), that is a good thing! As we all know, it is practically impossible to “get anywhere” in our judicial system without having an attorney (usually one who is costly and in some cases can be a factor in contributing to the financial hardship or even bankruptcy of the client).
The point I want to make is that in an adversarial civil or criminal matter involving the government, the defendant, with or without an attorney, almost always puts the defendant at a disadvantage. Just ask 45th President Donald Trump. Yes, if a former president is at a “disadvantage” in the courtroom, then just imagine what your chances of being exonerated could be!
In an effort to further “shine a light” on the legal proceedings and matters I am going to discuss, please see the below written material and websites. On one hand, HATE CRIMES are discussed. On the other are MALICIOUS PROSECUTIONS.
HATE CRIMES (18 U. S. Code, Section 249):
dictionary.findlaw.com/definition/hate-crime.html
https://www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field-offices/omaha/news/fbi-raising-awareness-of-hate-crimes
The FBI, as you can guess from the above two websites, is “cracking down” these woke days on individuals and groups who commit “hate crimes.” It should be noted these crimes are LIMITED in that not only must they involve a serious criminal activity, but they also must involve “hate.”
According to Wikipedia, a hate crime (also known as a “bias” crime) “is a crime in which the perpetrator targets a victim because of their physical appearance or perceived membership in a certain social group” (what about a certain POLITICAL group?). Examples are “race, ethnicity, disability, language, nationality, physical appearance, POLITICAL AFFILIATION (my emphasis), age, religion, sex, gender identity, and/or sexual orientation.”
My question is, can Donald Trump be considered a victim of a “bias” or “hate” crime? It looks to me in a broad sense of the word that he can be. In support of this opinion, Donald Trump obviously is someone who had/has a POLITICAL POSITION, which was President of the United States. NO ONE I CAN THINK OF IN OUR COUNTRY WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE POSSIBILITY OF GREATER BIAS OR PROSECUTORIAL MALICE, especially where a weaponized federal government is concerned. So, doesn’t this strongly suggest, contrary to what you might expect, that the DOJ and certain federal and state prosecutors SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH HATE CRIMES? It is a topic for debate, but in today’s dirty politics and tweaked (if not completely broken) criminal justice system, you and I can already foresee where my idea is going: VERY LIKELY NOWHERE!
Malicious Prosecutions:
findlaw.com/injury/torts-and-personal-injuries/malicious-prosecution.html
One example of a malicious prosecution is an unscrupulous prosecutor filing false or insignificant charges against a political rival. Can you imagine that?! In some cases, I personally like to call these prosecutions “FRIVOLOUS.” Isn’t that one of our court system’s favorite terminologies used to rid itself of having to hear a case, second only to the courts’ view that many of us who are citizen litigants don’t have “STANDING?!”
Call me a white supremacist, a traitor, and/or someone who hates others (I am none of those things, and in fact I do not “hate” anyone), but I am convinced that the great majority, if not all, of the charges currently brought and being tried against former President Donald Trump in various jurisdictions are SPURIOUS and POLITICALLY MOTIVATED. Also, that some of us know the real reason or reasons why (it has to do with Manchurian Candidate and presidential usurper Barack HUSSEIN Obama, the CIA, the NWO, and both political parties being complicit in the sedition or treason, and silenced).
Mind you, President Trump is not “squeaky clean” and always charming and righteous, but who among us is? The reality of the matter is that Donald Trump was our 45th president and is a much better choice to become the 47th president, despite his human flaws, than anyone else who might run against him. Most of us, including me, are willing to ask (and receive) forgiveness for the sins of ourselves and others.
In conclusion, tell me why the federal, state, local governments and prosecutors should not be accused by Donald Trump of HATE CRIMES, MALICIOUS PROSECUTIONS, OR HAVE CIVIL TORTS FILED AGAINST THEM. That’s what I said. When warranted, why shouldn’t the “tables be turned?” Cops, prosecutors, and even judges are not immune from equal application of the law. Note, the FBI states that anyone can report a crime by calling 1-800-225-5324 or submitting a tip online at tips.FBI.gov. I remember having done this myself a number of years ago regarding the election and voter fraud of constitutionally ineligible Barack HUSSEIN Obama, aka Barry Soetoro Soebarkah. I also visited the local FBI district office twice in person. The result was that the FBI criminal investigations unit in Washington, D.C. told me they were not interested in my findings or conclusions and that the case was considered closed. I actually was informed in letters (unsigned) that I did not have permission to contact them in the future! Oh, really! What about that little thing called the First Amendment?
God bless and help us save America, and the world at large. For mankind to survive and achieve civility, peace, and success, there must be law and order for all regardless of cultural, political, or other differences. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to seek and always tell the TRUTH. Amen.

Sharon and readers: I started off by saying that I am not an attorney. I then PROVED IT by my mishandling (inadvertently as they say) of the very next paragraph! “The government almost always puts the Plaintiff at a disadvantage.” The problem with what I said is that the government IS the Plaintiff. The “other side” is the defense, i.e. the Defendant. IT IS THE PLAINTIFF WHO ALMOST ALWAYS HAS THE ADVANTAGE, dummy (me). Don’t let my 80+ year old mind discourage you from reading what I have to say, and correcting me where necessary! I may want to run for president in 2028! Thanks for your patience! Tom A.
No worries; the error was mine.
