(Dec. 19, 2022) — On Sunday evening, new Twitter CEO Elon Musk published a poll asking whether or not he should replace himself as head of the company he purchased in late October for $44 billion, stating he would “abide by the results of this poll.”

Musk has recently taken to polls in an apparent attempt to obtain the opinions of users on matters of common interest, particularly over the last several weeks during which he began making policy changes, purging unused accounts and reinstating thousands of others which had been suspended.

Responses continue to come in, with the topic trending heavily on the platform Monday morning. As of 8:00 a.m., a majority reportedly voted in favor.

Musk is also CEO of SpaceX; Tesla, an electric-car and battery manufacturer; The Boring Company and Neuralink, whose purpose is producing “brain chips” to assist disabled individuals in regaining movement or vision, or acquiring those abilities if they never possessed them.

At approximately the same time as the poll, Musk tweeted, “…be careful what you wish, as you might get it”.

Note- he didn’t say when he would step down, if he did. It’s a good bet he would not do so until he has completed the renovation of Twitter and cutting off the FBI et al from using it as their personal lapdog.

I think Musk should be fully in charge of Twitter and hire minions to take on other tasks.

I agree, he’s doing a great job and that is being verified by the people who are objecting to Musk being in charge of his own company….
