(May 5, 2023) — On Friday’s edition of “Your World” hosted by Neil Cavuto on the Fox News Channel, Cavuto commented to his two guests at the top of the show that because British singer Adele, with whom he is arguably infatuated, celebrates her 35th birthday today, she would meet one of the constitutional requirements to be President of the United States.

The age requirement is the second of three the Framers placed in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution for the president and commander-in-chief.

The third requirement states he must also have been “fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

The requirement the Framers placed first reads:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.

The phrase has generated much discussion and diverging viewpoints over the years and particularly in 2008, when U.S. Senators John McCain and Barack Obama faced one another in a presidential race in which the constitutional eligibility of both was formally questioned.

Cavuto went on to acknowledge, however, that because Adele “wasn’t born here,” she does not qualify for the presidency. Next, he said, “I’m working on changing that” without elaborating.

“HAPPY 35TH BIRTHDAY ADELE!” appeared in the chyron toward the conclusion of the 13-minute segment Cavuto dedicated to the person he believes to be the premier singer in the world, as he stated during the opening moments of the show.

He is “happily married for almost 40 years,” Cavuto said as he continued to gush over Adele on his business- and economy-based broadcast.

Cavuto described his fascination with Adele as a “fixation,” Mediaite reported earlier Friday afternoon, asserting similarly that “I know for a fact that my wife is fine with this. I also know for a fact — she’s not watching any of this, so I think I’m in the clear.”

As he did earlier, Cavuto claimed Adele was responsible for a marked rise in U.S. stocks Friday.

At 4:48, Cavuto promised more “updates on Adele.”

Following a break, in a “Fox News Alert” Cavuto announced that regarding Adele and her British birth, “The fact is, she can’t run for president of the United States.” He then joked with an on-screen colleague playing a part that he wanted to “reach out” to the singer to wish her a happy birthday.

Cavuto made much of the fact that one of his earlier female guests had said Adele had been invited to perform at King Charles III’s coronation celebration Saturday but that she had declined, a fact Cavuto mentioned again at 4:54 p.m.

}Adele, all you have to do is call — just call me,” Cavuto pouted as he closed out the show.

  1. There are several persons who HAVE “run for President of the United States” who were born British Subjects/Citizens. India, Jamaica, Canada and Kenya, are ALL places where if one is born there one is born a British subject/citizen. Not many people know that Hawaii is also listed as covered by the British Nationality Act of 1948.

To this day, it is still a controversy as to whether or not Hawaii was legally made a State in the Union. See: President Clinton’s “Apology to Hawaii for illegal annexation as a State”. Oddly, Hawaii still has a NATIONAL consulate in NY State.

It appears that after (246) years of U.S. independence from Britain, there are those of overt British heritage attempting to surrepticiously retrieve the “colonies” for the United Kingdom.

Strangely, Harry and Meghan Windsor have actually expressed the suggestion that their SON Archie will “one day be President of the United States”.
