D.A. Alvin Bragg, You Just Indicted a “Ham Sandwich.” Let Me Tell You Where You Are Wrong

(Mar. 31, 2023) — To begin, I remind you of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office emblem displayed on the home page of your office’s website with the following motto:  “ONE STANDARD OF JUSTICE FOR ALL.”  No comment needed from me, is there?  By the way, I am not a “white supremacist domestic terrorist.”  Nor am I a racist.  To the contrary, I am a military veteran, a retired (30+ years) law enforcement officer, and a believer that all men and women are made equal.  That, however, is only the beginning.  Here are the kinds of things that come next.

Permit me to acquaint you and the readers with a couple of federal statutes.  They are SEDITION (18 U.S. Code Section 2384) and TREASON (18 U.S. Code, Section 2381).  To paraphrase, both crimes essentially involve levying war against the United States and giving aid and comfort to others attempting to overthrow our government.  In both cases, the punishment range is up to but not mandatory death.  There is no statute of limitations on these two high crimes.  Thus, the opportunity to enforce the “one standard of justice for all” which your office claims to honor NEVER GOES AWAY.  Also, there should be no excuse for delaying the imposition of these sentences.

Why, you ask, am I focusing this discussion on TREASON or related high crimes (including misprision)?  The answer seems fairly obvious.  For the last fifteen years or so, TREASON and related crimes have been rampant throughout our federal government and, in some instances, in other parts of our society. Just to get it over with, I will name one “civilian” who, in my opinion, is “guilty as sin” of treason and sedition, 92-YEAR-OLD HUNGARIAN-BORN GYORGY SCHWARTZ, in the United States using the name GEORGE SOROS.  

Now, I am compelled to share with you my reaction to yesterday’s (March 30, 2023) Indictment of 45th President Donald Trump, who has announced that he is running for the presidency again in 2024.  It apparently is the first time in American history that a former U.S. president has been indicted.  I should add that the crimes for which President Trump is being indicted are six or seven years old and, prior to the announced indictment, had been turned down twice by federal prosecutors.  Whether or not President Trump will be convicted of these or any related crimes (the potential offenses stem from a $130,000 payment made in connection with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) by Trump’s former attorney to an adult film actress, which in my satirical way of viewing it, depends on “WHAT THE DEFINITION OF ‘IS’ IS.”  Then, too, not to be outdone, there are grand juries in Florida and Georgia chomping at the bit to find more charges.  This brings me to what I consider to be the real problem with all of these persecutions (pretend prosecutions).  

Current President Joe Biden already has committed several crimes which I believe could be chargeable as treason (even now while acting as president).  These are:  the Afghanistan War debacle in which Commander-in-Chief Biden’s actions led to the deaths of thirteen American soldiers, hundreds of Afghans, $7 to $8 billion-worth of military equipment left behind to be taken by the Taliban, and end of a 20-year war which we and our allies LOST; the unconstitutional invasion-like entry across our country’s southern border by millions of undocumented (thus illegal) immigrants as allowed by President Biden; the alleged sabotaging, by the U.S. military with co-conspirators, by underwater explosives of the Russian-owned Nord Stream pipelines funneling natural gas under the Baltic Sea to EU countries; and, last but not least, the influence-peddling and pay-to-play schemes operated by the Biden family headed by patriarch “Big Guy” Joe, netting them many millions of dollars from foreign corporations and governments, including some who are our enemies such as Communist China, and ultimately resulting in a serious national security risk to the United States by blackmail or extortion.

Forty-fourth President Barack HUSSEIN Obama was likely a CIA-bred and groomed Manchurian candidate for the presidency.  He had a Communist-mentored upbringing and became a student and follower of Karl Marx, Chairman Mao Zedung, and Muhammad.  There is proof that his “Hawaiian Birth Certificate” is a forgery.  It would appear that he, or whoever created it, did so because he was not born on American soil and therefore was constitutionally ineligible to be President of the United States.  I SAY THAT HE “STOLE” THE PRESIDENCY.  He also appears to have committed dozens of crimes including drug offenses, Social Security and identity fraud, falsifying a Selective Service registration form, and as president and commander-in-chief gun-running, involuntary criminally negligent manslaughter (Benghazi), sedition, election fraud, and treason.  He also was allegedly a person of interest in the assassination-type murders of two gay men in Chicago with whom he was reportedly known to have had relationships prior to or during the presidential primaries in 2007 (crimes “unsolved”). 

Probably worst of all, though, from my point of view, is that Obama promised prior to taking office in 2009 that he would “fundamentally transform” America.  He achieved this, and the wokeism, LGBTQ+, racism, divisiveness, civil unrest, BLM, “peaceful” protests with violence in the background, sanctuary cities, New World Order fantasies, and other amoral and immoral practices increased in number and severity since his “presidency.”

These were not the only individuals in our recent history who were statutorily chargeable for sedition, treason, and/or misprision.  Hundreds of others are still free.  Some of them hold elected or appointed public offices.  Some of them are purveyors of “FAKE NEWS” and are not telling us THE TRUTH about what they know regarding the issues mentioned above.  

In conclusion, District Attorney Bragg, and others who have become weaponized against the Republican Party, former President Trump unfortunately is your most popular TARGET.  In fact, he has been targeted now for almost eight years.  I am convinced that I know the reason why, but I’m not going to say or imply anything more about it than what I have already said.  Personally, I find it despicable that you HATE Donald Trump so much after all he has given up while working for our country.  If you compare President Trump and his background of success mixed with some failures and frailties, not unlike all of us, to the others who I have chosen to point out to you, then you ought to be ASHAMED OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING.  You might even fit into one of those “gray,” “ham sandwich” areas where you might find yourself seeing the inside of the courtroom from the wrong side of the aisle.  Where is that “ONE STANDARD OF JUSTICE FOR ALL”?
