(Jun. 23, 2022) — You’ll be out of office after the midterms if not sooner. Even though I am not a constitutional scholar or attorney (or a poet like Jimi Hendrix who plays the guitar and sings songs such as the above), I can tell you, Joe, that there are at least two lawful ways that you can be removed from the office of the presidency.
One of those ways is by IMPEACHMENT, i.e., Article II, Section 4 of the US Constitution. To be impeached, it is required that you, Joe, commit an indictable crime, up to and/or including treason. The US House of Representatives issues the charged Articles of Impeachment, which then are sent to the US Senate for trial. A two-thirds vote by the Senate is required for conviction and removal from office.
The second constitutional way to remove you would be due to an INABILITY ON YOUR PART TO DISCHARGE THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE OFFICE, i.e., the 25th Amendment, Section 4. I suppose one could argue that you, Joe, were never the “real” president and that, therefore, these pesky little rules should not in all fairness be applied to you! And, in that case, would they be applied to whoever behind the scenes is making the decisions and running the “Biden Administration?” I seriously doubt it. Interestingly, though, it certainly does look as if there is someone (Obama?) or some group in power (CIA, NWO?) behind the scenes. THE ACTUAL IDENTITY OF THAT PERSON OR GROUP IS UNKNOWN TO MOST OF US. LIKEWISE, SO IS THE REAL IDENTITY OF THE PERSON WHO WE WERE VOTING FOR IN THE 2020 ELECTION. So, isn’t this a form of election and voter fraud?
Now, let’s get on with specifically identifying some of the corruption and crimes which you, our supposed president, have been committing either personally or in concert with others. The list, by the way, is not “in order” and is by no means all-inclusive.
The first instance, Joe, that comes to mind, although not a crime, is your INAUGURAL ADDRESS (January 20, 2021). The following excerpts are worth noting: “The dream of justice for all will be deferred no longer.” “And now, a rise in political extremism, white supremacy, domestic terrorism, that we must confront and we will defeat.” “I pledge this to you. I will be a president for all Americans.” “My whole soul is in it…Bringing America together. Uniting our people. And uniting our nation.” “My fellow Americans, I close today where I began, with a sacred oath. Before God and all of you, I give you my word. I will always level with you. I will defend the Constitution. I will defend our democracy. I will defend America.” Is this hyped-up sweet talk, or DELIBERATE LIES?
The very next day (Joe’s first day at work), Joe announced 17 so-called “Executive Orders,” most, if not all, to cancel or reverse orders previously enacted by then-former President Donald Trump. Examples of a few: Revoked permits for the Keystone XL Pipeline. Rejoined the WHO and Paris Climate Accords, both of which had been withdrawn by President Trump. Joe then sent a sweeping immigration reform bill to Congress which included an eight-year path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants (would this have applied twelve years earlier to Barack Hussein Obama?). And, among the rest of Joe’s “Executive Orders” was reversing President Trump’s ban on diversity training at federal agencies and their contractors. Did that apply to the military, or did Joe impose CRT and LGBTQ+ training on them later? Was Joint Chiefs Chairman General Mark Milley able to educate himself and our troops about “white rage?” And, how exactly has that affected our military preparedness?
So far, I don’t believe we have encountered an actual indictable crime (except possibly ELECTION AND VOTER FRAUD in 2020). But, “let your heart not be troubled”; after a twenty-year-long war in Afghanistan, you, Joe, pulled out our troops without any notice to, or coordination with, our allies and left Afghanistan in the middle of the night on August 30, 2021. Several days earlier, a suicide bomber had killed 13 American military personnel and dozens of Afghans at the Kabul airport. Not only did we essentially wave the white flag when we left in the dead of the night, but we abandoned, for the taking by the Taliban, multi-millions of dollars’-worth of top-of-the-line American military equipment. An unknown number of US and US-affiliated Afghan personnel still remained behind; for how long, I do not know. In my opinion, Joe, this is as close to TREASON as it gets! See 18 US Code Section 2381 (which essentially describes the act of betraying one’s country and giving aid to our enemies).
Contemporaneously, there was and still is another “war” of sorts, and, we are losing that one, too! Of course, we all know about the INVASION BY UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS AT OUR COUNTRY’S SOUTHERN BORDER. The most recent estimate is that 250,000 of them are entering our country every month. I don’t know how good you are at math, Joe, especially if it doesn’t have anything directly to do with your family’s wealth, but 250,000 immigrants per month invading America equates to 3 MILLION NEW POTENTIAL DEMOCRAT VOTERS PER YEAR! And, unless I’m badly mistaken, much if not all of this influx has been against the law and against orders handed down by courts, including the US Supreme Court. Another example of you, Joe, committing TREASON! This is not to mention the disastrous and widespread other effects (for example, air travel to practically anywhere in the United States on the taxpayers’ dime!) upon practically every aspect of our society.
In a word, THE ECONOMY, stupid! There are so many things wrong with our economy (and I am not an economist) that I am going to defer to the reader. Let your imagination run wild! And, don’t forget, YES, YOU DID THIS, JOE! You and your incompetent cabinet heads, wanna-be-communist foot soldiers, and New World Order big shots. The only question I have, Joe, is did you take down our economy by accident or on purpose (would the latter be treasonous)?
Next, you guessed it. Our society is becoming SUPER-“WOKE” AND SEXUALIZED by your leadership, Joe. Does 2 + 2 really equal 5? Does the Supreme Court, or at least its most recent nominee, know what a “woman” is? If you, especially as a child, don’t like your gender or have been brainwashed by ignorant others, then is it alright for you to go under the knife and become someone else? Is it okay that all of these subject matters and more (which, by the way, include racism, critical race theory, and alleged white supremacy) should be taught in elementary schools and US military posts throughout our country? You’ve got to be kidding me, Joe! This nonsense may not rise to the level of being criminal, but it comes awfully close! What about child abuse?
Violence in our streets. Violence in our schools. I’m not necessarily attributing this to you, Joe. However, your DIVISIVENESS and that of your administration, CONTRARY TO THE PROMISES MADE BY YOU AT YOUR INAUGURATION, certainly haven’t helped any! You like to point the finger of guilt at guns (by the way, I am not a gun owner, yet), but let’s get real. Guns don’t aim by themselves. Guns don’t shoot by themselves. Law-abiding people going peacefully about their business are not supposed to be “targets!” Yet, there is a Second Amendment right to own a gun. Hopefully, those who are gun owners will be more responsible than you-know-who (a son of yours). Despite the son’s allegedly wise counsel, I strongly suggest you do not take his advice about this matter or any other! Not even for 50%!
MORAL AND/OR RELIGIOUS DECLINE. What role does the US President have in dealing with this growing problem? If it is “setting a good example,” then I’m afraid, Joe, you are failing badly at it! It looks as if you are not what it is going to take to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
In conclusion, and since time and space are not going to permit me to continue any farther, WHAT WILL IT BE, JOE? Article II, Section 4 of the US Constitution, or the 25th Amendment, Section 4? And, one more time, “Hey, Joe, WHERE YOU GOIN’ TO RUN TO NOW!”
