First, allow me to make some opening statements. Maybe it will refresh everyone’s memory. The following is Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of our United States Constitution:
“NO PERSON EXCEPT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, SHALL BE ELIGIBLE TO THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
In addition, the following pertaining to the Vice-Presidency can be found at the end of the 12th Amendment to the US Constitution:
“NO PERSON CONSTITUTIONALLY INELIGIBLE TO THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT SHALL BE ELIGIBLE TO THAT OF VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.”
One can conclude, therefore, that no other type of citizen except a natural born American citizen is eligible to run for or become elected to the presidency or vice-presidency. A “naturalized citizen” is not constitutionally eligible for the U.S. Presidency or Vice-Presidency. A “native-born citizen” is not eligible. An “anchor baby” citizen is not. A “dual citizen” is not. ONLY A NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZEN IS! The emphasis is on “NATURAL.” An easy-to-read expert analysis found here explains that a natural born American citizen is someone born in the United States to parents who at the time of the offspring’s birth are themselves both U.S. citizens, and much more.
Next, allow me to quote from part of the “Fourth Estate” Journalists’ Creed which was drafted in 1914 by Walter Williams, the first Dean of the University of Missouri’s esteemed School of Journalism:
“I believe in the profession of journalism. I believe that the public journal is a PUBLIC TRUST; that all connected with it are, to the full measure of their responsibility, trustees for the public; that acceptance of a lesser service than public service is BETRAYAL OF THIS TRUST. I believe that clear thinking and clear statement, accuracy, and fairness are fundamental to good journalism. I believe that a journalist should write only what he holds in his heart to be TRUE. I believe that SUPPRESSION OF THE NEWS, for any consideration other than welfare of society, is indefensible.”
In short, the “4th Estate” (press and news media generally) is expected to be an independent, impartial, and incorruptible government watchdog on the people’s behalf.
Now, enter into the picture Fox News (Faux News). I should note that many, if not all, of the other national news organizations could be mentioned here and harshly criticized much the same as Fox News Channel. My focus, however, is and for several years has been FNC. They arguably have had the most talented personalities and the best programming in the business. As for ownership and management, that’s debatable. No matter; it is my belief that FNC should know better than anyone and everyone else! One thing especially disconcerting about Fox News is its failure to aggressively practice its journalistic responsibilities as a “4th-Estate” watchdog over our federal government.
Among the numerous glaring deficiencies on the part of FNC is that despite its claim to be “fair, balanced, and unafraid,” they refuse to tell their listeners and viewers about possibly the biggest and most dangerous (to our national security) news story in American history. And that is no exaggeration; it is what is known as the “OPEN SECRET” in Washington, DC. Practically everyone in our privileged, elite, fantasy-world capital knows about the “open secret,” but few, if any, will talk about it, and certainly not Fox News (Faux News). It has ramifications for the future of our country well beyond what you might think: to wit, the survival of our constitution in the originalist form produced by our Founding Fathers under God, the democratic and impartial working of our government, the inclusivity of all citizens, and peace throughout our American society. These benefits of American citizenship will never come to full fruition as long as the “open secret” continues to be hidden and not dealt with and resolved.
The “OPEN SECRET,” which I like to call the “sick treasonous truth,” is being covered up by FNC and others. For those of you who don’t know what it is (and obviously, there are millions who have never heard of it and do not know what it is), the “open secret” is that our so-called 44th president, Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama, was constitutionally ineligible for the presidency, yet was sworn in (twice) by an arguably knowing and traitorous U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice, John Roberts. There you have it: the “open secret.” In addition, as some of us know (and I definitely include FNC in this), Soetoro, aka Obama, was/is undocumented (a birth certificate that is a forgery is not a valid document, and neither are stolen Social Security numbers and a backdated and forged military draft card), Communist- and Sharia-mentored, a CIA operative unlawfully groomed by the Agency to be president, terrorist-affiliated, both domestic and foreign (e.g., The Weather Underground and The Muslim Brotherhood), radical Muslim Arab-American (ethnically 44% Arab whereas only 6% African), racist, serial criminal (forgery, identity theft, altering official government documents, perjury, bribery, conspiracy to commit other high crimes and misdemeanors, etc), constitutionally ineligible (not a natural born American citizen, who instead has had citizenship in three different countries), Manchurian Candidate, and TREASONIST. What else would you call someone who, for all intents and purposes, STOLE the American presidency and undertook, without any right or legal authority, to change our system of government and way of life! The fact that Soetoro, aka Obama, was popularly elected president (twice) might make him “duly elected” in the flawed opinion of one particular FNC contributor and former member of Congress, but in my view that is and always has been nonsense!
Also, I want to remind all of you who are thinking that it is too late now to do anything about it and that it would be unfair at this point to pursue any legal remedy for Soetoro, aka Obama’s usurpation of the presidency – THERE IS NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON THE CRIME OF TREASON!
Before closing, I will point out one of many other instances which support my contention that Fox News (Faux News) disregards and disrespects our U.S. Constitution. In the recent presidential campaign, Kamala Harris, like Soetoro aka Obama, was not and is not a natural born American citizen. Yet, it appears she will be the Vice-President and that at some point in the next four years, it may be incumbent upon her to ascend to the office itself of President. It is a fact that Senator Harris was born in Oakland, California, but her parents were citizens of foreign countries: her mother, Shyamala Gopalan, was a citizen of the country of India, and her father, Donald J. Harris, was a citizen of the country of Jamaica under the authority of the Queen of England. To say the least, this makes for multiple allegiances and philosophies and world views which do not necessarily comport with those of the United States of America. Thus, there is no way under a proper reading and interpretation of the constitution of the United States that Harris can qualify as a natural born American citizen. If our U.S. Supreme Court would like to take up the controversy, then please be the guest of our citizens to do so. No more “evading” the matter (as Associate Justice Clarence Thomas once called it)! One thing we do know, though, is that Fox News (Faux News) will not touch this hugely important issue- not even with the proverbial “ten-foot pole!”
Without mentioning any more of the numerous instances of Fox and its phony journalists and pretend patriots covering up public corruption and, in the process, effectively rewriting history (since at least 2008 and most likely earlier), permit me to not-so-politely say: SHAME ON YOU FOR WHAT YOU AND OTHERS LIKE YOU HAVE DONE TO OUR COUNTRY BY PERVERTING JOURNALISM!
Tom, you have an excellent article here. My money is on Trump. I hope he cleans up. Hopefully, the new evidence of ballet harvesting will bare fruit and get some traction of the fabricated ballets. And most of all that the courts will take cases and will deliver honest, timely, and fair rulings.

Now, Lee Baxter, that’s an excellent idea. Only likely problem with it, though, is that a civil war could result. However, I still believe that the TRUTH must come out. If, somehow, our “representatives” and other supposedly competent and right-thinking officials in our federal government (of all races and creeds) could put together a plan for a peaceful outcome, then why not go ahead and tell the American people the TRUTH! If this can’t be done and done without bloodshed and violence, MAKE ROOM FOR US, THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES, BECAUSE HERE WE COME! Tom Arnold. I hope I’m wrong.
America was infiltrated many years ago and the subversion of our government continues. This Cabal had to defeat Donald J. Trump because they know that Trump knows all of this about Obama and I believe the Treasonists know their cover has been blown so it has become a matter of life or death for them. The Treasonists know Trump is returning power to the people. Trump should now start to declassify any and all related documents. The President has the power to declassify these documents and he should begin today.
