(Oct. 27, 2021) — Racine County, WI Sheriff Christopher Schmaling has announced a press conference on Thursday at 11:00 AM local time to reveal what he says is “proof of state-wide election law violations.”
The press release appears on the sheriff’s office Facebook page and states that findings will be shared resulting from “an extensive investigation with implications throughout Racine County and Wisconsin.”
The presser will take place at the substation located at 14116 Washington Ave., Sturtevant, WI and “is open to the press/media only,” according to the release.
On October 22, 2021, the Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau released a 168-page report on the November 3, 2020 election which identified administrative violations of state election law and offered a number of recommendations.
In December, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that state law had been violated when elections clerks accepted absentee-voting applications without the required proof of identification and an allowable excuse for voting by mail amid the COVID-19 health emergency.
A Wisconsin election investigation and report completed by LookAheadAmerica.org in July identified seven categories of fraudulent ballots amounting to a nearly-eight-fold difference in votes reportedly garnered by then-incumbent President Trump and Democratic challenger Joe Biden, who was declared the winner of the state’s ten electoral votes.
Trump has contested the election results in Wisconsin and at least five other “swing” states, all of which were declared Biden victories by the media by November 7, 2020.
