(Mar. 24, 2024) — On March 21, longtime Democrat political strategist James Carville told CNN anchor Anderson Cooper of the 2024 presidential race that individuals more skilled at lobbing political attacks than Joe Biden should “do what I call ‘the wet work.'”
In his response, Cooper indicated he was aware the term signifies “a mob hit.”
According to Wikipedia:
Wetwork (Russian: мокрое дело, tr. mokroye delo)[1] is a euphemism for murder or assassination that alludes to spilling blood.[2] The expression and the similar wet job, wet affair, or wet operation are all calques of Russian terms for such activities and can be traced to criminal slang from at least the 19th century[3][4] and originally meant robbery that involved murder or the spilling of blood.
A 2020 book titled “Wet Work” by Mark A. Hewitt bears the following description:
Law enforcement agencies have chosen to ignore rather than investigate dozens of political figures and defectors who have died under mysterious circumstances. When a Democratic National Committee staff member is murdered before the presidential election, Washington, D.C. police is also uninterested in investigating the crime.
The President is well behind in the polls. Some powerful people want assurances that the President will never take the oath of office if he unexpectedly wins.
On Election Day, the Central Intelligence Agency Director uncovers treachery at the highest levels of his organiza…
The Google Books entry contains the statement, “Approved by the CIA Publication Review Board.”
“Well, it’s kind of, but it’s paid TV and stuff like that,” Carville replied to Cooper. “But yes, that’s a CIA term; take a guy out…this has got to be done.”
Reacting to the interview, on Sunday afternoon constitutional activist Robert C. Laity sent the following email to the Metropolitan Police for the District of Columbia:
DC Metro Police:
You should immediately refer Carville to the Secret Service. It is a disgrace that such threats against Donald Trump are becoming so ubiquitous.
See: 18USC, Sec. 879

Laity’s reference is to the federal law pertaining to “Threats against former Presidents and certain other persons” and states, in part:
(a) Whoever knowingly and willfully threatens to kill, kidnap, or inflict bodily harm upon—
(1) a former President or a member of the immediate family of a former President;
(2) a member of the immediate family of the President, the President-elect, the Vice President, or the Vice President-elect;
(3) a major candidate for the office of President or Vice President, or a member of the immediate family of such candidate; or
(4) a person protected by the Secret Service under section 3056(a)(6);
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.
The law, passed in 1982, can be found here along with its amendments.
On Sunday, the Metro Police is reportedly seeking suspects responsible for two separate shootings and has arrested “teen suspects” in an “attempted Northwest robbery.”
On Saturday, the police force reported arresting an “armed robbery” suspect, seeking a suspect in another robbery and a stabbing, and investigating a “fatal shooting” in the southeast sector of the capital city.

We The People had a fraud and usurper going by the name of Barack Hussein Obama sitting illegally in the Oval Office for eight long year who should have been legally removed from that office he illegally held by the US Congress . Not once that I know of was the fraud’s life threaten ! It was aways the US Congress and US Supreme Court should enforce Article ll Section 1 Clause 5 of the US Constitution IE Natural Born US Citizen clause for US President ! Mr Carville could less about the US Constitution and the Rule of law !
This is an example of what’s wrong in America today. The comments are blatant, shameful with a ‘don’t give a damn attitude’ about the consequences. He needs to be investigated and find out more about his statement. The law must be preserved!
Carville thinks that his threats have no import and that he is immune from prosecution because he made them on “paid TV”. Carville made overt threats against Donald Trump, advocating for Biden surrogates to do Biden’s wet works.
Enough is Enough. I demand the Secret Service to actively investigate James Carville and to take appropriate measures to bring him to Justice.
Today, I forwarded my DC Police complaint to the Department of Justice myself. As you may remember, when I filed complaints against Barack Obama, US District Court Judge Leslie Foschio, USDC-WNY apprised me that the proper first step is to notify local police in these cases. Which I did.
Donald Trump is being targeted by enemies of this Nation. It is up to “We the People” to Petition the Government to do its duty and arrest Carville for violating 18USC, Sec.879.
Carville didn’t say he believed he was immune because he made his statement on paid TV. Carville said his definition meant paid TV, implying attack commercials.
Balderdash!!! Carville defined what “wet works” means as a “CIA term meaning assassination” and said that Biden should have his people do his wet works for him regarding Trump. He committed a federal crime.
