(Aug. 8, 2022) — At approximately 12:38 p.m. EDT Monday, Dr. Robert W. Malone, MD and his wife, Dr. Jill Glasspool Malone, a scientist, took the stage at the Health Freedom Ireland conference unfolding in Dublin.

Malone immediately spoke about the global “monkeypox” outbreak in an attempt to dispel the “fearporn” he believes “the media” is releasing regarding this latest health scare.

Nearly all cases of monkeypox, which Malone said is an “STD,” have arisen in men who have had sex with men, he said. He called Puerto Rico’s expressed interest in universal vaccination of its population unnecessary, reading statistics indicating the relative number of cases worldwide is very small.

A “small cohort” of the population could “isolate” and “abstain” from certain activity, Malone said, in order to contain the outbreak. Medications are available in the United States, he said, to successfully treat the disease.

As far as a vaccine, he said, there is a risk of myocarditis.

“Let’s not be fooled,” he said regarding the mass call for vaccination of all groups.

His own research on the disease can be found here.

Launching into an explanation of the “Malone Doctrine,” Malone said the missive “was not written by the Malones.” He explained that when he and his wife visited Maui to support Dr. Kirk Milhoan, MD, who was retaliated against for objecting to the government’s COVID-19 narrative, the doctrine took shape with strong input from former investment professional Edward Dowd.

Malone then read a statement from Dowd, who was unable to attend the Dublin conference. The statement said that the U.S. is presently seeing “20% excess mortality” and an increase in disabilities which he suspects arise from COVID-19 vaccinations. “We are analyzing the UK excess death data and found it to be 20% as well,” the statement continued.

Jill Malone then spoke, giving an update on The Malone Institute launched this year, whose purpose is “to bring back integrity to the biological sciences and medicine.” “We support and conduct research, education, and informational activities in infectious disease and bio-threat research and assessment, as well as to engage in other scientific and medical research,” the mission statement further says.

Dowd has partnered with the Malones to operate the institute.

The Doctrine, Jill Malone read, supports “thorough critique and relentless scrutiny” of medical data in a censorship-free environment. For the full doctrine, please go here.

About 500 “people and corporations” have signed the Doctrine, Robert Malone added.

At 12:56 p.m. EDT, the moderator announced the conclusion of the event.

  1. I wonder if any attendees at the Health Freedom Ireland conference made mention of Agenda 21/2030 and one of its goals – world depopulation? And, I wonder if any of those attendees are members of Agenda 21/2030?
