Here is How I’d Defend Trump

Dear Readership:

This was written by a friend of mine who has been not only an attorney for decades, but a professor of law at a prestigious West Coast university and prefers to remain anonymous at this time:

I’m just a simple country lawyer, but here is how I’d defend Trump:

1. Violation of Equal Protection of the Law.

If Trump is guilty of insurrection, why weren’t Schumer [We will make the Supreme Court Justices pay] and Maxine Waters [Confront those Conservatives] and many others also referred?

2. Trump has a COMPLETE DEFENSE [Go peacefully and patriotically].

3. The January 6th Committee usurped the Separation of Powers.

4. “Res Judicata.” (Defined herein:  a matter that has been adjudicated by a competent court and may not be pursued further by the same parties.)

Trump was acquitted of these charges in his Impeachment Trial.

5. The Committee declined the original Republican selection of Committee members.
