(Dec. 21, 2020) — Shortly after 6:00 PM ET Monday, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows tweeted that “Several members of Congress just finished a meeting in the Oval Office with President @realDonaldTrump, preparing to fight back against mounting evidence of voter fraud. Stay tuned.”

Approximately 25 minutes later, President Trump’s personal attorney and leader of his campaign legal team, Rudy Giuliani, announced that members of the Arizona legislature will meet on Tuesday “to determine whether to de-certify the fraudulent Biden vote and to certify @realDonaldTrump the winner.”

Both announcements came after outgoing U.S. Attorney General William Barr said in a Monday-afternoon press conference that he sees no justification to appoint a special counsel to investigate claims of widespread voter fraud stemming from the November 3 presidential election. Referencing voting machines used by 28 states which many have claimed switched votes from Trump to Democratic challenger Joe Biden, he said, “I see no basis for seizure of machines by the federal government.”

Barr’s last day will be Wednesday, the White House reported last week.

On Friday, the Maricopa County, AZ Board of Supervisors voted against providing Dominion voting machines and ballots to the Arizona State Senate Judiciary committee for a “full forensic audit” in response to two subpoenas issued last Tuesday. The panel voted instead to file a petition in Superior Court challenging the subpoenas.

Last Monday, the Arizona Republican Party sent 11 electors to the Electoral College to cast votes for Trump in addition to the 11 electors the Democratic Party chose to do the same should challenger Joe Biden be declared the winner. At the same time, members of the state legislature held a hearing to ostensibly address reports of fraud and improper ballot-handling.

On November 7, the media “projected” Biden the winner of the election as votes in Pennsylvania and Arizona as well as other states remained to be counted. On the evening of November 3, Trump had led in both states, along with other “swing” states Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Nevada, only to see those leads evaporate and transferred to Biden’s column by the morning of November 4.

Not only did Arizona send Trump electors to the Electoral College on December 14, but also the state of Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia and New Mexico, a development many in the mainstream media did not report.

Giuliani has suggested that Biden “cheated” to achieve the required 270 electoral votes to win the presidency and is now calling upon the “swing” states to allow a team of Giuliani’s choosing to perform forensic audits.

On Sunday, Giuliani announced that the president’s legal team filed a petition for writ of certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court focusing on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s administrative alteration of the laws pertaining to elections without any act of the legislature and asking that those actions be nullified.

Thus far, the high court has not accepted any election -related case for oral argument. On December 11, the court said it did not have “jurisdiction” to hear a suit originating in Texas alleging that the illegal actions of elections officials in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin affected the ultimate outcome of not only Texas voters, but all registered voters across the country.

According to an unverified posting at The Hal Turner Show, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts recoiled from accepting the Texas case on the grounds that were it granted oral argument, “riots” would ensue and members of the court would be deemed responsible.

Also on Monday evening, Trump tweeted that his legal team lost a “big case” “on voter fraud” in Wisconsin in the wake of three dissenting judges with “strong decisions” and that “Republicans in Wisconsin should take these 3 strong decisions to their State Legislators and overturn this ridiculous State Election. We won in a LANDSLIDE!”

Biden has claimed the election was “honest, free and fair” and has not called for any investigations.

On Monday morning, Trump tweeted that there would be “big news coming out of Pennsylvania” in the way of a “Very big illegal ballot drop that cannot be accounted for.” The Epoch Times interpreted that descriptor to signify “drop boxes” used to collect ballots not cast in person on Election Day.
