Re: The Office of the Presidency
of the United States of America
Dear Mr. Speaker,
In the past (14) years I have contacted several of the former Speakers of the House with the following information. In 2008 Barack Obama usurped the Presidency, by fraud, during time of war. Barack Obama is not an Article II “Natural Born Citizen” and therefore was never eligible to be President of the United States. Like Chester Arthur in 1881, Obama fraudulently attained to the Office of the Presidency. Chester Arthur attained to both the Vice-Presidency as well as the Presidency. These usurpations were illegal under both Article II and the 12th Amendment.
Obama usurped the Presidency by fraud with the help of Nancy Pelosi and Joseph Biden, et al. At the current time Kamala Harris is in office illegally. She too is not an Article II Natural Born Citizen. Obama’s action to usurp the Presidency by fraud happened during a time in which this nation was at war. Obama’s fraud constitutes treason and espionage under U.S. Law.
Biden, Harris and Pelosi, et al, are complicit with Obama’s treason and espionage against the United States. In the past (14) years I have attempted to bring these usurpers, frauds, traitors and spies to justice. I have in the past filed a Petition for Writ of Quo Warranto against Kamala Harris in the DC Courts and SCOTUS. I have also sued Rubio, Cruz, Jindal and Obama in the courts.
I believe that because of these facts both Biden and Harris must step down from their respective offices immediately due to lack of constitutional bona-fides.
I further believe that these facts make YOU the actual President of the United States at this time. Please read my enclosed book “Imposters in the Oval Office”, iUniverse Publishing ©2018. I hope that you will take this information very seriously. Our nation’s very existence demands immediate attention to this matter of very grave national security.

Thank you for you ongoing
steadfast work.
It is encouraging to observe
both The People &
their temporary servants
in elected office,
are beginning to recognize
present offenses afoot
in the junior, enumerated,
Federal government –
and that these offenses are
federal felony, criminal,
capital offenses –
not simply elective exercises
to be assuaged by mere impeachment
and departure from office.
The offenders in fact,
have never rightly held office –
since all things repugnant
to the constitution are null, void,
and without effect of authority & office.
Romans 13 makes plain
under
Natural Law from Nature’s God,
Rulers carry the sword not in vain,
as they are created avengers
to deliver God’s wrath.
In a constitutional Republic, under God,
The People deriving their Authority &
taking their Liberty directly from God
are
The Rulers.
Several Rulers are already now engaged
in prosecutions of offending federal officials
from several different divisions,
of the federal government,
concerning matters
of election & forced jabs,
all Deprivations of Rights Under Color of Law,

I believe Obama picked Kamala Harris for Biden’s V.P. because every ineligible person who illegitimately occupies the office of V. P. or President makes it less likely that Constitutional requirements for those two offices will ever be required again. That is protection for the fraud Barack Hussein Obama. Something ignored for years and gotten away with for years often just becomes, “the way it is”, and that is what is happening with the very important protection from foreign influence provided by the framers of the Constitution. Many people are complicit in The Obama Fraud which protects Obama, and its “forever” cover-up. It’s also why there was panic when the planned and promised in 2008 after Obama cover president was defeated in the 2016 election by Obama nemesis Donald Trump, and that panic still exist in the efforts to insure Trump is never president again.
Trump will be “President-Elect” in November, 2024 and President on January 20, 2025.
Trump will get my vote…I hope it counts………..
Unfortunately nothing is going to happen, the media nor Congress won’t even ask Harris if she’s holds or has held foreign. The only way something would happen is if Harris cast the deciding vote that directly affected Americans and gave them standing to sue.
Harris is in office illegally and does not have the authority of the Office of VP. Her acts are fraudulent and without legal weight.
Excellent! Although McCarthy is only a breath away from being a typical political schmuck, he ranks quite high in the fool & fibber class. He would still make a better president.
