(Sep. 16, 2021) — Thirteen or fourteen years ago (2007-08), I became interested as a layman in national politics.  At the time, I was a military veteran, a retired law enforcement and criminal court officer, an Independent voter, and a graduate of a prominent SEC university with nineteen years of formal education.  My renewed “interest” in politics was largely due to the appearance on the scene of a well-spoken, charismatic, African-American (at least I thought he was Black, until I found out that ethnically he was by far more Arab-American). 

After doing my own research and fact-finding, I began to believe that this man, Barack Hussein Obama, was NOT WHO, OR WHAT, HE AND HIS HANDLERS CLAIMED THAT HE WAS.  Back then, with no disrespect intended to Obama’s opponent, I voted for the “lesser of two evils,” Senator John McCain (R).  

Not long afterwards, I began my own “campaign” of sorts.  It consisted of writing emails, sending letters and faxes, making telephone calls, and going in person to the local offices of one of my US senators (Dean Heller) and one congressperson (Brigadier General Joe Heck).  I also went in person twice to my District FBI office and on one of those occasions met with an anonymous agent.  I undertook all of these activities to report and expose the government official, whom I had become convinced was a constitutionally ineligible Manchurian Candidate and actual criminal (person who commits crimes), our then- President Barack Hussein Obama.  I even provided “Sheriff’s Kits” (information gathered by the Maricopa County Arizona Sheriff’s Office Cold Case Posse under the auspices of Sheriff Joe Arpaio) and some of my own writings to all of those mentioned.  Most notably, I contacted by telephone and sent hard copies by mail of these materials to the USDOJ Hotline offices and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz.  The “Hotline” is the location advertised on the Department’s website where suspected federal crimes can be reported.  The result was their reply (unsigned) to me that “The Investigations Division of the Office of the Inspector General has thoroughly reviewed the materials and concluded that the issues raised do no not warrant an investigation by this office.”  Afterwards, whenever I happened to copy emails to them, I always received back the following response “Your message couldn’t be delivered to the recipient because you don’t have permission to send it.”  SAY WHAT?  There went my First Amendment rights!   

Anyway, you get the point.  No one in our government, or the news media which I also routinely contacted, wanted to have anything to do with what I and others were trying to tell them.  On one occasion, the news manager at FOX NEWS called me a traitor, “Benedict Arnold,” and asked if my ancestors had “come over on the Mayflower!”  Many of us, as you know, were labeled “birthers.”  I really never minded the label, because in my mind, my gut, and my heart, I knew I was right.  Interestingly, I’ve never been accused of, nor prosecuted for, knowingly filing false police reports or lying to the DOJ, FBI, Congress, or anyone else.  Hmm! 

Now, years later, I invite you to to take a look at what the crimes, conspiracies, and cover-ups have done to our once-great democratic constitutional republic.  It’s all around you.  This is not what our extraordinarily wise and brave Founding Fathers had in mind.  But, I argue, it is exactly what Barack Hussein Obama and others in the Deep State have in their minds!

So that all these efforts of mine and especially other patriots will not be canceled or lost somewhere in perpetuity, I beg your indulgence to examine a few of what I consider to be the most egregious and potentially treasonous acts committed by Barack Hussein Obama and his crime partners.  This is by no means all-inclusive.  Some might even call it only the “tip of the iceberg.”

a)  A book published in 1991 containing bios of up-and-coming young persons, including Obama who had been president of the Harvard Law School Review, declared in the biographical material on Obama that he was born in Kenya, then a British protectorate or colony in South Africa.  The bio remained unchallenged and intact until 2007, when Obama became a candidate for the presidency.  One would think that Obama had proofread his own bio sometime during those elapsed sixteen years.  In fact, it is just as likely if not more so that he wrote the bio or provided the background information for it.

b)  Regardless of where Obama was born, he was not and is not a NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZEN per Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.  He may be a “native born American citizen” if, as he claims, he was born in Hawaii.  Or, he may be a “naturalized American citizen” who was born elsewhere and later applied for and became a naturalized citizen.  Regardless of all of this, he was at times a citizen of Great Britain due to his purported birth father’s citizenship in British Kenya; a citizen of Indonesia where he was adopted by an adoptive father and given the name “Barry Soetoro” and Indonesian citizenship; and possibly a citizen. although NOT a natural born citizen, of the United States.  Is this really the background of someone who has no foreign allegiances and is fully qualified to be our president?  And, why do you suppose Obama has hidden his personal papers from public view?

c)  I believe Obama was hand-picked and recruited while attending Occidental College, Los Angeles (if not earlier in Hawaii), by our own Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).  They undoubtedly were aware that Obama had COMMUNIST ties (family ties and mentors).  Later, in the 1980’s, I believe the CIA hired Obama and sent him as an operative or possibly an agent to the Middle East.  Eventually, after returning to the United States and being bankrolled to enter Harvard Law School (by a Saudi prince and others who doubtlessly were tied to the CIA), he became a community organizer, an Illinois state and U.S. senator, and finally was sponsored by the Democrat Party in a conspiracy with the Deep State and the CIA to run for president.  THIS IS NOT THE STATED MISSION OF THE CIA!  If you find all of this difficult to believe, then I suggest you have former Obama advisor and CIA Director John Brennan put under oath to testify or, better yet, hooked up to a polygraph!         
d)  Obama is a FELON (one who has committed a felony).  I will cite only several of the felonies:  forgery or conspiracy to commit forgery (a photo-shopped birth certificate and a backdated Selective Service Registration military draft card); identity theft (Obama has had, and used, many different Social Security numbers, including once while president to file a federal income tax return); narcotics violations (self-admitted and those reported in a book by Larry Sinclair entitled “Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair:  Cocaine, Sex, Lies and Murder?”); involuntary or criminally negligent manslaughter by a commander-in-chief during the Benghazi incident of 9-11-2012 in which four Americans were needlessly murdered (see https://www.federalcharges.com/manslaughter-laws-charges/); perjury; election fraud; sedition; and TREASON.  DOES ANYONE THINK IT IS NOT TREASONOUS TO STEAL THE U. S. PRESIDENCY AND COMMAND OF OUR MEN AND WOMEN IN THE ARMED FORCES?  

e)  Early on in Obama’s unlawful presidencies, two separate citizens’ grand/petit juries found him guilty of felony crimes, including in both instances ELECTION FRAUD (Obama’s forged birth certificate was found to be a determining element) and SEDITION.  The setting was the CIA Columbia University trial held at Atlah Ministries in New York City in 2010, and the Ocala, Florida citizens’ grand jury held in Ocala, Florida in 2013.  In the latter trial, Obama was sentenced in absentia to TEN YEARS IN PRISON.

f)  You tell me.  If Barack Hussein Obama is not the one individual still having the greatest influence on our society and the one who is the most responsible for running our government from behind the scenes, then who is?  And dare I ask, WHAT DO YOU THINK SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT IT AND WHEN (given the delaying tactic that there is no statute of limitations on the crime of treason)?

    1. The penalty for treason during time of war is death. Obama continues to stand formally accused of Treason. Formal charges had been filed against Obama years ago. One charge having 3500 signatures on it and sent to then FBI Director Robert Mueller. I am one of those 3500 signatories. In 2012, Obama was formally placed under citizen’s arrest by me.

      1. With respect to Obama, no one with the legal authority to initiate criminal proceedings in a duly constituted court has done so.

        Petitions, etc., are mere requests, and have been ignored or rejected.

  3. Mr. Arnold, thank you for your perseverance in exposing Obama for what he is: a fraud, a liar and an accomplice to murders. You have laid out a succinct case for prosecution of the fraudulent Obama. I agree wholeheartedly with all your statements except for one exception. Personally, I don’t think Obama is running anything; he’s just not that smart. His Harvard papers (those we can find) are embarrassingly sophomoric, his books were not written by him, he consistently contradicted his own life story in speeches and during interviews. Obama is a proven bumbler, and must be managed.
    Personally, I think Jarrett, Brenner and others are still Obamas’ puppeteers, and they continue to manipulate him. In collusion with the Deep State, they continue to run things from behind the scenes. You give Obama to much credence; he’s not deserving.
    Be that as it may, I sincerely appreciate your efforts to keep the spotlight on Obama, the criminal and traitor. It was Obamas’ successful usurpation of the Presidency that, in my opinion opened Pandoras’ Box for the Left, the Democrats, the Rhinos, the Media, the Deep State, the Globalists and multinational corporations. It gave them the green light to go ahead and engage in brazen, blatant criminality and murder on a global scale that continues even today!
    We must keep pursuing and exposing Obama; prosecute him for his crimes. If we do that, the aforementioned, by virtue of their collusion with him, will be exposed and will also fall!

    1. Thanks, Doctor Lou. I have the idea that we haven’t been hearing much for quite awhile from Barack because he is becoming worried about being exposed and held accountable. Just a theory. If the federal government had honest, bipartisan, and professional leadership in our law enforcement and intelligence agencies, who were unafraid of investigating and prosecuting public corruption, even in high places (may I suggest the oval office!), then Barack’s proverbial goose might be cooked. I prefer “well done!” And, just so everyone will know, I’m NOT a white supremacist or racist. Most of all, though, BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA IS MORE ARAB THAN AFRICAN AMERICAN. That, by the way, is a huge part of our country’s overall confusion and problems today. It also is probably the reason that the CIA liked him so much. So much for their “intelligence” gathering!

      I have been making comments, phone calls to Congressional Offices, etc. since 2009 trying to put attention on, “The Obama Fraud”, which is what must happen to fully reveal the many complicit in effectively giving America’s government and her military to her enemies. That is what happened when both parties did/said nothing to even try to stop Barack Hussein Obama from being sworn-in by John Roberts………..

    2. Judges ruled Obama is a natural born citizen because he was born in the United States. There’s no evidence that Obama ever was adopted or acquired Indonesian citizenship. His records aren’t “hidden”; just entitled to the same privacy protections as everyone else’s.

    3. There is no evidence that Obama ever was a CIA agent, or that his education was paid for by Saudi Arabia.

A country, “Kenya”, in lieu of a state, “Hawaii”, belies it being a fact-checking error if you ask me — especially since it wasn’t “corrected” until after Obama announced his candidacy for president, the only political office he ever sought which being born in Kenya would bar him from.       2. Everyone is fallible, including judges/courts — that’s the reason for Appellate Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. Judges/courts who have decided Obama is a natural born citizen because they believe he was born in the United States have based their decision on the first paragraph of the 14th Amendment (enacted 1866), either directly or indirectly by citing a previous judge’s/court’s decision(s), without mentioning, therefore without considering, the intent thereof. The author of the first paragraph of the 14th Amendment, John Bingham, made very clear his intent thereof: a) “; all other persons born within the Republic, of parents owing allegiance to no other sovereignty, are natural born citizens.”, Congressional Globe 1862, and; b) “, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen”, Congressional Globe 1866. Furthermore, Wong Kim Ark cited, WITHOUT REJECTING, the majority opinion of Minor v. Hapersett that a natural born citizen is a person born in the United States to parents both of whom are citizens of the United States.

If you believe the CIA would admit Obama was an agent, or that he/his family paid for his education at not one, not two, but three of the most elite and expensive colleges in America then I’ve got an oceanfront luxury condo in Oklahoma City I’ll sell you real cheap.       4. So? Lots of people exceed the posted speed limit without being charged with, much less convicted of, speeding — doesn’t mean no one ever speeds.

      1. 1 Again, Goderich took responsibility for the error, and there is no evidence to suggest Goderich’s account of these events is incorrect. Just as there is no evidence Obama was even aware of this bio.

        2. There’s no evidence that any judge disagrees with rulings that Obama was a natural-born citizen. In fact, one of the courts that ruled he was a natural-born was an appellate court. And no judge has agreed with those interpretations of Bingham’s comments or the rulings from Minor and Wong Kim Ark. Several judges in fact have cited Wong Kim Ark as the basis for Obama’s being a natural-born citizen; just as some judges expressly have rejected the notion that Minor somehow precluded Obama from being a natural-born citizen.

        3. Again, there is no evidence that Obama ever was a CIA agent. That someone once claimed Obama was Indonesian is not evidence that Obama was adopted; there are no adoption papers or court orders, for example.

        4. Again, Obama has not been convicted of any crime (let alone charged with one), so calling Obama a “FELON” is factually incorrect.

        5. This article did not note that citizen juries have no legal authority, nor did the article suggest it was mentioning them only as a method to raise public awareness. Without such disclaimers, the article could be read to be misleading, and perhaps intentionally so.

        Yeah, they did. It’s true that at the time of the mistake (1991), Miriam Goderich was an agency assistant and the editor of the pamphlet but when she made the admission of the mistake (2012) she was a partner in the agency now called Dystel and Goderich (Jay Acton having retired).

        The part of her statement that everyone misses is “There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii.”

        The bio pamphlet was only printed once. It was never updated. The is no reason Obama would look at the Acton & Dystel or Dystel & Goderich client list, which was updated and contained the mistake until 2007.

  5. Former POTUS George W. Bush (GWB) was/is positioned on the wrong side of the Constitutional fence. He irresponsibly allowed an unconstitutional presidential candidate to be accepted for the 2008 democratic nomination to the Executive Office while he (GWB) was on his Constitutional watch.

    Hind sight: GWB did faithfully ‘execute’ Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution by ‘killing’ it.

    I very much appreciate your efforts over the years trying to get those complicit in The Obama Fraud to admit the truth and take actions required by their sworn-oath to protect the Constitution. A couple of things along the way I will never forget. This is from memory so it might not be the exact words, but it’s very close. In 2012 I was a volunteer at my local Republican campaign headquarters. I stopped by a day before the election and only one person was present at the headquarters. It was a lady who appeared to be a few years older than I am. I talked with her without introducing myself and expressed how unhappy I was that no one in Congress would expose Obama as the fraud he obviously is, including our Representative, Steve Womack. That’s when she introduced herself as, “Steve’s Mom”. She also said that she told Steve she believed Obama was a Muslim plant and Steve said; “We all know that, but there is nothing we can do about it”. I did not say it to her, but of course I disagreed with, “nothing they can do about it”. The truth IMO is there is nothing they will do about it because of their complicity in allowing it to happen….after that it was/is all about the still on-going cover-up.

    Congress effectively gave America’s government and her military to America’s enemies. Yes, that is a HUGE criminal act against American citizens and her Constitution. If it was not being investigated by the same people who are complicit GITMO would be full. Somehow, the complicit keep finding themselves not guilty of any wrongdoing……what a shock…..NOT!!!

    I was a little embarrassed about saying what I did about her Son, so I apologized and then said: “but I stick with every word I said”. She replied, “I know and that’s O.K.

    Steve Womack has been contacted in many ways on this issue, also including more than one “Sheriff’s Kit”, but there is absolutely no way he will ever admit Obama was and is a total fraud….no matter what happens to America…..IMO he is protecting what he sees as most important, himself………

    On another occasion I called the office of a Republican Representative, (don’t remember which one, may have been Womack again), and told the phone talker I believed Obama was a fraud…and why. Her response was, “we here at this office agree, but nothing will be done about it.”

    Talk about frustration…off the charts high……………. Bob 68 is now Bob 78 and I have almost completely given-up………………..

AND, THEY ARE THOUGHT OUT AND EXPRESSED WITH THE UTMOST COMMON SENSE AND INTELLECT. Of course, you also are a gentleman and a patriot. To digress for a moment, could it be that this is the the beginning of the so-called “end times” for the United States and even our world? I wouldn’t bet against it.         Yep, I turned 78 a few weeks ago. I have also thought about the events of today and “end times” from the Christian Bible as I have heard it described.

        The intensity of the “sleazing” of America is hard to watch. It seems everything good is bad and everything bad is good, and perhaps even a majority of American’s are either fine with that and/or oblivious that it’s even happening. I grew-up in a small town where Christianity had a big influence. It did not produce perfect people, but it was most definitely a positive influence on adults and children, whether black, white or brown. There was a reason no one worried about leaving their keys in their car, their house unlocked or letting their kids play outside even in the evening. Of course crimes still happened, but they were very rare. Also, no one was watching TV coverage of criminal acts from all over the world, 24/7. Great time to grow-up, unfortunately it’s gone now and won’t be back.

        I find it difficult not to be depressed, especially for kids being raised in today’s, it often seems very proudly, sleazy world, with each new “shocking” event movie or TV show trying to one-up the previous one………….Your explanation of what is happening is easy for me to believe from the changes I have watched and experienced over my 78 years…………..
