(Aug. 17, 2023) — For four decades now, we’ve been preached to by the cult-like climate alarmists. They and their acolytes’ carp on earth’s impending doom if we do not comply with their absurd position regarding the continued use of carbon-dioxide-producing materials. The cultists claim the science on the matter is settled, which is equally absurd as there is no science in support of their bizarre theories; N-O-N-E!?
Please read this piece clarifying the cult’s strategy to create fear and hysteria among the masses. I’m not a scientist, but I’ve read at least 30 books on earth’s climate, all authored by PhDs having hundreds of years studying the subject. None of them agree with the cultists; not one.
Allow me to take a stab at a few incontrovertible facts on the subject as follows:
- Earth’s climate is probably the most complex issue ever
analyzed/studied by humans and virtually impossible to predict or totally understand. Why? Very simply, all contributing elements are infinitely variable. - The cult’s “settled science” consists of hundreds upon hundreds of failed computer models over 40 years; not one has borne any meaningful science.
- The claim that the melting of the Arctic ice cap will cause oceans to rise is absurd. The Arctic cap is floating sea-ice and has already displaced itself in the ocean; if it all melted, we’d have a minor receding of the oceans because solids take up more space than do liquids.
- No, the polar bears are not going extinct due to a shrinking Arctic ice cap; they are thriving according to the Canadian government (the latest estimate is 30-35,000 bears).
- Why is it that the cult’s spokespersons are never scientists? All we ever hear/see are non-scientists, e.g., Al Gore, John Kerry, Sen. Markey, Barack Obama, Greta Thunberg, some media hacks, etc., etc.
- Why do the cultists continue to lie about earth’s temperature when more accurate satellite imagery indicates no appreciable global warming for approximately 20-25 years?
- The cultists persist in using the term “greenhouse gas” and seldom if ever use/say “carbon dioxide.” In my view their intent is clear, but carbon dioxide is an absolute key to life on earth. In pre-industrial revolution America, carbon dioxide was measured at approximately .02% of earth’s atmosphere; today (August 2023) it is approximately .04%!
- The oft-repeated threat of rising oceans by the cultists is but another absurd lie. Antarctica is the only place on planet Earth containing enough water to cause significant rise in the oceans. Antarctica is larger in area than America and Mexico combined; it contains 85-90% of ALL glacial ice on planet Earth; however, the mean (average)
temperature on Antarctica is -55F, or 87 degrees below the point water
freezes. Earth’s oceans are not rising any time soon.
So, what exactly is driving this bizarre theory? Simply stated, it is blind ideology, greed, and ultimately massive control over the population. How would the government achieve that end? it’s called a carbon tax.
