Jane Fonda at a Vietnam War event in the Netherlands, January 17, 1975 (CC BY-SA 3.0 NL)

Dear Editor,

As our eldest daughter has battled cancer for many years, I am not unsympathetic to Jane Fonda’s similar battle.

However, American Meghan Markle must honour British royalty’s always serving in the front line when Britain goes to war! In WWII Prince George of Kent was killed while on active RAF service.

It must remembered Prince Andrew (despite all his faults) served bravely in the Falklands War and Meghan Markle’s husband, Prince Harry, twice served bravely in Afghanistan! So why on Earth would Meghan Markle take pride in dastardly Vietnam War traitor Jane Fonda gracing the cover of British Vogue, which Markle has guest-edited/is guest-editing?

To this very day the nefarious Jane Fonda is a disgrace to the memory of every fallen American (and Western society) soldier!

Shame on Meghan Markle and ex-British soldier Prince Harry for inflicting such distasteful baggage on the Royal Family!

Yours,

Jane “Hanoi” Fonda and Nancy “USO” Sinatra.
Each an attractive young daughter of a famous entertainer.
Both will live in infamy among Vietnam Veterans but for very disparate reasons.
The former because she was a traitor, the latter because she was our angel.
G****** you Jane, God Bless you Nancy.

Can you blame me for trying, Sharon?
