(Mar. 15, 2024) — A lawsuit intended to be filed on behalf of “every state” regarding election integrity was filed early Thursday evening with the U.S. Supreme Court, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell announced in an “X” Spaces session beginning at noon EDT Friday.

Since the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, Lindell has claimed voting machines often provide inaccurate results to a level capable of changing election outcomes.

In a press release prior to Lindell’s broadcast, he explained the current case originated in Arizona with then-gubernatorial Republican candidate Kari Lake and fellow Republican state rep. Mark Finchem, who was running for Arizona secretary of state, signing on as plaintiffs.

“The courts have repeatedly dismissed this case on standing, not lack of evidence,” the press release states. “It should be noted that “standing” is a judge’s decision that does not require explanation. The Writ of Certiorari is used in rare cases when the case has national significance or is precedent setting. In both instances, this case meets those criteria.”

As Lindell noted on-air, the high court did not seem to have docketed the case as of that time.

The new evidence of machine malfunctioning, Lindell said, was “discovered three months ago,” and the case, he said, “affects the whole country” and should therefore receive a speedy hearing.

As The Post & Email has reported extensively, Lindell has made many claims about a lack of election integrity relating to voting machines as well as the discovery of evidence of foreign interference in the 2020 election in the form of PCAPS while promising to reveal such evidence, but without result.

In Friday’s broadcast, however, Lindell pledged he would discuss the information contained in the petition for a Writ of Certiorari once it is docketed.

So Lindell didn’t file anything. Lake and Finchem filed a certiorari petition (which can’t contain new evidence).
