(Dec. 30, 2021) — As promised, mRNA technology innovator Dr. Robert W. Malone on Thursday issued a response to an inquiry he received Tuesday from “Reuters Fact Check” challenging his statements made during a December 18 interview on “the risks and benefits of required vaccination children against COVID-19.”

The Reuters inquiry addressed Malone, who is a medical doctor, as “Mr” and appeared to take the position that his commentary on GB News’s “Neil Oliver Live” constituted “instances of false or misleading claims made online.”

Malone’s Substack post on Thursday summarized the detailed format in which his response is laid out on a “landing page,” beginning with the definition of “myocarditis,” taken from a scientific source, and a two-paragraph quotation from a recent New York Times article titled, “Omicron Is Not More Severe for Children, Despite Rising Hospitalizations.”

Malone wrote that he chose to place his response in public view rather than limiting it to an email response to “Reuters Fact Check.”

Following its opening line, Reuters wrote to Malone Tuesday:

We are looking into comments you made during a broadcast with GB News (here), including:
• You do not regard the vaccines as safe particularly in children.
• The risk-benefit ratio is completely upside down for children.
• More children will die from these vaccines than will be saved, the data are quite clear.

Reuters presented six bullet points with alleged “expert responses” to Malone’s statements from unnamed sources other than the United Kingdom’s “MHRA,” or Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency.

One of Reuters’ points took the view that questioning the administration of COVID-19 vaccines to children under 18 is reasonable given that “Data is clear that the risk of death or severe disease with COVID infection for children and teens is very small, especially if they don’t have a pre-existing risk condition.” Another view states, “COVID-19 presents a substantial risk of harm to at least a small proportion of children, in particular those with underlying conditions and in rare cases children have sadly died.”

On June 4, the MHRA officially approved COVID-19 shots for children aged 12-15 with a “positive safety profile.” “This follows a rigorous review of the safety, quality and effectiveness of the vaccine in this age group,” the agency said.

In his posted response to Reuters, Malone wrote, in part:

The Reuters Factchecking operation operates as an element of the BBC-led “Trusted News Initiative”, and Reuters has ties to Pfizer (via board of directors appointments), Twitter (which recently deplatformed Dr. Robert Malone) and has other demonstrable conflicts of interest. A video summary of the Trusted News Initiative, with a specific focus on the initial origin of the organization and subsequent perversion into a global policeman and censor of free speech and open scientific discussion concerning the risks and benefits of vaccines, and specifically COVID-19 genetic vaccines, has therefore been provided.

Reuters Foundation Chairman James C. Smith is on the board of directors of Pfizer. According to his Pfizer biography, Smith retired last year from his post as Reuters President, CEO and Director of Thomson Reuters Corporation.

The same source states that Smith is a “Member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum.” Founded by Klaus Schwab, the WEF advocates “The Great Reset” in response to the COVID-19 “crisis,” summarized as:

COVID-19 lockdowns may be gradually easing, but anxiety about the world’s social and economic prospects is only intensifying. There is good reason to worry: a sharp economic downturn has already begun, and we could be facing the worst depression since the 1930s. But, while this outcome is likely, it is not unavoidable.

To achieve a better outcome, the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions. Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a “Great Reset” of capitalism.

“The COVID-19 crisis is affecting every facet of people’s lives in every corner of the world,” the WEF site further states. “But tragedy need not be its only legacy. On the contrary, the pandemic represents a rare but narrow window of opportunity to reflect, reimagine, and reset our world to create a healthier, more equitable, and more prosperous future.”

A video linked from Malone’s landing page identifies Reuters as a member of the “Trusted News Initiative,” launched in 2019. TNI also confirms Reuters as a key partner.

“The Trusted News Initiative is taking action by working with our partners, where we can,” an undated post describing a three-day conference reads. “That partnership runs from Facebook, Microsoft, Google and Twitter through to Reuters, AFP, AP, the EBU, The Hindu and many others.”

An accompanying video states that TNI journalists will attempt to counter “conspiracy theorists” and “misinformation.”

As to the “expert” statement Reuters presented to Malone that, “No new vaccine for children would have been approved unless the expected standards of safety, quality and effectiveness have been met,” Malone responded, ” The MHRA has demonstrated multiple breaches of legal obligations and breaches of duties of care in their evaluation of data relating to these genetic vaccines and the policies which they have implemented, and these breaches are documented in the UK legal complaint which is also provided.”

A link farther down on Malone’s website leads to an 18-page letter of complaint demanding that the MHRA agree in writing “on or before 24 December 2021” to rescind its “Conditional Marketing Authorisation (CMA)” for the vaccines for all age groups and “stop all clinical trials.”

As its basis, the PJH law firm, in the person of Philip Hyland, Principal, cited “expert evidence” from several medical professionals and that “The normal number of fatal adverse vaccine reports on Yellow Cards is 20, so 1,822 for Covid vaccines for 51 weeks is sufficient to show avoidable harm, given the known and agreed issue of under-reporting of adverse events.”

The “Yellow Card” resource in the UK is equivalent to the VAERS database in the U.S.

Should Hyland not receive a response by December 24, the complaint reads, “I am instructed to apply to the High Court to obtain an injunction to order you to do so” (p. 5).

As of this writing, the MHRA does not appear to have complied with Hyland’s demands.

Malone ended his Substack post Thursday with:

NOTE: The above webpages are “living documents”, additions will be made on a regular basis to the databases. More documentation to be uploaded soon.
