Re: The mental incapacity of
President Joseph B. Biden

Dear Congressman Jackson,

I am writing you to discuss your recent comments regarding Joseph Biden which were made on Fox News yesterday on February 28, 2023. You suggested that Joseph Biden is the victim of “Elder Abuse” and that his wife should be “ashamed of herself’ for putting him through the rigors of the presidency.

I share your concerns. I wanted to apprise you that a formal complaint of elder abuse regarding Joseph Biden’s health and welfare was filed by me with Laura Newland, Director of the D.C. Department of Aging and Community Living on February 10, 2022. That department informed me that the proper authority for registering such complaints on behalf of the President was with Health and Human Services. Subsequently, I elevated my complaint to Admiral “Rachel” Levine, Asst. Secretary of Health on February 14, 2022. He did not respond to me when I asked for a status report.

I then apprised Secretary of H.H.S. Xavier Becerra on April 22, 2022 of the inaction of Admiral Levine regarding my formal complaint. I ask that you further investigate this matter. President Biden is clearly compromised both cognitively and physically. He may very well be a victim of “elder abuse”.

Mr Laity. You are highly regarded by me. Your patriotism and all of the good things which you have done, or tried to do, for our country are applauded by me. In this one particular instance, though, I have to say that I do not believe that Joe Biden is a victim (of elder abuse or anything else besides getting older). ON THE CONTRARY, WE, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, ARE HIS VICTIMS ! AND, THAT’S EVEN IF SOMEONE ELSE BEHIND THE SCENES (OBAMA FOR ONE) IS MAKING POLICY DECISIONS AND PERFORMING SOME OR ALL OF THE REQUIRED PRESIDENTIAL DUTIES. I SUSPECT THAT EVEN BIDEN UNDERSTANDS THAT THE PRESIDENCY IS “WHERE THE BUCK STOPS.” AND, LIKE IT OR NOT, HE IS THE CURRENT PRESIDENT AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE (WITH THE OTHERS, OF COURSE) FOR WHATEVER SHORTCOMINGS (OR ACTUAL CRIMES) IN OFFICE. IF HE “STOLE” THE PRESIDENCY BY VOTER FRAUD, THEN THAT IS JUST TOO BAD.

Thanks for the compliment. We are both members of a mutual admiration society. I agree with what Dr. Jackson said that Jill Biden should be ashamed of herself for allowing Joe to go through the arduous and very stressful tasks associated with being President. It is not a given that “getting older” is going to be accompanied by the type of diminished capacity Joe Biden is most assuredly suffering. To put someone in that situation given his mental and psychological decline is indeed “Elder abuse”. I agree that “We the People” are also victims because of Joe Biden’s condition and the fact that he is being manipulated and taken advantage of. It is a very dangerous circumstance to have the power of the Presidency being usurped by others who are using Joe as a figurehead President in order for him to do their bidding. The legal question is can an incompetent individual actually be held to account for actions he took while incompetent?

Rather than answer that question based on what I know the law is, I will let the DC Courts deal with that issue if and when the time comes. Until such time as the 25th Amendment is invoked and/or Biden is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors the USA will continue to be in grave danger given Biden’s obvious compromises and encumbrances.

I sent Congressman Jackson the entire packet of my prior communications on my Biden Elder Abuse complaint case. It is very evident that Biden’s mental and physical incapacity has indeed affected his ability to honor his oath of office. He must resign or be removed from office under the 25th Amendment. His continuing health problems are an encumbrance to his performing his official duties and a clear and present danger to the national security of this nation. His age is not the issue. Some people are trying to place an age limit on the Presidency. However, all aged persons are not incompetent or mentally compromised. What should be made mandatory is that every official of the US Government be give cognitive function tests annually. Trump passed the cognitive function tests he was given, with flying colors. He is (76) years old and sharp as a tack. It’s not age that is the issue in any presidency. It is cognitive ability. Biden’s is failing. Benjamin Franklin, was in his (80)s and still in politics. He was sharp as a tack as well. Requiring one’s age to limit whether or not one can be President or VP would be discriminatory. I wouldn’t care if we had a 100 year old President as long as he/she was competent and unencumbered by mental decline. Which, by the way can happen to a 40 year old suffering from early onset alzheimer’s disease.
