(Aug. 3, 2021) — On Friday, July 30, 2021, the U.S. DOJ ordered the IRS to turn over former President Donald Trump’s tax returns to, of all places, Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s House of “Representatives.” An article on Reuters dated Monday, August 2, 2021, reported that the House claimed they needed Trump’s tax returns to see if the IRS was properly auditing presidential tax returns in general and to assess whether any new legislation might be needed! Oh, really?
I don’t think I need to tell you that this is just another in a long and uninterrupted pattern of political efforts to harass and impugn the reputation of our 45th president, who now (but maybe not for long) is a private citizen. In my opinion, THIS IS FOUR PLUS YEARS OF NONSTOP WEAPONIZED POLITICS AT ITS WORST! Moreover, it follows closely on the heels of the illegitimate 2020 general election, in which Joe Biden miraculously defeated Donald Trump virtually without campaigning and did so with a running mate, Kamala Harris, who is another constitutionally ineligible usurper of our country’s highest offices (see related material below).
I suggest that another document, which, unlike Donald Trump’s tax returns, truly is a document which ought to be turned over to Congress or a competent government body if one exists, and examined. If citizen Trump’s tax returns are fair game, WHAT ABOUT CITIZEN OBAMA’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE? NOW, THERE’S A REAL NATIONAL SECURITY MATTER! SO, BARACK, MAY WE SEE YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PLEASE?
Be aware that Obama’s birth certificate and other identification documents were FORGED and conveniently overlooked by Nancy Pelosi and her democrat komrades, in order to appoint Obama as their nominee in 2008 and conspire to secure his successful election and swearing-in by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. All of this was done despite the fact that Obama was not a constitutionally qualified “natural born American citizen.” Just ask Chief “Justice” Roberts. Unfortunately, though, he was one of the co-conspirators, and he will not talk to you about it or about anything else! You have no “standing!” You are being “frivolous!”
The bottom line and whole truth of the matter may surprise you. It is that regardless of where Obama was born and no matter what his birth certificate says or whether or not it was forged, HE WAS A CITIZEN OF THREE DIFFERENT COUNTRIES (British Kenya, Indonesia, and possibly the United States). May I suggest that NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD CALL THIS A NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZEN!
The sad truth is that Barack Hussein Obama STOLE the U.S. presidency and command of our country’s armed forces. And he did it twice! Furthermore, it was Obama who, with others including our own CIA, Democrat Party, left-wing radicals (among them socialists and communists), and New World Order advocates (wealthy bankers, industrialists, heads of state, secret societies, and so on), were THE ONES WHO BEGAN THE “TRANSFORMATION” OF OUR GOVERNMENT AND SOCIETY REGARDLESS OF THE WILL OF WE, THE PEOPLE, AND WHO CAUSED THE DOWNFALL OF AMERICA WHICH WE ARE EXPERIENCING TODAY FROM WHICH WE MAY NEVER RECOVER. Now, there is something really important that ought to be “investigated!”
SO, MAY WE SEE YOUR PAPERS, PLEASE, CITIZEN OBAMA? We merely want to assess them and determine if any new legislation is needed (NOT!). Obama’s bio in the 1991 Harvard Law Review Yearbook stated:
“Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. The son of an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, he attended Columbia University and worked as a financial journalist and editor for Business International Corporation. He served as project coordinator in Harlem for the New York Public Interest Research Group and was Executive Director of the Developing Communities Project in Chicago’s South Side. If this Obama 1991 Harvard Law Review Yearbook bio is true, Obama was born in Kenya which prohibited him from being President of the United States.
Additionally, there must be some of those 1991 Yearbooks still floating around somewhere.
If the text is true, it becomes harder to argue the document is a fake and risk the possibility that other copies will surface.
It is clear: that before the Presidential Election of 2008, many in the Democratic National Committee, the Congress, the Supreme Court and Pentagon knew or should have known that Barack Obama was possibly ineligible to be President because of his birthplace, or because important aspects of his background were made up.
What Obama’s Literary Biography stated:
Breitbart.com disclosed that in 1991 Barack Obama’s literary agent, Dystel & Goderich (formerly Acton & Dystel), published a brochure of authors they represented. Barack Obama was on the list. The bio that accompanied Obama’s photograph stated he was “born in Kenya …. raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”
Miriam Goderich, the literary agent who claims she wrote the description, works with the Dystel & Goderich agency and listed Obama as a client. It’s not surprising then that Goderich quickly claimed that listing Obama’s birthplace as Kenya was “nothing more than a fact checking error.”
Author Steve Bowman, who was represented by the same agent in the mid 90’s, stated he was instructed to write his own bio in the third person which he did. Authors and journalists know this custom. After all, who knows more about the author than the author.
Whoever wrote the Obama’s bio, (Obama, Goderich or some ghost writer) Obama must have had input and review of it otherwise how would the writer know what to include and say?
Facts that show Obama was born in Kenya are plentiful and precede the 1991 edition of the brochure.
Though claiming Obama’s Kenyan birthplace was a mistake, the brochure continued to maintain that claim until after he was a U.S. Senator. “Goderich’s doesn’t explain why or how a “fact checking error” could persevere for sixteen years, in three different versions of Jane Dystel’s Website and four different versions of Obama’s biography. The literary agency updated the bio in June 1998 and the part about Obama’s Kenyan birth was there.
The text was updated in February 2005, after Obama became a Senator. Kenya was still claimed as his birthplace.
An April 3, 2007, a change to the bio still stated Obama “was born in Kenya.”
Between April 3 and April 21, 2007, someone in Obama’s campaign determined “born in Kenya” didn’t serve his aspirations. Obama’s bio, on the Dystel & Goderich Website, was edited a fourth time to state, “born in Hawaii”.
The pamphlet was confirmed to be authentic by Richard Bellsey, who told Breitbart.com the booklet was a project he had worked on about 20 years ago. Jay Acton claims that it is unlikely Obama wrote the biography for the booklet, but he was “probably” approached to approve the text describing his life.
The pamphlet implies Obama knew or should have known his personal bio contained false and misleading information about where he was born (Kenya). Yet for 16 years he did nothing to correct the record. Was it because he was running for President and needed to be a natural-born citizen, born in Hawaii, USA, to be eligible for the job? One of the birth locations is clearly false. But which one? Was Obama lying then, about born in Kenya, or lying now, about born in Hawaii?
That biography doesn’t appear in any yearbook.
But it DOES APPEAR in Acton & Dystel’s author bio pamphlet for SIXTEEN YEARS, through FOUR UPDATES, until AFTER Obama announced his candidacy for POTUS and someone realized “born in Kenya” would make him ineligible.
And Obama’s literary agent took responsibility for that mistake.

In 2012, two Secretaries of State (Kris Kobach and Ken Bennett) asked officials from the State of Hawaii to verify Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate.
Hawaiian officials did, and Koback and Bennett accepted those verifications.
Mr Wheeler: Were any FORENSIC DOCUMENT EXPERTS INVOLVED? I think not. Also, take note that the HEAD ELECTIONS CLERK IN HONOLULU, TIMOTHY ADAMS, STATED (I believe it was in 2008) THAT NO PROOF OF OBAMA’S BIRTH COULD BE FOUND ANYWHERE IN HAWAII. He swore that his findings were true, and had them notarized. Adams (lucky to be alive!) later came to the continental U.S. and became a professor at a college in either Kentucky or Tennessee (sorry, I don’t remember which one). Interesting that neither of those verifications state that the copy of Obama’s “Certificate of Live Birth” released to public is an exact match with the “Certificate of Live Birth” on file with the Hawaii Department of Health but, rather, only that “the information on the copy” matches the information on the latter.
Because it is the information that matters. And the verifications are responsive to the questions actually asked.
Hawaii verified that President Obama was born there; it is irrelevant that it didn’t also verify, for example, the certificate’s background is green.
It is not an exact match.
The original certificate of live birth is on white paper with black type.

The first link is not only non-responsive to 1., 2., or 3. above but actually demonstrates how strongly the HDOH refused to provide the Arizona Secretary of State who, having plenary authority to decide whose names get put on Arizona’s election ballots, was in fact “A person who has a direct and tangible interest in the record but requests a verification in lieu of a certified copy;” per Hawaii Revised Statutes, section 338-18(g) (1).

The third link once again makes it clear that rather than simply verify that the “Certificate of Live Birth” released to the public is an exact copy of the “Certificate of Live Birth” they have on file, the HDOH stated that the information on the former matched the information on the latter. Information and exact copy are not the same.
There is no way for Hawaii to “verify” that an image is an exact copy of the records in its possession.
Regardless, no one asked Hawaii to do that; Hawaii can’t be faulted for not honoring a request that was never made.
Hawaii wanted to make sure its disclosure to Arizona was legally permissible. One Hawaii was satisfied the request was lawful, Hawaii complied, and Arizona accepted Hawaii’s verification.

Hawaii does not have a Secretary of State office so their request for Bennett to verify that he qualifies under Hawaii law to receive a letter of verification makes sense. How would they know what his duties are?
Reading through the emails it isn’t as suspicious as you might think.
From the March 17th e-mail from Jill Nagamine, it is clear that Bennett contact the Hawaii AG several weeks before (possibly by phone as no email exchange exists). In the email, Nagamine linked Bennett to Hawaii statute 338-18 and 338-14.3.
On March 30th, Bennett sent the HDOH (not the AG office) his request under 338-14.3.
On April 16th, Bennett inquires of Jill Nagamine whether she knew if the HDOH had received his request.
She responded the same day that it was the first she had heard of it and would find out from the HDOH.
On May 1st, Jim Drake of Bennett’s email Jill Nagamine asking about the verification.
Same day, Jill Nagamine response with a list of questions for Bennett to answer about his qualifications for a verification under Hawaii law.
May 17th, Bennett responses to her questions citing Arizona laws.
May 19th, Nagamine request clarification on Bennett’s job duties.
May 22nd, Hawaii issues certified letter of verification.
It appears to me that being busy people with other obligations neither Arizona’s Bennett nor Hawaii’s Nagamine felt this was an urgent priority.

One last time. It would have been simpler and less suspicious had the HDOH verified that the copy of Obama’s “Certificate of Live Birth” released to the public was an exact match to the “Certificate of Live Birth” they said they had on file. After all, the former was alleged to be a “Certified Copy” of the latter by both the HDOH and Obama campaign/White House.
No one asked Hawaii to verify whether an image was an exact match to the original in its records.
While you may see something suspicious, Arizona’s and Kansas’ secretaries of state did not.
The original certificate is on white paper not green security paper. Also there is some indication that the original is reduced to fit n the green paper.
What is easier for you might violate Hawaii law. The letter of verification is only “a verification of the existence of a certificate and any other information that the applicant [Bennett, Kobach, And Tepper] provides to be verified relating to the vital event that pertains to the certificate.”

All three verifications certify that a vital event (birth) for Obama occurred in Honolulu, Hawaii and the date is August 4th, 1961.

As I noted in my initial report dated December 13, 2013, Loretta Fuddy’s place in history was forever memorialized when she authorized the release of Barack Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) at his request. On April 25, 2011, the month following her appointment as Hawaii’s Director of Health, she certified that she witnessed the copying of the original COLB. The document that was certified as a true copy by Ms. Fuddy was handed to Judith Corely, Barack Obama’s personal attorney, when Corely made a special trip to personally pick up the document instead of sending the document by a private courier, such as Federal Express.
Given her role in the authentication of the controversial document, Ms. Fuddy was named in two affidavits (one public, one sealed) filed in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington on October 18, 2013, by Douglas Vogt, citing twenty points of forgery that comprise misprision of treason and misprision of felony. Vogt, with researcher and document expert Paul Irey, investigated the intricacies of the forgery. Mr. Vogt’s affidavit and Ms. Fuddy’s involvement gained national attention when he was interviewed on The Hagmann & Hagmann Report on December 4, 2013, exactly one week to the day before her tragic death on December 11, 2013. As that article notes, Fuddy did not certify anything: Fuddy only authorized the health department to release to Obama a certified copy of his long form birth certificate.

Nothing came of Vogt’s accusations.
Since Fuddy authorized the HDOH to release to Obama a certified copy of his long form birth certificate, why didn’t any Hawaiian official who verified it as authentic to any state official simply say it was an exact match to the long form birth certificate they had on file? Why only say the information thereon matched? As Obama himself often said: “Words matter.”
Authorizing a document’s release and verifying the document’s information are two different processes. Fuddy did the former but not the latter.
There’s no indication that anyone asked Hawaii to verify that an image was an exact match to its original records. Rather, Hawaii responded to the requests actually made to it.
Regardless, the health department cannot “verify” if any two objects are exact matches. (It has no expert image authenticators on its staff.) It can, however, verify that the information from two sources matches. And it is the information that controls: both Hawaii’s records and the image of Obama’s birth certificate that appeared on the White House’s site, for example, state he was born in Hawaii.
