(Oct. 11, 2021) — In a nearly-two-hour lecture in Michigan on September 25, 2021, Dr. Peter A. McCullough, who has researched and published extensively on COVID-19 as well as studied the rollout of the three available “vaccines” in the U.S., said that in March of this year, he reached the conclusion that the overseers of the program have committed “malfeasance,” which he defined as “wrongdoing by those in positions of authority.”
McCullough, MD, MPH, 58, is a Dallas-based cardiologist, internist and epidemiologist whose work is extensively published in the National Library of Medicine (NLM) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He has issued 45 peer-reviewed papers on COVID-19 and is chief medical advisor to the Truth for Health Foundation, a Judeo-Christian-based non-profit founded by physicians. McCullough is also Professor of Medicine at Texas A & M College of Medicine and a private practitioner.
McCullough has testified to the Texas state senate Health and Human Services Committee; the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs; the Colorado legislature; the South Carolina senate; the New Hampshire state senate; and more recently, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) at its annual meeting in Pittsburgh. He hosts a weekly radio program to inform the public on the latest news surrounding COVID-19 at “America Out Loud.”
Early in the pandemic, McCullough advocated for early at-home treatment for the coronavirus and has since made numerous media appearances warning of the risks he has discovered to be associated with the experimental vaccines, which many private companies and the federal government are now mandating as a condition of employment.
A number of lawsuits have been filed challenging those mandates, including by America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS), which claims an affidavit from a Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services “whistleblower” stating the number of deaths attributed to the vaccines far surpasses that which VAERS is reporting.
Attorney Thomas Renz, who is representing AFLDS in the suit, recently claimed to have more than one whistleblower, including one who joined him on stage as he presented what he said were exact data from CMS.
“New biological products, Operation Warp Speed: COVID-19 was used as an opportunity to showcase the world’s brilliance with respect to biotechnology, and there was great enthusiasm early in 2020 that this was it; this was going to be the showcase of what we could do for biotech,” McCullough said in Pittsburgh, “but I personally became concerned easily by the summer…” (3:35)
He had been publishing at The Hill, McCullough said, describing it as a “Republican” outlet, “but I didn’t have any window of talking to America…but through this opportunity, I correctly predicted all the twists and turns of the pandemic…”
In August 2020, McCullough wrote:
We are over six months into the consequences of the SARS-Co-V2 pandemic in the United States. Patients, families and doctors are frightened, weary and frustrated by the lack of support from regulatory agencies — the National Institutes of Health, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and state medical and pharmacy boards — for medical prophylaxis and treatment of COVID-19.
Warnings and barriers have prevented hundreds of thousands of patients from being treated at home with appropriate non-labelled use of off-target antivirals (zinc, hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, doxycycline), steroids (dexamethasone, prednisone, budesonide, colchicine), and antithrombotics (low-molecular weight heparin, oral anticoagulants). It has become apparent that America has adopted a late-illness hospitalization model while waiting patiently and painfully for the panacea of a COVID-19 vaccine.
For months now the business news cycle has been popping with stories about vaccine development. “Operation Warp Speed” is an impressive effort supercharged with around $10 billion in federal dollars spent with big pharma such as Merck, Pfizer, JNJ and AstraZeneca, and little biotech companies such as Moderna, Emergent Biosolutions, ApiJect and Panacea Biotec for vaccine development and commercialization. The potential financial windfall has spurred innovations with patents and royalty agreements applied or awarded to both private and government employees.
McCullough’s columns at The Hill ceased when the vaccines began distribution, he said. In his last column there, dated November 25, 2020, he wrote, in part:
The fast gear of OWS obviously was development of a vaccine. It makes sense, no matter how difficult this crisis has been for Americans, that a vaccination program must be the highest priority as an endgame. With so many people in this world, and our mobile society, we would not be able to stop the spread of infection without vaccination. Unfortunately, the vaccine is too late for thousands of people, and it is not the immediate savior for the mass of infected patients and impending hospitalizations of many over age 50 with medical problems. This may be our last surge of COVID-19, since this current epidemic curve is so large, building upon two successive waves; the number of Americans who have tested positive, and those who had mild cases and were never tested, is more than half the population. This means the vaccination program likely will phase in nicely with natural immunity to bring this war to its end.
As he titled the article, McCullough described to the AAPS conference the “great gamble” of the type of vaccines produced, which affect “protein synthesis” in the body (5:30). “What’s the protein that is being assembled?…The protein is the spike protein…it is a deadly protein,” he said.
In his September 24 lecture, quoting other physicians’ research papers in addition to his own efforts to combat the virus, McCullough emphasized that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and NIH have neglected to present any “safety data” to the American people since COVID vaccines became available last December.
He pointed to VAERS data which at the time showed more than 14,000 deaths attributed to coronavirus vaccines. Approximately 80% of the entries are made by members of the medical community, McCullough said, and he described the process by which a CDC member follows up with a telephone call to the reporting provider to verify that the event took place.
McCullough prefaced his medical analysis by revealing that as a result of his questioning of the vaccines’ safety, he has been severed from positions he held within the scholarly medical community; from full-time employment without “due process”; and that he expects to be stripped of at least two more editorships imminently.
Nevertheless, McCullough said, other physicians have experienced worse, and he believes he must take “authority” (7:05).
At 8:35, with the use of White House photographs on a screen, McCullough recounted the 1976 swine flu epidemic. Although then-President Gerald Ford took the vaccine, the program was “shut down” after 25 people died after receiving injections, McCullough reported. “It was an attempt, but it was a debacle, and it went down as a debacle,” he said.
He repeated his statement that “‘a gamble’ of extraordinary implications” was unleashed on the world utilizing “gene transfer tech,” a description also offered by Dr. Robert W. Malone, considered to be the originator of mRNA (messenger RNA) methodology.
There was a Data & Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) as the early COVID clinical trials were in progress, McCullough said, which no longer exists. A paper published in May by the National Library of Medicine within the National Institutes of Health written by the DSMB states on page 4, “In May 2020, the United States federal government launched Operation Warp Speed (OWS), an ambitious plan to ‘accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics.’”
Various medical publications on COVID-19 vaccine safety at the NIH can be accessed here.
“We don’t know how long” the “messenger RNA” remains in human cells, McCullough said, “but it looks long” (13:00). “For the first time in human history, we have a biologic product that’s telling our body to produce an abnormal protein,” he said. “The design of this was to produce a normal protein…It’s now known that the spike protein itself is independently pathogenic; it causes damage itself.”
An autopsy of a man in Germany who died after receiving two vaccine doses showed that the spike protein spread to “all the central organs,” McCullough said. “We knew we were in trouble,” he continued, “…there’s nothing about the spike protein that’s good.”
“America is overdue on a report on safety,” he said, raising his voice.
McCullough said he believes the CDC’s calling any side effect, such as “myocarditis,” “rare” is an example of “malfeasance.”
At 19:2o and with emphasis, McCullough declared, “Our governments owed it to us from the beginning to have a data safety monitoring board.”
He defined a DSMB, on which he has sat numerous times and twice for the NIH, as “an independent group of experts without a stake in the outcome. The sponsors of the U.S. program are the FDA, the CDC, and then behind them, Pfizer, Moderna and J&J,” he said. “None of those entities are qualified or capable or even ethically charged to evaluate mortality or outcomes. They personally have a stake in the outcome of this…”
On Monday morning, The Post & Email contacted three individuals listed at the NIH’s Media Relations division with several questions about Data & Safety Monitoring Boards in relation to COVID-19 vaccines. We also asked whether or not the NIH or other government entity plans on briefing the public about the vaccines’ safety.
As of the time of publication, we have not received a response.
McCullough called the recommendation that pregnant women receive the vaccines “alarming” and outside the norm. “I have a lot of interaction with doctors. I don’t have a single doctor who can look me in the eye and support what’s being done to pregnant women,” he said at 24:20. “What I see in their eyes is fear, shame, guilt — they know they’re wrong, but they’re confused, and they can’t seem to understand why they’re wrong. Doctors and those with them, and there’s a lot with them — are in a trance right now. They’re in a mass psychosis, and it’s worldwide.”
Toward the end of the lecture, McCullough decried “therapeutic nihilism” which he said has costs tens of thousands of lives.
He devoted the last 15 minutes to the subject of “medical freedom” and the connections between U.S. health agencies and pharmaceutical companies.
At 1:39:50, McCullough revealed a letter he received from the American Board of Internal Medicine stating that his medical license is at risk of revocation. “I’m being filmed right now,” McCullough said. “This is my license revocation presentation.”
Several minutes later, he said, “I can tell you personally I’m willing to lose it all.”
He claimed the letter was sent to silence him. “They are trying to silence me just like other dark times in history where there were people trying to shout out that something was going wrong.”
He said in Australia, a group of 12- and 13-year-olds was vaccinated in “an auditorium,” with two dying “on the spot.”
“There are powerful forces in place that want this to happen,” he said. “The challenge is to break it, and the only way to break these powerful forces is to just say ‘no.'”
He then recommended a book by Dr. Peter R. Breggin and Ginger Ross Breggin, “COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We are the Prey” in which he wrote one of the introductions.
Breggin was recently interviewed by Dr. Joseph Mercola, who has also been marginalized and accused of spreading misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines.
