Dear Readership,
I was asked yesterday if I thought the migration of illegal aliens over our borders had truly become a crisis. Here are my observations.
I’m not certain our nation can survive the current border invasion. Too many sloths, criminals, cartel organizations, and drug mafia groups already have come across the borders and implanted themselves deeply and clandestinely inside of our nation. Police forces have been defunded and as a result there are not enough law enforcement officers remaining to handle the last three groups addressed above. Mexico reported that the fifth largest industry in their country is the cartel group. Some statistics I saw years ago identified that cartels have permeated and established bases in all 50 states.
The influx appears to be getting out of hand. The current Biden-Harris-Obama administration is in office for 16 more months. At this rate things are going downhill exponentially and the nation won’t be able to function. The cost alone to support these squatters is way out of control. Our nation’s only chance is for a Trump-type tough guy to get into office and on day one declare martial law and send the military to assist getting these intruders rounded up and sent back or to Devils Island, Alcatraz Rock, or anywhere that is isolated or unapproachable. Some presidents have done this in our history. I read that Hoover, Truman, and Eisenhower did so. Although the numbers were greatly exaggerated in some writings, confirmations from “Ask Factcheck” verified from Presidential Libraries revealed that 5,621,000 were deported during their collective terms. Since Biden took office The New York Post reported that 3.8 million have crossed our southern border. Added to those who had previously come over, the number is probably four times that many. Not all are looking for a better life. The criminal actions are hard to assess since the perpetrators have been spread around the nation.
The USA can withstand attacks from the outside with strong offense and logistically planned defense as understood from our history. This current crisis has become an attack from the inside and will take a greater effort if it is even possible. For further research I recommend a study of the Trojan horse or the Fifth Column in the 1937 Spanish Civil War. They are “can’t- win” positions for law enforcement and perhaps even mustered military to handle at this point. This opinion is subjective, of course, but with perhaps 15 million people being supported, provisioned, and causing problems, how much can a populace of our 332 million people handle?
