Giuliani and Powell Claim Large-Scale Plan to Alter Election Results for Biden

(Nov. 15, 2020) — On today’s “Sunday Morning Futures” hosted by Maria Bartiromo, Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell, who also represents Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn (Ret) in a matter the Justice Department has asked to have dismissed, reiterated her recent claim of discovering “massive election fraud” in the November 3 presidential election.

According to Powell, the deception occurred as votes were captured by Dominion Voting Systems hardware and SMARTMATIC software, then changed from President Donald Trump to Democratic challenger Joe Biden in very large numbers as part of a wide-ranging conspiracy.

Powell made the claims in respective interviews on Friday night with Fox Business’s Lou Dobbs and Judge Jeanine Pirro on her Fox program Saturday night.

Despite the stunning allegations made therein, the segment is captioned, “Attorney Powell on election legal challenges that remain active in several states.”

Just prior to her interview with Powell this morning, Bartiromo spoke with Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, who on Saturday suggested on Twitter that both Dominion and SMARTMATIC are the culprits in a vote-changing scheme affecting possibly “millions” of votes, according to Powell. Giuliani claimed Dominion served as “a front for SMARTMATIC, who was really doing the computing.”

Bartiromo noted to Giuliani her understanding that the counting of ballots ceased for the same amount of time in six states while displaying a graphic of those states to her viewers. “One source says that the key point to understand is that the SMARTMATIC system has a ‘back door’ that allows the votes to be mirrored and monitored, allowing an intervening party a real-time understanding of how many votes will be needed to gain an electoral advantage,” she said. “Are you saying the states that used that software did that?” In response, Giuliani said, “I can prove that they did it in Michigan; I can prove; [sic] there were witnesses. We’re investigating the rest.”

“In every one of those states, though,” he continued, “we have more than enough illegal ballots already documented to overturn the result in that state because not only did they use a Venezuelan company to count our ballots…#2, they didn’t allow Republicans in key places to observe the mail vote. That makes the mail vote completely invalid.”

The prohibition of observers “absolutely” occurred in Phoenix, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Detroit and Milwaukee, Giuliani said.

In the days following the election, Fox News reporters Brian Llenas, Eric Shawn and Jonathan Hunt claimed they found “no evidence” that GOP poll-watchers were excluded from observing the counting of ballots despite the network having interviewd on-camera at least two individuals who claimed they exprienced it firsthand. One had video evidence, the broadcast showed at the time, which the observer said resulted in his expulsion from the building.

“Republicans were shut out from enough of the count so they could accomplish what SMARTMATIC wanted to do — and that pattern that you have there — we have evidence that that’s the same pattern SMARTMATIC used in other elections in which they were disqualified,” Giuliani said. “In other words, this is their pattern of activity. And yes, there is a ‘back door,’ and we actually have proof of some of the connections to it…”

After noting several sources of sworn statements, including “former U.S. government officials,” Giuliani said, “…We have proof that we can’t disclose yet.” He also invoked Biden’s pre-election claim to have “put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter-fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

Biden did not amplify on his statement and has not commented on the Trump campaign’s call for a full accounting of all “legal” votes.

Giuliani expressed confidence in the campaign’s ability to access the courts to plead their case prior to the expected certification of votes by each state in early December. When Bartiromo said she would “follow” the story, Giuliani responded, “Thank you. You may be the only one following me because we’re also enduring a lot of censorship; a lot, almost complete, like we’re not in America.”

As she had said to Dobbs on Friday, Powell told Bartiromo that the Dominion Voting Systems equipment was purposely designed to facilitate the altering of votes, but on Sunday she provided more specifics as to who might stand accused.

On its website on Saturday, SMARTMATIC posted a “Response to Misinformation” denying any business dealings with Dominion and “any ties to any governments or political parties in any country.” Founded in 2000, the company’s “worldwide headquarters” is in London, with its U.S. location in Boca Raton, FL.

Powell went on to say that SMARTMATIC Chairman and Board of Directors member Peter Neffenger was involved in the alleged plot to change the outcome of the election. “It just so happens he’s on Mr. Biden’s presidential transition team that’s going to be nonexistent,” Powell asserted, “because we’re fixing to overturn the results of the election in multiple states and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose.”

Neffenger’s bio, to which Powell referred in the interview, states he is “Chairman” of SMARTMATIC, a retired vice admiral of the U.S. Coast Guard, and that he previously directed the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) between June 2015 and “January 2017.” The recipient of several advanced degrees, Neffenger reportedly was twice awarded the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Distinguished Service Medal.

“They did this on purpose; it was calculated; they’ve done it before; we have evidence from 2016 in California; we have so much evidence, I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose,” Powell told Bartiromo, invoking “sworn witness testimony.”

“How will you prove this, Sidney?” Bartiromo asked, to which Powell said she could not divulge “on national TV” the team’s totality of proof. When Bartiromo countered with the “very small time frame” remaining before states certify their elections and in which the campaign has to prove its case, Powell replied, “Let me put it this way: first of all, I never say anything I can’t prove. Secondly, the evidence is coming in so fast I can’t even process it all. Millions of Americans have written, I would say, by now; definitely, hundreds of thousands have stepped forward with their different experiences of voter fraud, but this is a massive election fraud, and I’m very concerned that it involved not only Dominon and SMARTMATIC software, but that the software was essentially used by other election machines, also. It’s the software that was the problem; even their own manual explains how votes can be wiped away. They can put — it’s like ‘drag and drop’ Trump votes to a separate folder and then delete that folder…”

She suggested that any state which bought the software should launch a “criminal investigation.”

To Dobbs, Powell had said the software “has been used all over the world to defy the will of people who wanted freedom…I’m going to release the kracken…I’m going to expose every single one of them.”
