(Jan. 6, 2021) — According to Breitbart News, President Donald Trump will be addressing the Washington, DC “March for America” rally at 11:00 a.m.
The march officially launched at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, although numerous speakers addressed gathering crowds on Tuesday afternoon and evening.
RSBN is providing live streaming of the events.
Those attending believe Trump won the November 3 election and that massive fraud was perpetrated in at least six states to declare Democrat Joe Biden the victor.
Last week, Trump had urged supporters to attend Wednesday and invoked the time of “11:00 a.m.”
At 1:00 p.m., Congress will meet in join session to count the votes cast for each candidate by members of the Electoral College on December 14, which reportedly constitute 306 for Biden and 232 for Trump. Trump, however, insists he won all six contested “swing” states from which competing slates of electors also cast votes on December 14, and that he won the general election “in a landslide.”
On Monday, the Pennsylvania state senate sent a letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy stating that the reported electoral results should not have been certified given widespread violations of election laws. The senators closed their letter by requesting a delay in the certification of the election to allow “more time” for them to “pursue election integrity in our Commonwealth.”
Some reports say that as many as 140 members of the U.S. House of Representatives plan to object to the certification of electoral votes, and at least 13 U.S. Senators have said they will file objections.
At 10:37 a.m., speaker Kimberly Guilfoyle urged the crowd to “show the president when he comes” their support and resolve.
